Nice staff. Quick service. The quality of the dark meat chicken was a bit iffy with too much fat and gristle. Maybe I will have to try all white next time.

Food was ok, not bad but not great. Service wasn't good at all. Their app says they have curbside pickup so I selected that option, entered my vehicle info only to find out they don't offer that service. When I asked why the app offers the service even though the store doesn't provide the service the employee seemed not to comprehend my question and kept repeating herself stating they don't offer the service. This place is ok for basic food but if you have any special instructions for the food or anything like that you need to anticipate they probably aren't competent enough to follow any special requests.

Checked our bag for teriyaki, soy sauce etc., then asked girl for some, as she's giving it to us she sarcastically tells my husband he already has some in the bag, so he apologizes. Owners wanted to charge for sauce. Where other waba grills give you as much as you would like. Chicken tasted different then other waba grills too. One and done. Good luck

I have always liked Waba and this is the location I go to but last Saturday I had the worst service ever. I ordered the salad with salmon and the young girl at the register was having trouble entering my order on the register. After a few minutes she moved to the other register and continued to have problems, so her solution was to ask me “do you have cash?”. After replying no she went to another young lady for help and entered my order. I then told her “can you please make my salmon with pink?” She went to the girl who was about to cook the salmon and came back and asked, “so you want it raw?” I said no just a little pink inside. She went back to the girl who then came to the counter and said “I don’t know how to make it that way”. To help her out I told her to cook it about the time she usually does and as she held the salmon in her hand she said “Im going to do my best”. I took my order home and when I cut a piece of the salmon I saw that it was just seared on the outside and raw inside, totally raw and cold. I cooked the salmon myself. They also did not give me dressing for the salad. It is obvious that these two girls need some training.

worst waba grill every, the beef tasted nasty. my rice was mushy and clumped together while the other bowl had hard rice. cashier was rude and busy picking at her nails the whole time we were in there. cook was cooking and texting on the phone while people were waiting for their food. well contract corporate and want to get a refund.

I went inside with my friend and he ordered food. The workers then proceeded to tell me to leave since i didn’t order anything. I was eating some of my friends food and they still told me to get out. So disrespectful and there was no one else there so i don’t know why they were so concerned at the one seat i was occupying.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed from start to finish. The poor gal that answered the phone seemed extremely stressed out and busy. Management should be making a better effort at hiring employees, and making it worth their while to work at that location. it’s not fair to the staff you currently have for them to be that stressed out all the time trying to make things happen As for the food. The flavor was OK. But the order was completely messed up. I had ordered the mini tofu bowl with brown rice. What I received was a chicken bowl with white rice. The taco I ordered as a side was correct. Both items, however, were room temperature. I drove less than five minutes up the road and got to the location within five minutes of putting my order in. There is no reason that any of the food should’ve been room temperature. I got an iced tea to drink. The iced tea was not rude correctly, and was extremely strong and tasted horrible. I had to water it down with almost half a cup of water before it was drinkable. Hopefully this was just an off day, but looking at other reviews, it seems that this location has ongoing issues. Not only with customer service or employees being stressed out, but also with food quality as well. I will likely not be going to this location again.(especially for $10, not worth it if it’s meh) I would be willing to try another location to see if a different one is better than this one.

We brought our 2 children in with us and asked about the free kids meals. The woman at the register first told us that only one child could eat free, and then proceeded to tell us that she could no longer find the button, she asked her husband in the back and he explained that they no longer were offering the promotion. We have been to several other WABA locations and they all offer the same thing as they are a corporation. This franchise in Cypress is not doing the right thing, and does not want to honor the corporate standards. We will no longer be going to this location, and we actually live in Cypress. Very dissapointing.

When I questioned it and pointed at the sign stating $1.80, they said that price ended yesterday. I pulled up the website and found half avocado on there, and the price was $1.99. When I asked about that, they said their price is $3.98. Last time I will ever eat there, and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
