My experience at Golden Krust Caribbean restaurant was exceptional. I was in town from Atlanta for the weekend. I had the breakfast plate with callaloo, butter bean and Saltfish and fried dumplings. The flavors of the authentic Caribbean dishes were truly outstanding, reminding me of the wonderful flavors of the islands. The staff was very friendly, service and vibrant atmosphere.

I’m just a white boy with no culture wanting to try that Jamaican food I’ve heard so much about. The employees here were so friendly and welcoming. Smiles on their faces as well. The restaurant was super clean and the food very fresh. 100/10 recommend.

The samples offered covered a nice variety of traditional Caribbean food. The meat dishes were savory, soft and left a wonderful feel in the mouth. Yummy does not do my description justice. I tasted other treats for which I do not know their proper names. The entire culinary experience was a feast of sensations. Love this food! Parking is plenty at this location and I recommend lunch or dinner or just take out if you want the privacy of home company.

Portions are big if you get the pre made lunches ,,they have a big verity and it is very tasty. The Patty's are great and they have a good selection of hard to find drinks and lots of different flavor ginger beers ,there are juices as well ,every time I go there I get something different, they have canned milo milk .. the gingerbeers are my favorite,,jerk chicken was my favorite.

I came by at 1 for lunch and got disappointed at this store, not the 1st time I was I gotten disappointed here. I had this same meal at a different store on Coconut Creek Parkway and it looked and tasted nothing like this. The salmon taste is non-existent, and I can only taste the sweet chili sauce. I tried to get a side of saltfish n butter beans that was sitting since this morning. Not for no 7.99, it can stay the rest of the day! At thispoint I'll just avoid this store and got to the stores I that keep up the quality of the food, and has a better parking.

I have ordered twice from Uber Eats the small callaloo and salt fish. Every time there has been no salt fish. I've called before the second time I ordered, asked if there was saltfish, and told yes but clearly not put into my plate. Thank goodness Uber Eats has been refunding part of the meal.

Only good thing I can say is that the place was clean! So I usually go to the Coconut Creek Location (I believe different franchise owners) but they are closed on Sundays so we Drove 25/30 minutes to this location. . Firstly every business has the right to make their own rules in a restaurant but when I requested to get 3 boiled dumplings and 1 Fried Dumpling with yesterdays brown stew chicken I was denied. The Young lady said I would have to pay extra for the fried dumpling. I even tried to say if I go down to 3 pieces of food Instead of 4 can that be accommodated and that was a NO. Decided to do Rice with the chicken instead but Veggies weren’t ready so I Cancelled the Order because how bad does customer service have to be that you can say you are going to serve me a half plate but can’t give me the consideration with the dumplings. . Then my partner got the curry chicken which was not cut up just big leg piece and was severely under cooked. He didn’t take pictures because he tried to calmly tell them just to replace and the chef came out arguing with him that it’s cooked even though it was clearly bloody. (I would have taken a picture 100000%) but the audacity to argue instead of replacing it is crazy. Plus everything looked undercooked like no color to it. Hope management sees this to make some adjustments on customer service and food quality. We ended up just getting patties 😫

I usually go to local Jamaican spots, but I thought I’d give this one a try. When I walked in, a lady with pretty colored contacts asked what I wanted to order. I told her I’d like the lunch deal, but she didn’t provide any options. Unsure of what was available, I eventually said “whatever,” since no clarification was given. I then mentioned I wanted to add a drink, and when I asked about the drink options, she seemed visibly annoyed, walked away, and came back to quickly list them. As someone simply trying to understand the menu, I found the interaction dismissive and uncomfortable. I made sure to let her know that I didn’t appreciate the service. Unfortunately, due to the poor customer experience, I won’t be returning. Food was amazing though! Hopefully she comes back the next day with helpful hands not just hands to do the job.

Poor service :/ I had a good start to my day and decided to treat myself to Golden Krust since I just started a new job and was pleasantly surprised to find one right down the street from my workplace! When they just opened up they were amazing but now things are not looking so good. Food quality is very poor. Yams with worm being cooked and serve to the public is not acceptable at all.

The food was disgusting 🤮 chicken was dry as hell not even worth calling barbecue fried just HARD CHICKEN. The rice had no flavor and the cabbage tasted like tap water. It was so gross I’m disappointed. The spice round bun was even no good. I wish I could return I just had to throw the whole plate away and it cost 15.99 so never again

There's was no one else in the store only me. I was told what I ordered only come in one size, (large). Which confused me because the menu showed several sizes to choose from. terrible customer service! i placed an order online through their direct website. for a total of $24.01, small curry chicken and 2 cajun patties. we received a confirmation text to pick up the food at 12:40-12:45. once we get there my bf goes inside to get the food and he texts saying to send the receipt bc they’re not showing an order. i send the receipt then i hear him going back and forth with the lady at the register so i just went inside. they told him they have had this issue before when customers place orders on the website and not through door dash. the manager walks up and starts asking to see where the money came out of my account. i show him and then he proceeds to say is that a real account. when i’m literally showing him the emailed and texted confirmation with the order number and where it debited from my account. how can it not be ? so he ended up telling the lady to make the order. she makes it then checks back on her computer just to see they had the order all along 😒 long story short. don’t order online. just go inside.
