By far the nicest Schlotzsky's in this area. Much larger than most in the Metroplex. No Coke Freestyle, but there's a pickle/pepper bar, pickup shelves for online orders, paper towels on every table, and super friendly staff even during slow hours.

Typical Schlotzsky’s, great food and service! Food was served really quickly and was fresh and put together well. The drive thru seems fast too. Will be back.

Updating my review. The salad (specifically the Chicken Avocado Cobb) is the best fast-food type salad I have found. It's huge, they put a lot of ingredients on top, and everything seems really fresh. Quick friendly service. If you are interested at all in gluten free options, their sandwich bread is really good but I recommend having them toast it an extra time.

My favorite sandwich shop! Always fresh and delicious. While they are a little pricey, they are well worth it. I have never ordered anything that I didn't like and order frequently off the entire mene. Soups, salads, sandwich, pizza, it's great!

We love this place! The store is always clean and blasting with cold AC which is nice in this Texas heat. The staff is always friendly and go above and beyond. My son loves there flat bread pizza and the anything off their menu is delicious. Sad they got rid of the margherita flatbread but the California Chicken Avacado was a delicious replacement. Glad to have them in Wylie and 10/10 would recommend!

Visited this restaurant yesterday. Yabsira took our order. There was a customer that came in, very rude and loud. Yabsira handled the situation very well and maintained his composure in a professional way. He is a very hard worker, smiling, friendly and patient. Hard to find in a lot of places nowadays. Great employee!

Super clean and super fast . Employees are friendly and seem to care about their jobs. Every time I'm in there, they have someone cleaning . Their deluxe seems to be more of a "regular" compared to other Schlotzskys.

Deluxe Original sandwich is the way to go! Love their hot and delicious toasted bread loaded up with meats and olives! Greatness!

One of my favorite places to visit. But the new Schlotzskys in Wylie I got hardly any meat on my expensive sandwich. It'll be awhile before visiting this location if then wasn't pleased at all.

A disappointment today. Wondering if they’re cutting back to save expenses. Hardly any meat in the sandwiches and one tiny piece of bacon. Broccoli cheddar soup was tasteless; I didn’t even eat it. I liked this place before.

Food is good and expensive, but it comes with the name. Service could use some work. After I ordered, the guy at the front disappeared, and two other people walked out due to not having someone at the front.

I would often order the Ceasar salad from here, and it was great. It's not consistent, but it's worth it. However, the test of the food I've had has been a rip-off. Every time I've ordered any type of sandwhich, I get maybe 2 slices of meat. It is not like the pictures they advertise. It's basically bread with barely anything else. The staff haven't been amazing, but haven't been awful either. Overall, I'd recommend the Ceasar salad and nothing else.

No I'm sorry for the wait or the screw up. Receipt shows to go scratched out. They just let the food sit there, did not call out our name. I should have made them remake the sandwiches, because they were mediocre at best.

Ordering food is here is always painfully slow. I know there have been several evenings I’ve avoided this place simply because I did not have 20 minutes to be the only person in line waiting for food. The food is usually fresh and pretty good, but man the wait in the drive through is always very frustrating.

I was really excited to find out there was a Schlotzsky's in my area, but then I learned they changed the menu. They got rid of their vegetarian options like the Caprese and the Avacado Smokecheesy. Those sandwiches were the whole reason I kept going back. I stopped going.

I am so disappointed in the decrease in food quality over the past 6 months. I paid $10 for a $3 sandwich. I will not be back for a long time.

Customer service was decent. But the low rating is due to the dry cinnabon. I normally go to the location in Murphy. Probably wont return to this location due to this issue.

Got takeaway salads yesterday as we do many Sundays. A Chicken Avocado Cobb salad. Salad did not have avocado or bacon. You would think that a salad with avocado in the title would contain avocado. Disappointed

Ordered online. Order confirmation confirmed would be ready a specific time. Arrived 5 minutes after and still had to wait another twenty minutes in the store before order was ready. Seemed to be more focused on the drive thru as it was moving quickly but online order folks were sitting around waiting.

After eating there tonight. I realized schlaucleskz or however you spell it. Is on its last leg. I ate my last time there tonight. Food was average . Way over priced. Sucks your lobby closes at 8pm I drove 30mins just to come and eat here. No way I was going to go through the drive through for my food to become cold on my way home.

Be careful I ordered a medium turkey bacon club ask for extra bacon got no bacon, but I got charged second time I had problems in Wylie

I've come here now 3 times and every time I come the person taking the orders are rude as hell. It's never the same person. They act like they hate helping us.

If 0 stars were possible to rate this place I would. Our first time visiting this location. We walked inside and went up to the counter to order. There were no other customers in the building. An employee saw us when we walked in and didn't say anything. We proceeded to stand at the counter for a few minutes and all the employees simply ignored us and continued what they were doing. We then proceeded to sit on the bench by the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge us - never happened. Finally got up to walk out - a few employees made eye contact with us but still did not say anything. Don't expect them to be in business for too long with this kind of behavior. We won't be going back

This is the second time that I have ordered the turkey BACON sandwich and they put bits of bacon. If you are paying 8 plus dollars for a sandwich you should get what you pay for. They don't give full strips of bacon only half at best .The manager Nancy who was nice says that there should be 5 half bacon on a medium sandwich. Sorry no way. I was told that is what corporate wants it.

$5 pizza is horrible.. worst than frozen pizza from Walmart.. they should stop selling the crappy pizza.. never ever will buy from them.. Domino’s is 100 times better

My hubby and I thought we would stop by Schlotzsky’s for dinner, and thought it would be a nice change (or so we thought). The food was horrible, it was not fresh! We will-not be returning. I had a French Dip & Pizza ( offer of two half helpings), hubby had a sandwich, we were so disappointed, the sandwiches had no taste and the Dipping Sauce was awful! We were very unhappy. Stay away from the Wylie, TX. Location.

This is my first time at this location.. I was hesitant to try this newer location and my reasons were apparent in the food I received.. I get home and open the box.. Meats not fully cooked and the pizza itself doesn’t look like where I normally go.. I’m not going to bash this place as it’s my first go at it .. I did take a picture of the food and will upload and you tell me if that’s acceptable.. I did try to eat it but I now have to put it in MY oven. Please just take more pride in the preparedness when handing someone something that they just paid for and please take the time to review the pic.. I will give this place one last chance and if it’s a true positive experience.. I will be honest and update/edit my review.. #AttentionToDetails

Terrible location. I love Schlotzskys but this location sucks. Rude employees and the quality it lacking to say the least. They also substituted off brand chips, I paid a premium a for Schlotzskys chips and you gave be a terrible substitute. Never going back to this location and you should stay away too.

Well first these kids need to listen to what's ordered and learn to make the sandwiches correctly An Albuquerque Turkey is made with jalapeno bread and if that's not available let the customer know it's unavailable especially when someone asks for it. Next no Cinnabon rolls Seriously this is a staple to your business. And to not have any because the prev shift didn't make any. Wow A DM needs to take a really good look at this crew. My husband orders a specialty sandwich for me, with turkey, cheese, black olives, mustard and pickle, and they cannot wrap their heads around the fact I ONLY want turkey, and not the 'original,' which has other meats I don't care for. Why be so disrespectful to what a customer orders, if you LITERALLY have the ABILITY to make it?? Is it REALLY that HARD? I waited tables for 6 years, and had LOTS of customer modifications that I was obliged to place in and specify with the expo line exactly how a meal should be made and presented. So I KNOW this industry. These people are being LAZY, and CLEARLY need further training if they truly need this job!

I ordered a soup only a soup and i had to wait over 20 minutes in drive thru for it and i was fasting . Yhe blonde boy that works there deserves to be fired . He was cutting slips instead of giving me my soap . Please fire him. Plus the soap was super cold . This is the second time i have a problem with him . When i go there and there different employee they would be alot faster . The place was empty and there were two employees working .

This location is particularly trash. They are always understaffed the staff that is there always has bad attitudes. The food is poorly put together and overall it’s just a bad experience. I’ve been to this location multiple times and it is the same every time. I don’t know why I keep coming back Honestly.
