07/18/2020 This place only serves BBH, sizes small or large, so you can't go wrong. Flavorful broth, plentiful variety of meat (pork hock, brisket, pork ham /chả, pork blood cube), will fill you up whether in a small or large bowl. 2 things that stand out: this place goes the extra mile by offering hand sanitizers on every table (1st time I've seen this amidst pandemic while eating out, impressive!) and also gives individual shrimp paste and chilie oil condiments with every BBH bowl. These extra touches didn't go unnoticed! Felt safe eating on site here.

They only sell one item, bun bo hue, and it's good. Small is plenty and Large is gigantic. They boil the add-in shredded cabbage & sprouts so it doesn't cool your soup. As far as service, they take your order, get your drink, then you pay at the counter when you're done, no frills. Good food, inexpensive, open late, win win win.

Came in after work for an early dinner and it's surprisingly good. I was in the area and just wanted to try something different. I ordered a regular bun bo hue and nuoc mia (sugar cane drink). Prices are very fair and the bun bo hue was very tasty. Meats include beef shank, pork feet, pork blood and pork sausage. They don't have beef brisket or tendons like other places but it's still good. Fast and friendly service is a plus so I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area

Bun Bo Hue at Duc Chuong Midnite is very flavorful and delicious, with a rich, savory broth that highlights bold spices and tender meats like beef shank and pork knuckles. The portions are generous. However, the broth is not hot enough to fully cook the vegetables. Overall, it’s a great spot to enjoy a bowl of Bun Bo Hue.

This is the only restaurant where I want to eat Bun Bo Hue in the Houston, TX area. The broth is just perfect. I liked their fresh cabbage mixed salad for the Bun Bo Hue, but the cabbage was too wet. They did not even let it dry before bringing it out to serve to the customers. Their service was just decent. I like their refreshing mixed jelly drink. If you like Bun Bo Hue, then this place is for you.

Only sell bun bo hue, and they are the best in Houston! Price is a decent price. Sizes, either small or large. Just get a small one. The large one has more soup, not much different meat counts with small size. Place can be improved in cleaning the area, it's dirty just need more sanitized some tables are sticky. But overall it's a clean restaurant.

The noodles (“bun bo”) are very good and authentic (Asian/Vietnamese style). All kind of veggies go with the noodles. The soup is fresh and flavorful. The customer service could be more friendly and tentative. If the restaurant were better maintained or remodeled, it’d be a better experience.

Great bun bo hue flavors, but I feel like it’s better to get the regular size than the large. The large may look like there’s more cause it’s in a bigger bowl, but it’s mainly just broth!! I feel like the regular size has more noodles and protein so save your money and just order regular. I do like how they are not stingy with the veggies! They give a lot which is always a plus!! Service is not good because they do not acknowledge you, barely talk to you when you order, and do not even appreciate it when you say thank you to them. However, they sell nuoc mat, and it’s sooooo refreshing so I always come here for that, but don’t let the bad service get to you. Just come for regular size bbh and a nice nuoc mat drink!

The worst Bun Bo Hue of my life. The reviews made me want to try this place, but after eating here, I have to say it was the worst Bun Bo Hue I’ve ever had. I’m never coming back and I do not recommend this place to anyone!
