Reality vs Pictures in the app. $6.89 for a tiny yogurt parfait, and it used preserved fruits, not like the picture. It was spoiled. $3.99 for avocado toast. okay, but not even a quarter of an avocado in it. Other Panera locations had better classic avocado, don't know what happened. Got a refund. Walked over to the market, got a sourdough, a whole avocado, and Greek yogurt instead and had to make my own avocado sandwich🤣 The Employees are cool. They are trying with what they got.

I bought their Tuesday package. Should have 13 bagels but only gave me 12 bagels. Moreover, I ordered pick-up at 7am but it was not ready when I arrived at 7:10am.

In here now. Waited 45 mins for soup… They prioritize the influx of DoorDash and Pickup orders over customers in the store. Terrible. Getting our money back and leaving. Don’t come here.

The employees here have a really bad attitude towards customers and act as if they are being forced to work. Often, when you arrive, you'll find that the coffee is finished, and they don't bother to refill it. They are very slow.

Order Uber eats app would not let me choose the type of bread. Call the store was told .I can only do on app That's not good customer service The app is for choosing .you prepare the food ( the correct thing to have done is get name on order & fix the style of bread I want

I went last night and ordered a soup in a bread bowl, but it only had a few spoonfuls of soup inside. When I complained, I was told that’s “just a cup size,” and if I wanted more, I had to pay extra. Then the manager, Frank, admitted they were actually out of that soup, yet still refused to acknowledge the issue. When I asked for a refund, he told me I had to give back the bread bowl and my side, which felt very disrespectful. They took an order they couldn’t fulfill, then handled the situation rudely. I left without eating anything, extremely disappointed.

1st time visiting Panera. Cashier was very friendly and the organization of the restaurant makes sense, I was very impressed by the layout. That is where the good ends :(. Food portions and the taste was terrible and definitely over priced. Hey look if you are going to charge that much provide good quality food or at minimum a good portion size. The seasonal soup autumn squash soup was wayyyyyy too sweet. Avocado chipotle chicken sandwich was dry and was bread with a sample size portion of chicken and avocado. Got a hot chocolate and the whipped cream tasted like it was spoiled.... man I thought this was going to be a new go to place for me again the service staff was amazing, food was such a let down. Come on Panera there is potential here!!!!

I have never eaten at Panera, and I very rarely do fast food. But it was 4:30pm and I had not eaten since 9am. This Panera did not feel welcoming as I quickly checked around. Being famished I went ahead to order half a chipotle avocado melt, since the young guy at the counter (Dustin) was very sweet trying hard to help with my clueless questions. Three golden stars for him. Good thing that I ordered half a sandwich and I was starved. The serving was skimpy anyway, with its small avocado slice and some tasteless cheese. Very poor value for $12.57. No more Pandera for me and probably no more fast food!!

Honestly every time I go I'm like yes the food is so tasty can't wait. Then I feel like an idiot for how much I paid for very little food. A quarter of a sandwich and a cup of soup for 13 bucks.... Just doesn't feel good to me anymore. I've been going here for years. But now they're so many options out there with great quality and more for the money. Greendoor in BH is a great example. Update... Gave them another try and the portions are even smaller... I bet the employees aren't getting paid with all that profit.... Even the chip bags are smaller. The only consistent thing is bagel n coffee. Otherwise, don't bother.

I will never return here. I can't believe I was charged 10 dollars for this "bowl" of soup. I'm taking my business to tender greens. A quart of delicious soup there is 14 dollars. For a quart! Ridiculously overpriced here at panera. Holy cow.

This particular restaurant has gotten worse over time. I don't know if it's new management but the employees have gotten sloppy & lazy. I've received great food in the past but this one just broke the camels back. I waited over 40 minutes for a souffle just to receive one with a yellow gooey substance that isn't egg nor cheese. Terrible!
