This was suppose to be a half and half. Entire pizza chicken, pineapple, onions. Additional toppings on one of the halves add mushroom and asiago cheese.

This is why I never order on the Domino's app because you guys go like 10 blocks away from me and I am literally just like three blocks away from you guys and my food gets your cold. So I recommend everybody to order through DoorDash or UberEats that way it comes straight to you. Now I have to eat a cold pizza it's not supposed to be cold no need for us to microwave it or put it back in the oven.

SOOO DISAPPOINTED!!! I got 8 wings and they are EXTREMELY TINY!! About an inch and a half in size! They cost more but what we got is RIDICULOUS!!! Wow!!! Look at these photos! Almost the size of the ranch!

Never get it right. I give them a chance every several months. Hoping they will eventually get consistent with a good pizza. This time my pan pizza had little to no sauce on it. After requesting a new pizza with sauce on it, I was told you will get the same exact pizza with very little sauce on it. If I wanted pepperoni cheese bread, I would have gone to Little Cesar's! Shame on you Dominoes pizza. They refunded me the money and I requested they not send me another pizza. Maybe corporate can help this location. Oh, I almost forgot. The driver gave me the wrong order, and had to come back to bring me the horrible pizza I ordered. Shameful.

Sooooo the manager informed me ( the one refunding my money) that gloves are not required. Why? It’s 2024 and people have nasty tendencies. Insane!

Ordered via call in, they took my card information, and said it was paid, later they call me three times, because they had said it had not been paid, since THEY MESSED UP! I ended up paying it again, having to read my card information about three times total..... they need to train their employees better! I had a pretty rough week and all I wanted was some food without bs ... it is not too much to ask, is it?!

Dominos did it again with their foolishness. Unfortunately, their employees have a hard time reading the instructions that customers put in their orders. This is the 3rd or 4th time it has happened that my order was made incorrectly and I was told to wait for "long time" for them to remake it because they are "very busy," or take the order that was already made. I had to demand to speak to manager, and either cancel my order or correct it. But they still made me wait extra each time to get my original order. Maybe I just need to stop ordering from dominos? I see from comments that many other customers had similar issues with incorrect orders. Reading is not that hard. If employees just pay attention, they won't be wasting company's resources by frequently remaking orders and losing customers.

I ordered (online) a stuffed crust pizza with cheese and pepperoni on the whole pizza and extras on the on right side only. I got the pizza, but all the cheese and extra toppings were on one side only. I called in to get a refund, but they offered to remake it correctly for free. Fine. I got the second pizza, but again it was made incorrectly. I'm very disappointed.

Guy showed up with the pizza demanded a five dollar tip I only had 3 dollar of cash on me. Dude insisted on a 5 dollar tip I told the driver to take the pizza back to the store. I will never order pizza from dominoes ever again. Pizza Hut is better anyways.

I put in an online order at 6:39pm the receipt said eta 30-40 min no to bad. As time went by the tracker never went from prepping to in the oven. it was 7:02pm when I called to make sure my number and information were correct. The tracker then changed from order put in at 6:39pm to 7:05pm after I spoke with someone. I then received a call to confirm my order again at 7:24pm. Person stated they were confused by my order. I don’t see how you can confuse an order that is on the menu with no special request. I was left on hold for about 3 min. then when the person came back on they didn’t know why I was on hold. I had to remind the same person they put me on hold. At that time they stated the order will arrive soon. The tracker changed yet again to order placed at 7:31pm. I then questioned the tracker. they stated it does not work correctly But, the tracker from then on worked like clock work. Even giving me an approximate time of when the order would arrive at 8:11pm. The pizza arrived at 8:14pm. Then the driver stated the sauce he had for me exploded due to the heat from the pizza and he would return with another one for me. I have never seen a sauce explode due to the heat from the pizza. I have driven for Pizza Hut dominos and papa John’s in the past. So please explain to an experienced previous not only driver but cook how that happens. Service was terrible pizza was cold and hard. The sauce was not at all mixed well. Worst experience I have ever had with a pizza place. I can honestly say I will not be ever ordering from this location again.
