This was our first time at Panera Bread. We decided to order online for at store pick up. Since it was our first time ordering online, we got $5 off our food if we signed up. After the order, it only took 6 minutes to get our food. However, they didn't put utensils in our bag. They also didn't put any additional condiments on our sandwiches that we asked for. That was pretty disappointing. We also felt like it cost too much for such a small sandwich that has such small portions on the sandwich. Despite all this, it tasted REALLY good. We got the French Ciabatta Dipper.

While the food and dining room are great, the service at this location is SO slow. I was in the drive through this morning and I only ordered a Mac and cheese and a water. I sat at the window for at least 5 minutes for them to take my payment and more than 5 minutes after I paid waiting on them to hand me my food. If it was just me in the line it would be no big deal, but a line of three cars behind me formed because of the slow service. I was also in a hurry as I was trying to get to work! Over all the food is good, but the employees, while polite, are VERY slow.

I ordered a Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and added romaine lettuce to it. The order first came out with multi lettuce instead of romaine lettuce and when it was remade it looked like it wasn't cooked. It was kind of cold and the cheese wasn't melted and didn't look like it had been heated at all. Otherwise great though! Thanks

Order process was good. Place was clean. The bad. 20 minutes wait to get a bagel and two coffees. Bagel was tasty.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Good food. Confusing order process for coffee. The easygoing counter help have GOT to figure out how to cut order times to below five minutes a customer.

Almost $13 Dollars for like 4oz of chicken on a handful of lettuce. Airport level value... And definitely not worth it given alternatives everywhere. Nice staff though. I'll give them that.

Yesterday at around 4:30pm I decided to go to Panera bread. I ordered food through the drive through. I paid and realized I needed another bag of chips so I asked the team manager there at the time (i dont have his name young boy) how much the chips were he said $1.50. I proceed to give him $2 and reaches for my money and lets $1 fly away. I told him you let my money fly away i don’t have anymore cash. I find .25 and give it to him. He then proceeds laughing and saying oh well that my money flew away. Saying that I need to give him $1.50 or i need to leave. He not once apologized for the situation didn’t offer to go and get the money even after i tried to open my door but couldn’t get out and i explained to him i had kids in the car. The team manager hassled me over .25 cents and even called the police because i explained to him that he let my money fly away and i know they could have just given me the chips since i had the money. I feel like i was discriminated against. And what immediate action brought against that manager. Horrible customer service and laughed the entire time with his staff members.

I don’t know when policy changed but…why am I waiting for the employees to fulfill my order to its entirety before I get a simple to-go coffee cup? You are treating your customers like children…even gas stations have their cups available for self-service right there. This is insulting from a customer perspective and now I cannot sip my coffee while waiting for my order. And water-bugs…please use a service to spray your facilities. I know we live in a world with bugs, but that’s why we have these services.

I will never come here again this is the second time and I ordered a green chicken Cobb to go. They didn’t chop anything and put a piece of the lettuce core. Chopped up a whole tomato in quarters and gave me no dressing. I literally want my money back but I ordered to go and left. DO BETTER! I paid 14.00 for this salad. The first time I came to this location they left out my chicken!!!!

7 dollars for a cup of chicken broth is what I got when ordering the chicken noodle soup. For starters, the cup wasn't full. The so-called "soup had literally one half of a noodles in it. This is completely unacceptable. The service was friendly, but the food was absolutely horrible. I had a to go order. Otherwise, I would have gone back and had some choice words for the management. I absolutely can not recommend going here. The pictures reflect everything that was in the soup. That's all I received.

I’m not gonna hate on the employees necessarily. I suspect they’re doing the best they can. The store has just gone downhill so much in the last couple years. The store is tired looking and it’s desperately in need of a remodel. The order process is not user friendly. If you think you can order from a human inside the store, think again. The food looks like airline food. What have you done to this place? Sad. McAllisters is better, cleaner and less expensive.
