I don't like their coffee at all anymore. I used to go to Vips for their coffee, and I don't know what happened, it's already terrible, it's too diluted and has no flavor or texture. The food varies in flavor from place to place, but this one wasn't so bad. They've removed many dishes that I was happy to eat. This place doesn't have outlets to plug anything into its cabinets like other Vips I've been to. I wanted to take my computer out for a conference I had, but I couldn't make it. (It was my mistake not to check that my laptop had a battery, my cell phone had half a charge, but I preferred to save it.)

The service was very good, the attention was excellent, and the waitress was attentive to our needs. The place was very clean. They followed COVID recommendations. The presentation of the dishes was good, the flavor was delicious, and the plates were large. They offer delicious sweet bread. Breakfast includes juice or fruit and refilled coffee. Only the coffee was lukewarm, but it tasted very good.

The food is good, but I don't know why it's always served cold. I've gone alone, and you'd think that since it's just one dish, it would be hot, but it wasn't. The waitresses are friendly, but they spend most of their time chatting. There's nothing wrong with that, but it makes it take a while to bring your order.

It's unbelievable!! They took an hour to serve me!! And there were only 3 tables eating! Then They told me my dish was ready, but they would wait until another dish came out along with mine. It's unbelievable!! Finally, they served us and offered us ice cream for dessert because of the wait, even though the cashier noticed and came to ask why it was taking so long! Anyway!! I finished eating in 15 minutes! -Good establishment, -Good food, -Good service from the staff -TERRIBLE WAIT TIME!!

Just not a good experience. Not busy and OK servicio.. BUT bad Coffee and lousy breakfast..could not eat it.

Today, July 28, 2024, my mom and I came to eat. We ordered two chilaquiles, one with breaded cutlet and the other with scrambled eggs. When they brought us the order, it wasn't what we ordered, and then when they brought it back, my breaded cutlet was raw, and they brought the eggs smashed twice.
