My experience here was terrible. The manger was so rude and disrespectful. He antagonized my boyfriend and I until we left the establishment. He was upset because we put lemonade in a water cup. He could’ve respectfully addressed us but he approached the situation very rudely and made snarky and sarcastic remarks about it until we left, and he tried to make it a spectacle in the restaurant as we left. It’s just lemonade there was no need to be rude. DO NOT come here.

This is the worst Cicis I've visited so far in Dallas. Their pizza requests are consistently ignored, and the staff often provide misleading or false information. The overall experience was disappointing, and I will not return. I hope the owner recognizes that the establishment is staffed with rude and incompetent workers who ruin the customer experience.

Been going here for at least the last 3 years since I moved nearby. Used to be awesome, like one of the better Cicis locations, for what’s that worth. Go solo or with my kids on a regular basis. Last two times the place has been incredibly nitpicky, no water cups, not making pizza requests, fine food cost, economy blah blah. Take my two kids and nephew tonight, try for 3 kids buffets and an adult. Rude cashier with attitude asks the ages, I state 12. They’re 10, 11 and 12. “They pass as adults, $57.70.” I say excuse me? She just repeats the same line and I say screw it, I can 4 larges at dominos and still have some left. Never again will I go to this location or any other Cicis.

The cashier was completely incompetent. We had a promo for $2.99 for adults. He insisted that we pay a kids price (almost $8) for our Godson, 10, is always chargeed the adult price. He refused to make the adjustment. When we asked for the manager her stated that the manager was going to go with whatever he said. The manger came over while he was assisting someone else. We explained what was happening and he told him to give us the $2.99 price. The cashier said something to the manager in Spanish and then all of a sudden the manager said the price was correct. They kept asking if we want to cancel the order. Once he realized we were not backing down. He honored the price. I visited this location several times. But I will not return.

Worst experience ever food was old on the line also Melissa refused to make fresh pizza or make personal pizza not sure what her issue is or what this store problem is but I definetly will take my business elsewhere she lacks managerial skills refuse to give me the Corporate Number refuse to make any type of piece that I requested, but made peace for other people just disrespectful

The man in a green shirt and Oakley glasses and hat a Mexican guy was harassing me because I forgot I got a water cup I immediately poured it out and was like I’m sorry I forgot, then when we first walked in he used my code because he didn’t want to delete it because I didn’t want a soda I wanted the 2.99 buffet, he was yelling at me demanding me to pay saying it’s my money and you wasted it, but told me to get water, extremely rude and terrible service meanwhile he was rude to delete my code and made me use my friends code because he didn’t. Want to delete it. He then made me extremely uncomfortable yelling at me to pay because after I dumped the water and I was like I’m sorry I forgot, the pizza isn’t fresh won’t be coming back after this! The pizza is stale

This guy at the place seemed as if he didn’t want to do anything I asked for pizzas multiple times but he just stood there and walked around. Also the games didn’t work at all I asked for help and this guy just said “uh” and went to the wrong restroom… he’s not a female.

If I could just give ZERO star on this location, I would! This is the most DIRTIEST cicis branch I've seen!! The pizza bar is almost empty and they are very cold! The drink machine is so gross!! The bathroom is very nasty.The staff which I think it's the manager is the most RUDE person I have ever met!! I will NEVER EVER recommend this place!! Please,give yourself a favor.Do not repeat the same mistake I did " STAY AWAY from this place!!"

Got to be honest. I didn't really like the service of the Hispanic lady who was working the register today. She just seemed to rude like she didn't want our business we stopped by there when we got back in town on the 15th of September 2025 it was around 6 o'clock. I won't ever be coming back again.

The cinnamon roll containers are different causing them to be compressed into a small container. They are not fluffy causing the texture and feel of a hard thick biscuit. The space that is seen is only due to me pulling a piece out to try and putting the remainder back.

I never leave reviews but this was a dreadful experience. I went to this Cicis with a couple of buddies. We were there for maybe 10 minutes. Immediately, we were able to tell that the pizzas they had were sitting their all day. The meatballs on the “spaghetti and meatball pizza” had mold on it, and rock hard. Also, the buffalo chicken pizza I had gotten had a fly cooked inside the crust of the pizza, which shows how filty this place. I attached the picture of that fly. Also, when I requested for a refund the lady in the front refused and laughed. She said “okay, you’ll be sick while laughing.” All my friends heard it too. That’s just wrong. This place is disgusting, and on top of that you have these rude people working there with no care for any customers. How do you not refund a customer who had a bug on their pizza?
