It wasn't our first time! Our appetizers were vegetable flan and Canavese trio... the first courses were all good, but the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and the gnocchi with fondue were especially delicious... the only downside was the limited choice on the menu... the desserts made up for it, which were sublime, the fruit tart with custard being truly excellent! We'll be back... we hope they bring back the tortelli with blueberries and speck from a few years ago!

Had dinner today with friends from Turin. The lady is very kind, the wine was delicious (I took some home with me). The agnolotti were spectacular. The rib-eye steak was delicious. The typical Piedmontese desserts are delicious, especially the stuffed peaches and the bunet.

This restaurant was recommended by people from the neighboring town; my partner and I can't recommend it enough. The short menu is already a sign of quality. I ordered two appetizers: a Canavese trio (Albese, veal with tuna sauce, and tongue) and a herb flan with fondue. Both were delicious. Risotto with Caluso erbaluce and plin (a type of pasta) flavored with truffles were exceptional. The bonet and meringue desserts, accompanied by a Caluso passito, were also delicious. Special thanks to the kindness of the staff, especially the blonde waitress. An experience worth repeating.

The restaurant is located near a roundabout at the intersection of three provincial roads. In front of the restaurant, there is parking for about three or four cars, but at the roundabout, a slope leads to a free parking lot with space for 20-30 cars. The decor is not modern, but rather almost vintage in style, with the main colors being the wood of the cabinets, chairs, and half of the wall, which is also covered in wood paneling. The remaining part of the wall is painted a shade somewhere between green and gray. The tables are covered with a white tablecloth. I found the staff particularly friendly and attentive. The waitress was attentive to my food intolerances from the very first moment I informed her. There was an initial round of appetizers consisting of: - raw meat - veal with tuna sauce - peppers in bagna cauda - leek flan with cream cheese - cheese mousse Followed by the first courses: - Tagliatelle with mushrooms - Ravioli filled with potato salami, leeks, and speck - Tagliatelle millegusti (with a trio of sauces, one of which was pesto). Unusual, good, but might not be everyone's cup of tea. And finally, the second courses: - Veal rib with rosemary - Braised beef in Barolo - Grilled swordfish - Salmon fillet (I don't remember the exact name) The side dishes were potatoes and carrots. Desserts of my choice: tiramisu. Of the non-meat portion I ate, I enjoyed everything. So the cuisine was a success. The only exception was the tiramisu, which had cat tongues and no coffee. The prices, as you can see from the menu, are excellent for the quality offered, but they overshadow the unappealing decor and the subpar tiramisu. I would return and certainly recommend others for the taste of the dishes, the price, and the friendly service.

It's hard to find better traditional Piedmontese cuisine than this. The quality is top-notch, and with expert use of spices, you can enjoy truly flavorful roasts and game. The menus are constantly changing, seasonal, and often feature local produce. The wine list is also very impressive, featuring some of the finest labels—the owner is a wine sommelier, after all. Prices are average for high-end restaurants, and it's an experience you absolutely must try if you enjoy eating. It's a classic and truly elegant restaurant, and the owners have always been the same. They know what they're doing, and I dare say they do it very well. Try it 😍 I've been back, I'll always go back, it's always a pleasure to eat here ❤️

Incontri speciali... Al ritorno dal gran paradiso incontrato per caso sulla strada all' ora di cena, mi sono reso conto di essere fortunato. Ottimo ambiente e bella accoglienza, locale carino, distinto e sobrio, pulito e ben tenuto in tutti i suoi ambienti. Un menù contenuto, sia nella varietà che nei prezzi, a mio parere ottime tutte le scelte, splendidi gli antipasti (peccato avere solo 5 stelle a disposizione) il fritto misto come secondo piatto di è dimostrato fin troppo ricco, sicuramente buona la frittura e la varietà a disposizione, mio gusto personale avrei ridotto le dimensioni dei cavolfiori e scelto un altro tipo di amaretti, per il resto consigliatissimo

Sempre ottima scelta, siamo stati al pranzo domenicale, tutto perfetto, complimenti alla cucina per i piatti ottimi e al personale di sala per la cordialità e professionalità

Ristorante piemontese con parcheggio privato, locale ampio e pulito, personale cordiale, porzioni abbondanti e rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. Torneremo sicuramente!

Family-friendly atmosphere. Prompt service. Piedmontese dishes, but they also have a fish menu (I haven't tried it, so I can't comment). Excellent value for money.
