Fresh, Delicious, and Always Consistent! I’ve been to Vitality Bowls Cupertino multiple times, and every visit has been a great experience! The açaí bowls are always fresh, packed with flavor, and beautifully presented. I usually go for the Nutty Bowl or the Dragon Bowl — both are filling and feel like a healthy treat. The staff is friendly and efficient, even when it’s busy. I appreciate how clean the space is, and the team always makes an effort to get my order right, especially since I have a few dietary preferences. If you’re looking for something nutritious, refreshing, and made with care, this place is a solid choice. Highly recommend

I really like this place, but it's a bit pricey and they seem understaffed. It's at the Kula Sushi area so park underneath the building and walk on over. I will admit that the bowl is really filled up and it's heavy. Jamba Juice sells Acai bowls for $6-7, but the quality / portion is probably less. Just not sure if it's almost 50% less. Expect a wait. Especially if there are people ahead of you. It probably took roughly around 3 mins per customer. They do provide free wifi. Password is mentioned at the cash register area. I'm not sure if it's the best place to chit chat since it's a bit echoy and people can hear everything, but it's definitely a great place to bring a laptop to get some work done while you eat some smoothie bowl. Tip - You can get $1 off with Yelp checkin Tip #2 - When I went, there was a Groupon for it

Great, healthy and delicious açaí bowls. Paninis are a bit disappointing. The price is on the high side, but it could be worth your while because of the nutritional value you’re getting.

Had the tropical bowl here. The medium is already very filling on an empty stomach so unless you're super hungry, I wouldn't get the large, especially since it can melt. The flavor is sweet, tasty, and refreshing. My only gripe is how expensive it is. A medium bowl was around 12 dollars. I understand that it's fruit, but I feel it's a bit steep. Also be careful because even though it's natural sugars, it's still a lot of sugar.

Untrained employees, they took 12 minutes for a simple bowl. No effort in cutting the bananas and strawberries. I see why the 3 stars.

I ordered a Mediterranean salad with the chicken add-on. I received a note that they were out of grains which given it’s the evening is reasonable. But there’s no protein! And I was charged for protein. Where’s the chicken?

Went today and ordered a regular vitality and warrior bowl. We were the first ones in the store and waited 25+ minutes for our food. Our names were never called and we had to check if they made it, meanwhile those who came after us received their food. We understand mistakes are made but we paid $30 for two bowls only for them to come out with a watery consistency & didn’t receive spoons with them.

I am shocked. First of all, it took 30 minutes for these bowls to be made, which is crazy since 90% of the bowl is just lettuce, the chicken was raw in places and the quinoa was hard as rocks. This bowl cost $16 and was not even safe to serve to customers. Even if the food was cooked properly, you should not be charging customers $16 for a bowl of lettuce and 3 pieces of chicken. Or call it a salad, not a “grain bowl.” At least I’m not hungry anymore, because this experience ruined my appetite.

Shame on you Vitality Bowls Cupertino! I came for the 3rd insisting on giving this location a chances and I never regretted as much about it as today!! Beyond they got again 20 minutes late with my order AGAIN the wrap that I requested came uncooked!! How come they serve a wrap uncooked and blame their app or " the freshness of the food" in this location for get 20 minutes late and still deliver an uncooked meal? I asked the manager to cancel the food she said she did - i left the food there and she didnt give me any receipt of the voided item!! I REALLY DONT THINK SHE CANCELED THE ITEM. ANYWAY - I LOVE THE BRAND AND ALL OTHER LOCATIONS ARE GREAT BUT RAN FROM THIS CUPERTINO STORE!!!

Super disappointed in my experience tonight! Drove all the way here after the gym because their Google hours say they close at 9. I arrived at 8:01, the door was open, but I was turned away because apparently they “close at 8.” I mentioned that the online hours say they close at 9, but was told those are summer hours. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.

“Closes at 9” drove across town and got there at 8:30… closed early looks like! Edit: They responded saying they are always there until 9. I went on the 11th and there was no one there at 8:30 with the lights off and doors locked. They should just update the time to reflect correct business hours and not mislead people into driving there when they close early. It’s obvious whoever was working that night didn’t wanna be there.

The staff are super unprofessional and get a lot of things wrong and messy. Their items are so expensive, but the salad only came with one thin slice of chicken and the açaí bowls came out way too liquidy. Furthermore, I ordered a salad and they made me a sandwich. The whole store is empty too, so not sure how it takes over 20 minutes to blend up an açaí bowl. Seems very disorganized and not worth the price. Disappointing that this store has this quality while being a part of the Main Street stores.
