A wendy's is a wendy's but the staff here was super nice and accommodating even with my friend's crazy request for them to lower the music so she could be on a work call. No one even batted an eye and just did it. Thank you staff so much.

Drivethru is friendly fast fesh and consistently what we love about Wendy's. Spicy chicken, origional chicken fresh fries all were excellent faves! New Italian mozzarella chicken was good. Great staff!

OMG first time being inside since remodel! I love it and new beverage machine that allows you to pick almost every flavor of soft drink, there are some juices and teas too. Didn't get a chance to really take it all in.

The staff and service here is awesome every time iv stoped in if never had a complaint and I don't get the normal sandwich I order a custom one. There is an incredible amount of parking weather your in a (big rig very parking friendly and plenty of overnight parking as well no cost ) or a car load of kids

On my way downstate to a wedding for my nephew, I made a quick pit stop. This is the only fast food restaurant I will go to. Friendly and fast, I really appreciated the service.

Only went in for a frosty and to rest our butts after 140 miles on the motorcycles. Place was clean and had country music playing which was a nice change from the ones near us.

It feels weird to rate a Wendy’s, but my wife and I had a great meal from this one on a Thursday night. You can just tell when a place cares, and the Dave’s Double I had tasted absolutely delicious.

We just stopped in for an ice cream treat before our 4 hour drive home. Vanilla or chocolate plain. Not any choices besides these 2 and no toppings but it tasted good. The place was clean and bright. Next time we'll bring our own toppings!

We arrived as a family of 7 at 9:30pm, 30 minutes before closing. The employees had to have been looking forward to an easy end to the day, but that's not what they got. Unfortunately my adorable nephew was carsick from a long drive that day, and wound up spitting up on the floor. The staff was completely understanding, and promptly came out to clean it up, refused a tip, AND to make sure my nephew walked away happy, gave him and his brother a couple toys to boot! The food was solid Wendy's food but really the service is what stood out. Thank you to a very kind, patient, and accommodating team!

A very good Wendy's! The employees seem to take pride in their jobs and be thankful for them. The girl gave my son an extra nugget for waiting and all of my service came with a smile. The sandwich I got was fresh, well put together, and the fries were fresh as well. It was nice of the girl who waited on us to bring my son's chicken nuggets when they were ready. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the bathrooms were spotless. A+ folks!

The best Wendy’s I have ever been to. The food was picture perfect and hot. The staff were very kind and efficient. I pulled up to the drive thru behind six cars and got my meals within four minutes.

Prompt service, sweet girls and lads working the restaurant. I was just passing through on my way to NYC from Toronto. Let's face it: Wendy's still has solid burgers out of all the major franchises. As a food beverage and hospitality worker, I only wish there was a tip jar so the employees can make more money.

Amazing service, all of the women that came to the window to see my wife and I’s dogs were super friendly and welcoming!! I ordered the breakfast sandwich (sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit) and it was fresh to order, also got the seasoned potato fries that they offer at breakfast time and they were absolutely delish.If you love potato’s I highly recommend them. My wife got the 6 pc French toast sticks and they were also fresh to order and super yummy. Very pleasant experience

We had 4 spicy burger combos, and they were awesome, for the first time a restaurant or a fast food service wrote spicy burger and it actually was. And the French fires were nice, they were salty just how our family likes it. Indians tend to eat spicy and salty food, so this was better than mc Donald's and kfc. Suggesting everyone to try it out if y'all haven't.

My visit to Wendy's was phenomenal. The woman who took my order was kind and polite, as well as the rest of the staff. My food was prepared speedily and well, accurate to the order. I have no complaints.

Definitely the BEST Wendy's hands down! I live in Endicott and out of ALL the Wendy's I've been to in the Southern Tier, Deposit Wendy's is the cleanest, most updated atmosphere (which is very well designed) and the staff were just so nice & friendly! All around, GREAT EXPERIENCE

Good rest stop next to a gas station. It was very busy but a lot of staff so things moved quickly. Had clean restrooms.

The place was excellent, and in a scenic small village called Deposit, we really cherished the food thar was available on Memorial Day Holiday. The crowd was also satisfied with the service given by the staff. Overall a place, where you can grab a quick snack to mellow down your hunger and satisfy your gastric juices.

Wendy's is Wendy's. It's ok fast food. This particular Wendy's is ALWAYS nice and clean. Bathrooms are immaculate and the staff is very friendly.

Food was not bad. Typical Wendy's food. However there was no changing table in either bathroom in service wasn't exactly fast.

Interesting little Wendy's in the middle of nowhere. Soda machine (Coke Freestyle) didn't have 2/3 of the options and root beer spat out Coke. Ordered a double and got a triple (charged for the double), but the toppings were correct. Friendly, fun staff, though.

Food was no different than any other wendys establishment. However, they fail to have a changing table in either the male or female bathrooms. I'm not putting my infant on the bathroom floor to change her. So I had to change her out in the dining room. What a lovely experience.

I asked for the sauce on the side and she made a big deal about me ordering the breakfast #1 with sauce on the side. She just didn't feel like making another one again, and gave me one they had already done. I'm not coming back.

$14 for chicken sandwich and potatoe is quite expensive!

The food was ok but not worth the high price for the tiny burgers that were suppose to be big and a pretzel bun was just a plain white bun definitely a disappointment but at least our dogs burger didn't have onions like we ordered he only got a little over one bite when it usually takes 3 or 4 for a real burger

Great location out of nowhere. After driving for too long this place gives you a nice break. But the food was disappointing. My Burger did not taste as good as usual Wendy's. Chilli was watered down. Fries was good 👍🏻

EDIT: I have recently started eating at this Wendy’s in the evening thinking it would be just as good. BOY WAS I WRONG. THIS WENDYS WENT FROM BEING THE BEST I EVER SEEN TO JUST ANOTHER DUMP TAKING PEOPLES MONEY! IF ITS EVENING SHIFT DONT EVEN BOTHER STOPPING! 3 times and each time shitty Here is my initial review of the morning shift I come to deposit once a week for training, this is the best Wendy’s I have ever been to in my entire life. I have traveled the entire country and there is not another one that compares to this one. Food is always fresh employees are always nice and I think her name is Teresa always taking good care of the lobby making sure I’m happy with my purchase. These employees deserve some recognition and some appreciation. If your passing through don’t pass this Wendy’s up because you won’t find another like it in the entire state of New York

It's Wendy's, they have decent food. The workers are almost always rude or miserable towards the customers. If they pull you you're guaranteed to wait for at least an extra 5 minutes after your food is done because the workers are too busy gossiping to walk your food out. Besides that, the food is never bad, and they rarely make a mistake. Oh and don't get the unsweet tea unless it's from the lobby. They stopped using bags for the tea dispensers and now it tastes awful like metal.

Clean, large dining area. Easy to drive to. Came here for coffee. They were a bit slow just to get 3 coffees waited in line for what seemed like forever with one person in front getting two small orders and had to move quickly out of regular parking spot because was told a semi truck driver was about to block me in but other than that it was nice.

For some reason I think I need to stop eating here. Order is wrong more times then none. Only good thing is the people are usually very nice.

No workers were wearing masks on our visit on 11/28 in an area that has 4X the covid infections as NYC. Other than that the place is clean and serves exactly the same food as any other Wendy's.

Waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru, had 3 meals and a side, didnt receive an entire meal, or the side, the half the fries were literally frozen (other half was good) never did get our drinks, even going back the 2nd time, nor could they give a receipt (I wanted one to show what wed bought and hadn't gotten) but was told they were out of receipt paper. The only compliment I can give was the women working the drive thru was great. Wendys, come on, what happened?

Placed side by side with a Tim Hortons, this store hires the most weak minded stoners in the area. The food has always been sub par for the chain and drive through is a no go for me. I think if Wendy's could get away with serving chicken nuggets 1 at a time just to make the price look better, they would.

Workers have very bad attitudes. They never ever get the coffee. I had to send it back because it was actually ice cold. Then they told me to move up and wait for a new cup and I did it was literally 20 minutes later.

The deposit, n.y. location. Worker at the counter was rude and demanding. The labeling of a frosty is virtually the same as a frosty cold brew which is simply an iced coffee. The sign should say iced coffee. At least the manager made it right. Also, overheard from the back that the staff was overwhelmed with a few cars in the drive-thru and two three person families in the dining room. The food was a bit better than your average fast food restaurant, however. Because the staff seemed bothered to serve us, we will likely not pick this place again

We used to stop here on trips upstate and never had any complaint but this time I have to say the food was just horrible. Service was fine but that Taco salad thing was just nasty.

Potato was cold my cheese sauce was cold girl forgot cheese sauce so we went back i asked her if she could heat up baked potatoe she said we can't take it back so we were stuck with a cold potato so I wasted my money

Over priced a burger n fries n soda cost a fortune. Better off sticking to the dollar menu at McDonald's. You can feed the the family instead if just one person

They were very slow. They acted like they didn't know how to do anything. Food was expensive and not very good. They couldn't get our order right. They needed to fill the napkin holders. They were not very friendly. We will not go back to this dump.

I went to my first Wendy's in 19 years. There was a reason I stayed away that long. Just absolutely unappetizing food and the bathroom stank so badly that you could smell it from outside.

They were all meany pants to me and my friend dohn jonowick. The one employee Myranda makee flipped us off. They also drug us into the back with the underaged childern in the sweat shop and thier meat is NOT fresh

My daughter ordered a baked potato. When she took it out of the bag, the container was not put on properly and it spilled all over her and burned her hands. Also, they forgot her water. It's the only fast food in town but this was a terrible experience. ETA: Tried once more and they missed our nuggets and fries, not coming back again.

Food was fresh, but prices are gouged because of the location. The value-menu chicken sandwich was well over $2. *Update* just found out their 4 for 4 deal is more than $4. The chicken sandwich prices in Long Island is $1.39, it is $2.19 at this location. Apparently because it is privately owned they feel they have the right to collect a higher price. Just keep going up Route 17 to Binghamton for regularly priced food.
