I came here instead of Panda Express, and I’m so glad I did! The place was incredibly clean, the staff was super kind, and the food was served warm and tasted amazing. I would definitely come here again! :D

I haven't had an order yet that wasn't prepared when placed, hot when received, and tasty when eaten. It may be a tiny bit pricey, but you really do get what you pay for here. I enjoy the spicy chicken tenders with fries. I've also had the combo lo mein...delish! The broccoli pepper steak is a must. I have also had the combination Mongolian plate... next time, I will do just chicken and steak. If you choose to visit the Lancaster location, do not be off put by whatever you see outside. The food is good.

Updating my post. I tried to call my order in and was left on hold for almost 10 minutes. Ust crazy. Let's not start this, please. Great service, food quality seems to be the same. I'm happy there is one in Oak Cliff. More convenient for me.

I discovered chicken & Things a few years ago. At that time, they had my favorite Tempura Shrimp. I'm so sad they no longer serve my favorite. I pray they bring it back. Anyway, I am happy to see this establishment in our neighborhood. So far, it's been a pleasure. The food is still great like the other location in downtown Dallas, Texas. I want to give this restaurant a 5 star review, but I can't because then it wouldn't be honest. The restaurant is clean, beautiful, friendly service, and the food tastes good, but I can't give them 5 stars because the food is NOT authentic asian cuisine... I noticed that the rice is NOT Jasmine, and in fact, it tasted somewhat like Spanish rice. It was prepared with a Spanish twist the way it's cooked in Spanish culture. Perhaps some of the seasonings they used weren't asian... it didn't give off the stir fried rice flavors... The egg rolls seemed to be prepared from frozen to deep fried, which ruins the flavors and becomes soggy with oil. After some observations, I noticed that there were no actual asian employees... the food was prepared by Mexicans, which explains the Spanish flavors. I love Spanish food, but I came to enjoy chinese. Perhaps the chef may need to buy authentic chinese ingredients from the asian supermarkets nearby and implement them into the dishes they prepare daily so that the flavors can be preserved and customers can enjoy actual chinese food. That's just my recommendations and opinion. Other than that, the food was still very good 👍 👌 😋 and I still recommend this restaurant. I also want to add that there is a liquor store next door, which has people loitering and doing nefarious activities... it gives the area bad vibes of crime which negatively affects this beautiful friendly asian restaurant. I was concerned about someone breaking into my vehicle while eating at this restaurant. It's not the restaurant's fault... it's the liquor store responsibility to ensure their customers don't break loitering rules.

The chicken tasted very fresh and was juicy! The spicy tenders option wasn't spicy at all, however. Didn't even feel a kick, it was just regular like the regular ones we got. That was the only disappointing part. I hope y'all are able to fix that The inside area is clean. The music playing was good too! I liked this place a lot, cheaper than another similar restaurant we go to.

Food is not as good as the one on Botham Jean, customer service is not as good neither. I'll just continue to drive from Lancaster to South Dallas

The orange chicken was not as good as my previous visit. It was not crisp or crunchy.

The shrimp/chicken fried rice was greasy, tasteless, and cooked with green onions. $12. + with taxes over $14. The portion size meet my expectations, however wasn't able to eat the meal.

Bad customer service, they don’t speak english, and they didn’t wanna make me a combination meal when they closed in 30 mins. Everything was disgusting only thing was good egg rolls.

They have a sign in the building saying you can get a free drink or eggroll if you do the review- Just so you can't say you weren't warned.....The food looks NOTHING like the pictures you see in the menu AND it is literally the WORST food I have ever tasted, EVER! I say tasted and not eaten because it was sooooo bad, me, my co-worker, AND my boss all threw our food away. This was my very first time eating at this spot and will DEFINITELY BE MY LAST! I'd rather eat a giant terd from a public restroom. Discussing and a waste of my money!!! Don't waste your hard earned money too!
