Great service!! I was served by an employee named Kaliah, she was very patient and greeted us so respectfully as my friends and I dined in for our lunch breaks. She checked on us occasionally and made our experience much more pleasant as someone who doesn't dine in often. Can't wait to visit again soon!!!

The team here is incredible! I came in around 3pm and received my meal quickly. I was greeted by Mary who is very passionate and hilarious. My meal was brought out by Dominic, and asked if I needed anything else. Later on, Hannah came around and checked on me to see if I needed anything. The customer service here is amazing. I will definitely be returning!

The customer service here is absolutely amazing! This was my first time coming here! Kimberly took my order and was very helpful with suggestions! My order was out to me by the time I sat down. Elliya brought my food out with a great smile, asking if there was anything else I needed. Demarcus, who I assume is the General Manager, came and checked on me, asking if I needed a refill or if I wanted some dessert. The little things matter and this location touched every small detail that demonstrates great customer service. I will be returning!

Omg AMAZING! we always get the choose 2 - pick soup, salad, sandwich, wrap, baked potato.... salad and wrap here So many options. Kids meals are dirt cheap if your kids eat them there. Kids meals to go are 2.99, still not bad. Their brownies are mmmm mmmm good! Tori checked us out today and she was SUPER NICE! All of the staff was extra friendly and I love that. ❤️

I've been to this location a few times, and I've always ordered carry-out. I can think of one time I had ordered a sandwich ahead, and I came 15 minutes late, and it still wasn't prepared. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes in the store. Thankfully, that was a one-off experience. Other than the mobile ordered has been fantastic and very timely! They have an honor system process where you just grab your meal in a bag from a shelf. Your meal has a sticker receipt with your name on it. I usually order the Spicy Turkey Melt, which consists of avocado, bacon, chipotle ranch, pepper jack cheese, roasted turkey spring mix lettuce, and tomato on a baguette. I also get a side order of chips, sweet tea, and lemonade for the drink. The sandwich is very consistent in flavor. It's not spicy at all to me, but the blend of ingredients combines in a very scrumptious way. The tea they give you is plentiful in size and is very good in taste. If you're a sweet lover you won't be disappointed! Eventually, I'll try the other sandwiches. They have so many, but the Spicy Turkey Melt has been the go-to for me. I recommend you give them a try and see for yourself.

10/20/25 Pleasant employees, clean environment. Failed on the food. The bacon was not fully cooked. The fat on cooked bacon is not white-ish. Also, it is crisp, not flimsy. (See pic.) 7/20/25 Gave them another try. Much better atmosphere. Got my meal to me much sooner. Staff was back to the old staff. They had 5 or 6 tables occupied. ____________________ The good staff seems to have left. The music has gotten louder and it has a lot of squealing--of one ethic bent. I will go eslewhere. If I wanted to listen to motown I'd find it on my phone. Service is now slower than molasses. Hood job McAlisters. The place is empty--I wonder why.

Came here an hour before they closed and still enjoyed how fresh the sweet tea & food was. The broccoli cheddar soup was cold so I had them heat it for me. The restaurant itself smells like Chuckie Cheese inside near dining area.

Ate at 530pm. The men's bathroom door is disgusting. It hasn't been wiped down in so long that there is huge grime buildup. Our table was wiped down but missed obvious food crumbs. The walls vfw the take had splatter on it and our area was covered in flies! Dozens flying around trying to get in our food and just hanging out on the wall. I doubt even want to see the kitchen! Tried to order a baked potato, but they were "out" and wouldn't have any ready for at least 30 minutes. Wife ordered unsweet tea and got sweet instead. Hot sandwiches came out barely warm. Went back to order chili and took over 10 minutes before the person who took my order came by and said, "you haven't gotten your chili yet?" Came back in a minute with a dried out film on top. Not sure what a majority of the employees are doing, but it's not working.

I waited 50 mins before going inside for curbside sitting on counter. First they gave me a burnt bread club. Went back asked for lightly toasted, they didn’t toast at all. Went back guy said no in between adv not true cause I just ate this yesterday and it was great. The reason I came today. When they made it again they put barely any meat or vegetables. The sandwich is mostly bread. And this was a $20 order so I’m pissed I don’t even leave reviews .. ever but this is ridiculous.

Nice place but the service is lacking. Guy at the front forgot a bunch of things on our plate and we had to ask for it. Will not return to this location best to drive to the one off university instead they had great staff. At the end our friend had a Rueben sandwich and found what looked like a small acorn. The person we notified was not surprised in fact knew immediately what it was she said it was an avocado stem. Her explanation of why it made it into the Rueben was that everything is made on the same board. She didn’t explain the physics of how it made it inside the sandwich. She gave a half hearted sorry and didn’t offer to discount or comp the meal. So had to change the review to 1 star.

I don’t know what’s going on with this McAllister’s but this is the second time I have called in a order and they messed it up, Their smokehouse spud says it comes with barbecue sauce and onions, The first time I asked for no onions and they decided to load it up with them, this time when I get home and open up the container, it is filled with chipotle sauce and not the barbecue sauce it said it came with. Wonderful experience.

I love baked potatoes. Always heard about your spuds, so when I got off work this afternoon, I dropped by to try a loaded one out...only to learn on an early Saturday evening that you were out of spuds! Didn't realize there was a potato shortage! Went to Rudy's instead. They had plenty, and was a great meal. Unsure if I'll waste time visiting your restaurant again.

There was this annoying emo guy that kept singing fireflies, he annoyed me so freaking bad and I am never coming again. Don't recommend. He could be there waiting for you. BE CAREFUL OUT THERE.
