This is the best Starbucks in both Sherman and Denison. I often go out of my way to get my order here rather than some of the closer options to me. They never mess up my order and are always so nice and fast!
Good morning welcome to Starbucks, I'm the best energy a person could ever naturally bring. That is Tyler and I'd only been getting the breakfast sandwich for a few days and I added a sweet tea this morning. Not only his attention to detail as he's multi-tasking, but never skips a beat. I wasn't a huge fan of the brand. I am now. The few short moments getting your order will jump started your morning to be great no matter how crappy it is. Need more Tyler's in the world
Favorite Place to go.. miss the one in Atoka, Oklahoma so bad… wish you would come back! Every Starbucks we visit there is wonderful friendly people ready to help you , no matter how hard your order is ! Thank you

I didn’t catch our baristas name as we went through the drive thru, but she was such a sweet girl. We came through at about 7:30 pm and I ordered a herbal citrus mint tea and she asked me if I was sick and told me that this is a good tea to get to help! She then saw that we had dogs and was so quick to get us pup cups for the both of them. Before we left, she said “I hope you feel better!!” which was so kind. I feel like it is so hard to get a genuine conversation through a drive-thru these days, but she did not fail! Thank you for making our night!
I went in to get my Mammaw in the hospital a strawberry smoothie. Lexi was very knowledgeable and kind. She wished us the best with her and a blessed day. My grandma enjoyed the smoothie. Thank you guys for the kind atmosphere and staff!
I just love this location. It's my go to place. The staff are always kind and helpful. Even new employees are always nice. I get my chai latte or my pumpkin whatever and it never disappoints. I like to go in but even in a hurry the drive thru is always fast. The little cheap plastic cups are great for making iced coffee at home when you don't want to go anywhere. I just feel bad for them when pumpkin spice season is over because then they get verbally attacked by pumpkin entitled customers who think the employees are hiding the pumpkin spice ingredients in their pockets. They don't deserve that. They deal with enough and at this location I think they do a great job!! You guys are awesome!!

This is my 4th visit at this location and every time my coffe hasn't been good, taste like water milk. Such a bummer! The other locations are better, they need to readjust there recipes to match the other locations.
Ordered drinks and food thru uber eats and I have several times and each time the coffee just isn’t right. This one was extremely sweet. I ended up making a pot of coffee and using the Starbucks drink as creamer. Idk if the baristas need training, Starbucks use to be better, I know because I worked there. The drinks are just never balanced. Irritated cause I spent 20 dollars on drinks that are absolutely undrinkable. Food was still warm, at least. But baristas need to be better trained!!
I have been to this location twice now, and both times the location was closed from being able to walk in & order. I don’t do drive through. I left both times and went to CJ’s. This was also about 3 months in between visits too. Definitely the last time I will try.
I went in there and got zero customer service i proceeded to wait and everyone else got helped. Don't know this is about just weird situation in general just documenting for other with similar experiences in this location. The Starbucks in sherman area have a better environment and service. For a inside experience I'd recommend those instead.
Unpleasant. My coffee had a splash of oat milk yet the milk inside was chunky with depositing debris within gross. I ordered a water to wash down the taste and they never gave me it. Will not return.
Usually i have a decent experience here, but whoever the girl is that i just talked to at the window needs to do better. I asked for a sriracha packet for my food and she was very rude and copped an attitude for absolutely no reason. She acted like they had a full drive through and it was gonna be a problem to walk 10 steps to grab something for me. I was not able to catch her name since she passed the packets to someone else to give to me. It wasn't even busy(1 car in the drive through and a few people in the building). There was no good reason to talk to a customer that way. 0/0 customer service.
I understand the method in which Starbucks operates, which is best for them. However, ever since doing online orders, they Prioritize those in front of walk-in customers which is backwards if you ask me. Somebody orders online then goes to the drive-through and picks it up. I watch 14 drinks be made for the drive-through why I stood and waited for a double shot espresso over 12 minutes and I never got my drink. I finally just asked for a refund and walked out I would hope that a corporation this large could find a better method to service all three avenues of customers. Maybe they’re unaware. Update to the review stopped in today to get a drink. No one in the store one car in the drive-through but they informed me it would be like a 15 to 20 minute wait for my drink because they were so busy taking care of phone orders again take care of the people in your store first then take care of phone orders.
My name is Natosha.: I orders DoorDash from this specific location and the manager hung up in my face this morning! Way to start the day!! I ordered a Venti Matcha latte which was the reason for the entire order. When I saw the picture it said 2 of 2. I ordered the Latte a Breakfast Sandwhich and a Yogurt. They completely just didn’t make the drink at all. Like who cares what the receipt clearly says. I was really annoyed because again that was the reason for the order. I called to let them know because it is not okay. The manager said people have a bad day well you should have an organized system to where the day is smooth for the employee and the customer Do Better.. I could have called back when she hung up in my face but I will let her terrible management handle her all on its own.. this location will never get another one of my hard earned dollars again
Crazy how I asked for no ice. Even had to tell her 3 times no ice. Even on my cup it says no ice but it sure did get loaded with ice. Every time I come to this location they never listen, it’s always a horrible experience. They just do what they want I guess and not listen to their customers. I’m just mainly upset I told her three times also no ice and I still got ice.
The place wasn't super busy when I went and yet it took 30 minutes to get my order of 1 dragon fruit drink. They didn't bother to give me the right drink and told me they didn't have the right stuff to make what I ordered. The place was dirty and had not been cleaned for a minute. All and all I really would just use the Cafe at the hospital or go to qt, the place wasn't worth the one drink. Sarah was the one wo took my order and honestly she deserves a raise. She handled my transaction respectfully.
