My absolute favourite place to eat in La Marina, whether for take-out or dine-in. The food is superb and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Google suggested I update this review so I'll let everyone know that it's as good as ever. Absolutely great food.
Only managed to get here twice during my time in la marina but what a food sensation each experience was. Having travelled through India for 10 months this is truly a very good representation of Indian food. I will definitely return when I get back to la marina.

Ook op een kille avond zit je hier heerlijk warm, je trui kun je gerust thuis laten. 2 allervriendelijkste dames in de bediening en een vriendelijk vrolijke heer achter de bar. We hadden niet gereserveerd, maar er was gelukkig nog precies een plaatsje voor 2 personen. Heerlijk butterchicken gegeten, in jaren niet zo goed geproefd. En de tiki masala precies hetzelfde. Als het teveel is voor je mag je het in een doggy bag mee naar huis nemen.

Our friends shared this curry house with us and we have now been at least 5 times. Never disappointed the food is freshly cooked and always lovely. The staff are friendly and attentive it’s like being part of a big family. The beer may be a little more pricey but my husband and I don’t drink very much so haven’t noticed. Thankyou Curry Muhal.

Quite simply the best Indian restaurant I've been to. Fresh, fresh food, superbly-flavoured and cooked to perfection. Lovely family staff. Great prices and spotlessly clean. All you need in a restaurant, but it's the quality of the dishes that elevates it well above the ordinary!
The best place for an Indian meal in the area. Plentiful, well cooked and stands up to the best places in Bradford, my old stomping ground. The staff are cheerful and happy to advise if you ask. Highly recommended.

Each time I fly over to visit parents we make this restaurant our first stop. The staff are so friendly and attentive and the food is always excellent. If you’re in la marina you really need to pay this place a visit, it’s definitely worth it. I can’t wait for my next visit here!

As a South African living Spain, curry isn't an unfamiliar dish for us..the exception is Curry Mahal. If there was a 6th Star option I would have clicked it twice. The amazing flavours, great sides and relaxed atmosphere made an exquisite night out for my wife and I that we will remember for some time to come. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is pet friendly outside. I HIGHLY! Recommend this place and hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Was für eine Freude hier zu Essen, toller kulinarischer Abstecher nach Indien. Es hat uns super geschmeckt und der Service war sehr freundlich und speditiv. Hier kommen wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Wir haben zu dritt gegessen - 1 L Wein, drei Vorspeisen, drei Hauptgerichte. Zusammen unter 45€. Das Essen ist reichlich und sehr lecker und es gibt eine große Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Ich war schon öfter dort essen, draußen ist es sehr schön. Innen könnte das Ambiente etwas schöner sein.
We've visited here twice with friends who live locally. We can't fault the food here, everything is very good. The madras curries are incredibly good and the tandoori chicken is well worth ordering. Hoping to come back very soon.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker. Der Service bekommt von mir nur 4 🌟 weil es an der Kommunikation gehapert hat. Zum Glück gibt es ja Google Übersetzer 😂. Ich hab mich dann für ein vegetarisches Gericht entschieden. Spinat mit Joghurt Soße dazu Reis.

Los platos están riquísimos, recién hechos, los menús son baratos para la cantidad y calidad de la comida que llevan, tienen tres niveles de picante: nada, medio, y picante, y se ajusta muy bien a nuestra impresión. Vamos que si estas por La Marina o San Fulgencio y te gustan los indios, ya sabes donde tienes que ir. Por decir alguna cosa menos buena: atienden en ingles (es una zona guiri) mejor que en castellano, y tardan mucho en preparar la comida (se nota que la hacen en el momento). Pero vamos, que repetiré cuando volvamos por allí.

This is one of the better Indian restaurants on the Costa Blanca. Food is to a good standard. Having been spoilt with all the variety of Indian restaurants when living close to Bradford before moving to Spain - praise indeed! Staff are very helpful and polite and, an excellent menu choice. Good portion sizes too.

Good Indian restaurant with fantastic menu options. Plenty of meat in the dishes that include it, meaning you won't leave hungry. Very clean and fine, but affordable. Could use a touch more spiciness and heat in the meals.
Best Indian on the urb Great prawn and Vegetable options. They even do the spicy poppadoms and Mateus rose wine! So good, thanks. Naan good flavour but not quite authentic enough for me, otherwise 5 stars xx

Although only mid April the restaurant was too hot. Starter of prawn puri was a boy bland, main course of chicken dopiaza very good. Best naan bread I've had in Spain, fluffy and charcoal on the base.
Very hot inside don’t seem to have air conditioning which made eating curry unpleasant. Service is good. The food was okay
First time visit here, we don’t live on the urb but had heard good things so ventured out. Welcome and the ambience in the restaurant was good and we were quickly shown to our table. We chose a set special off the menu at 38.95. We were surprised this didn’t come with a drink included or any popadoms included, we were asked if we wanted these on sitting down but it wasn’t explained these were extra on top of the menu price. The starter was poor, 5 prawns and a chicken leg between two of you, the chicken was greasy and tasteless. The main consisted of chicken tikka masala, and a lamb dish, 4 pieces of lamb which was nice but small portion, and the CTM was very tomato based and 6 pieces of chicken which was dry. The special rice was nice as was the side dish of cauliflower. What we did notice though that we didn’t like was other people had their curries served on a hotplate and their nan bread cut into portions, ours was all serviced on the table as it came from the kitchen We have tried it, overall have given it 3 stars as the staff and ambience was nice but the food a little less than average and for a bill of 44.80 as drinks and popadoms not included in the set menu price we didn’t feel we had good value for money. Anyway, we have tried it, not the worst but not one we would rush back to.
We waren met zijn vijfen en allemaal hadden we een verschillend gerecht ! Mijn lamsvlees was hard in de saus. Bij de andere gerechten leken het wel hapklare brokken, hard vlees. Ik heb diverse gerechten geproefd en curry 's, maar het is niet mijn keuken. De bediening is vriendelijk en het restaurant is smaakvol en gezellig en het zat helemaal vol!

The best curries in La Marina Urbanisation. Amazingly friendly people & good value for money; cannot beat it. Been coming here for over 10 years and hope it will continue for at least another 10 😀 Changed hands and no longer any good; poor service and mediocre food. Shame on new owners
Arrivée à 20h45, servi à 22h alors que le restaurant n'était pas plein. Nous prenons une bouteille d'eau et une bière, nous n'aurons pas eu le droit aux galettes et sauce d'accueil alors que les autres tables y avait droit ? Après 1 h d'attente nos plats arrivent, sans réelles saveurs digne d'un restaurant indien. Par rapport à nos références c'est une cuisine très banale.

We zijn een paar maanden geleden geweest toen zeker naar tevredenheid, nu moesten we bij de gerechten opeens de rijst of naanbrood bij betalen, 2,50voor een schepje rijst is dan best veel, voor de prijs kwaliteit is niet best. Voor ons was dit de laatste keer
