Out of all the Taco bells I've ever been to the one in Stockton on March Lane had more meat beans and cheese than any other Taco Bell I've ever been to they're serving sizes were awesome!
It has been a while since I have eaten at this location, I went in for the Potatorito and let me tell you guys it was delicious and only $1. The service was fast and food came out hot and made good. I will be going back to that location even though I have one next to me.
The last few times I visited it was impressed with the speed of service, the quality of the items ordered when compared with other experiences at 🌮 TacoBell. Just wanted a reminder quick bite and late lunch and this did the trick.
Must go to the Taco Bell on March Lane! The folks here got it going on! Food is hot & delicious! Clean n Friendly always on point getting your order correct.
The Taco Bell on March ln. is good their food is but the store on Hammer ,the ones closest to Panda Express, is the best. Their food is so good all the time and the don't skimp on the ingredients.
The location isn't very good but the food and the service for excellent
This is a good location. It's clean and quick because of a good group of employees. It's only $1 for egg, bacon and cheese soft taco, no can defend.
The wife and I went there tonight (Saturday night). Of course, we went through the drive thru. And they were slow, for having two vehicles infront of us, we waited for what felt like 15 minutes. I am not complaining, I do understand that they could've been short staffed, or whatever. The food was delicious as always.
I go to Taco Bell - particularly the one on March Lane in Stockton. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is always friendly and efficient! They also only charge $ 0.01 for senior drinks which is harder to find!
Lilly is awesome. Senior rocks! There is no substitution to what genuine customer service is all about. More businesses should hire experienced seniors and veterans to set an example to their younger co-workers. Many are accustomed to what good work ethics is all about. Kudos to Lilly, and kudos for this Taco Bell to recognize great talent from seniors.
All Taco Bells are good but this one is a cut above They're service is spot on and there is always a line and there is a Wendy's and a McDonalds right next to them. They never mess up my order and most of all , the entrees look like the pictures on the board menu!! Healthy portions with a smile and plenty of napkins and taco sauce, Ole!! Viva Taco Bell "Stockton Style"!!
quick and easy to order through the drive thru, and best of all the food was made right the first time. even though some of the food ordered was a tad more complicated than what the default menu offers, they made the food impressively fast.
Stop by for a leak after driving more than 3 hours from Clovis. I haven't decide to order food, one of a guest lady offer me a big cup of drink since she ordered too many. Hey my lucky here today. So I only have to order my snacks, a regular crunchy taco and a runchy supreme taco. The tacos I ordered are so tasty after many more than a year I haven't come back to Taco Bell. The staff here are really nice. They all gave me the combination for the rest room without any question.
Love this place . I get off late most days. Drive thru most people dread. Not this place. Plenty of staff to help the lady doing orders and drinks. Made sure I received my drinks and food correctly. Very professional staff. Asked if my order was correct on the screen before purchase. Little upset they were out of the freeze I wanted but service open in drive thru 24hrs. Can't be too upset. Big menu that just everything from breakfast lunch and if you just need a little bit to eat. All with in a $20budget they got you.
Always have a good experience with this Taco Bell. Whether dining in or drive thru. The staff is alway polite and they make sure your order is complete and correct. I mainly come for the breakfast menu and they never disappoint.
Consistent food product, long wait times (20+ min). Super nice staff.
Nicely redesigned. The time I went was at around 1:15 (lunch hour) on a weekday. Now I don't know if I was there at the right time but my food was nicely made and fresh. Lettuce was SUPER fresh. Every taco was stuffed. Maybe the person that made my food got laid and was super happy.
This is my absolute favorite Taco Bell location in Stockton. I always get the best service here. I'm almost always a drive-thru customer and the team always makes sure the food is hot and fresh. I want to give a shout-out to Manpreet who is a great credit to the team. She is always friendly and provides good service to me!
Ask for Jeff the legendary employee of the hr at any hr he's here. But if he's busy just say hi to Jeff, cause he's keeping the food line rolling and going for everyone!
Jeff and staff are good people, very friendly and inviting. I wish they still serve BREAKFAST, but that's okay, I'll survive. 👍
Now some Taco Bells are franchises and there are a few that are corporate-owned restaurants. This particular Taco Bell on March Lane is one of the corporate owned entities. So, with stricter standards, the customer experience is slightly more reliable. I think this accounts for the longer line you will find there but worth the extra wait.
Was about 5pm i just got off a temp job the crew that was on took forever, i was in line for almost 30mins the tacos were thrown together it was half beef an half lettuce and cheese. It just wasnt put together how a taco should, be beef on bottom, not next to my cheese an lettuce. But the food was all great beside the bad plating of the acual food itself.
The crispy tacos, bean burritos are good.Sometimes they offer special prices on certain foods.Recently,a good deal was a good sized box of Nachos with a drink for $5.00 but that deal is gone,as of 3 days ago. Also, now the food prep staff are wearing gloves to make the food, which is an improvement.
The drive-thru had a long line (lunch time rush). So, I went inside and used their kiosk to order a crunchwrap & medium fountain drink. Was easy to use but must be patient to get through whole process. Got my order quicker than the drive-thru, lobby was clean, but crew member forgot to give me a cup for my drink, which I paid for. Otherwise, they did a fair job and gave average service.
This location is getting better! I have celiac disease so I can't eat certain items, this is the first location to offer to sub an item for extra something else. Not the fastest, but they got my order right, no going through the drive thru again with cold food. Can actually notice that they put extra too. Loving this place rn. With consistency, will change to 5 🌟
Food was good. Service was quick and staff were friendly. Be careful at the March Lane location (near In Shape). I saw a guy in the parking lot who was looking into parked cars and trying car doors to see if they were unlocked.
I'd give it five stars but the drive thru line is always slow. Doesn't matter the time of day or the season. It's still a good place to eat, friendly people.
All of the employees are so kind. There was a manager who was rude, dismissive and self important. It was comical and nausiating at the same time. She was rude to many clients. I havent seen her here for awhile and all employees seem happier and it seems to be running more smoothly. Cancer will kill an environment.
Most of the time this Taco Bell is fast, with good service and quality food. Once in awhile the meat will be all to one side, you get a tiny portion of meat from the usually serving like when I order a power burrito and the meat inside is like a sprinkle on a mini salad than a burrito, they forget an item in the drive thru or I order a bean and cheese burrito and it's visibly less cheese then the last time. That's also kind of the experience of Taco Bell right? Another thing I like is this location has fresh veggies. Other locations sometimes serve old or refrigerator tasting lettuce.
This taco bell is ok. The food is usually warm when ordering. However, the wait time during drive thru is pretty long at times but other than that I would give them 7.5 out of 10.
Food is good...ready in a timely fashion...and the staff was actually very nice and friendly, which is rare at a fast good restaurant. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars, is that they had alot if good items on the menu that have been discontinued. Unfortunately, several of those items are things that i enjoy eating from Taco Bell.
We happened to go on Halloween night and this place was packed! Even though the drive through and dining area were bursting with people, the staff did a great job of assisting both lines. They were great with suggestions on deals they had going on and the dining area was nice and clean.
One of the best Taco Bell in stockton, service and quality
Used the kiosk to order, so only picked up food from staff, no real interaction, but she was nice. I ordered the decades box & swapped for cinnamon twists which were hard (stale) they gave me a better one. Other than that we got our own drinks & cleaned our table so no real interaction.
I am giving a four star due to the service having forgotten we had ordered and others that came after us had come and gone. Otherwise, the food is good and the restaurant is clean. The drink bar is clean and available to choose your drink of your choice. Plenty of condiments available. The restroom was also clean. Workers need to keep an eye out on their customers just standing there with no order completed after taking their order.
"Card machine down, only accepting cash" . They could've easily had a make shift sign starting that top percent customers entering drive through and being stuck waiting to exit for 12+minutes.
We ordered 2 boxes with soft taco supreme and creamy jalapeno sauce in the chalupa. Our tacos were not supreme, and the chalupa did not have sour cream or nacho cheese they replaced it with the creamy jalapeno which is definitely not what we wanted. When I called they said we can some by tomorrow and get a replacement which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 1.
Good for quick vegan options, but sometimes they forget and add cheese when I specify no cheese. You have to say No Cheese several times and again at the window. Check your food before you drive away
Restaurant was clean, quiet and good music. Parking structure was large and clean as well two clean large bathrooms. I Ordered the Chalupa craving box, came with Chalupa beef supreme, 5- layer burrito, crunchy taco, cinnamon twists and med. drink for $5. Was good but, the Chalupa shell was chewy and rubbery on the ends and could not eat it except for the middle.
Typical food quality. Took a long time to get my order. Employees were not very presentable clothing too small, somewhat dirty etc. Customer service was lacking. Dining room.meeded trash emptied and tables cleaned.
Usually this is a AWESOME Taco Bell but today 9-28-2024 the food was off 🤔 but we'll be back 1x out of a few isn't bad
If you go to this Taco Bell, don't use the kiosk to order. It takes a lot longer using it than ordering at the counter. To get a receipt, you have to enter either your email address or cell number. No thanks! But it was clean and the staff was friendly
I ordered cinnamon twists, but the girl didn't add them to my order even after repeating it back to me. It was a pain because I went through drive-through.
Taco Bell‘s one of favorite fast food restaurant. This is one of the nicer ones. I’ve never had a problem with my meal here. Or ordering.
Usually am happy with with quality of food however the chalupa was hard like it had been under the warmer for hours and barely any filling. Other than that restaurant was clean, good music, great ice tea. Took a long time to receive our order but, has been worse elsewhere
Better than it was a few months ago. I had a terrible experience with a few employees at this location. There were a few unfortunate racial comments said my way after being waited on. The person had gone in the back and said them in earshot amongst other employees. I had done nothing but repeat my order to said person to get a completely unnecessary reaction like that. Since then, I was told there was a management change, and the mood of this location has changed quite a bit. I've gone back to a better restaurant a few times since the change.
Stopped in for a couple of Burritos. Took a little longer than I would have likes but they were busy in the drive through. The food was fine though, and the manager on shift there is a cool guy.
Service is hit or miss. One day, there was no register working. Another day, an employee complained about my three year old. I didn't realize I was in the only 4 star Taco Bell that requires perfect etiquette. We'll probably be back though, because the food is pretty good.
The location was clean, however the customer service needs some serious training. I was in the drive thru line like I was waiting for them to go to the farm to sacrifice a chicken and a cow. We waited 35-40 mins
Just check your items if you're in the drive through, they have the tendency to mess up orders but if you've worked in a busy kitchen ever you'd understand. The ppl are always happy to make it right, just check before you go home lol
Haven't ate there in a while thought I'd try it again same thing as McDonald's food's getting smaller and the taste is more blah You have to use hot sauce to get any good flavor out of it wasn't very nice at the window
It's Taco Bell, for the quality and quantity it's overpriced in my book. Maybe with increased labor costs this is the new norm, but with self-check-out kiosks, Taco Bell should be able to provide better product for the price.
In my opinion when you go get food from Taco Bell you pretty much know what to expect case wise. Overall I rate the food three out of five but today is a different story order the nacho Grande's and they must have picked the chips from the bottom of the box as they were all cracked and small and you can barely pick up any of the meat tomatoes whatever. The burrito supreme or at least a three they taste it funny. Normally I get good food from Taco Bell but today I wasted $22 getting standard food.
I've consistently had either missed sauces, missed items or waited an extended amount of time. I always try to avoid this location and go to the other places in town.
Zombie Apocalypse location.... Expect to be hit up multiple times on the way in and out for money, cigarettes, etc... Offer them food, they don't want it. Order was 1/2 way correct.... Not too bad for Taco Bell, but not what I ordered. Drive-thru has an employee standing with a tablet taking your order.... Problem is she's standing 20ft before the menu board, so you can't view the menu before ordering, someone isn't using their brain when implementing this operating procedure.
This taco bell is often out of the products offered on the menu. I have been to this location on several different times, drive through personal is always rude. The food quality isn't good. I ordered a burrito and it was flat and half empty. When handed my food she walked away didn't say anything at all. I had to ask her if this was my complete order. Only to receive a rude answer, of yes.. nothing indicating my order was complete. No thank you no have a nice day nothing.
This place is going downhill fast. 3rd time they have cheated us on food we ordered or give us the wrong food all together. They get called on their mistakes and just look at you like a deer in headlights. If you are going to take orders and serve food you better start better training your staff.
Good parking for anyone with a trailer attached. However they weren't allowing people to order inside a few days ago. The drive thru line has been extremely long. I'm sure they are short staffed like a lot of other places. I had to chose another place.
Good news is they were quick. Bad news to quick. I ordered 2-3 cheese chicken melts. One had to much sauce. One didn't have enough. To top it off the bread was really doughy not cooked. The most horrible experience was going through the drive-thru. Yes there was no cars and I can understand why but they wouldn't even let me look at the menu that is displayed in a Drive-Thru. I asked the guy that was taking my order, that was standing outside if I could go look at the menu while placing my order with him that way I can get what I want. He said he couldn't leave where he was standing. He had a menu that was very short so I asked him to tell me what he's got on the value menu, he only told me three things. I know he was only doing his job and doing what he was told but that was a ridiculous experience. Then when I'm looking at the menu as I drive up I stopped to glance at it. Another guy was trying to rush me out of there. I love Taco Bell but this is one I will never come back to.
Food is good but customer service is bad, the big guy with the glasses is rude. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t handle answering a question with kindness.
Went through the drive through and ordered 4 tacos and 4 burritos. I paid at the window and they give me a half a paper bag of food and said thank you. I said, " is this 8 items?". She said very annoyed, "do you want me to count it?". I said, "yes please". 3 employees come up to look at the monitor and preceded to fill the bag which only had 4 tacos in it. Check your bag before you leave.
My family comes to this location a lot and we enjoy it, but today we waited almost 45 minutes maybe even longer for our order. To add to this, all of our burritos had severely undercooked rice to the point all my kids and my husband said the rice was so hard, it felt like we were eating rocks. We wanted to go to the counter but chose to walk away because earlier, a customer and the store worker got heated at one another. Atmosphere was nice but food and service was tragic.
Service was slow and there was no other people in drive-thru or dining room, they also forgot burritos on our order, they also had a parking lot with trash around it. In addition the breakfast is served were wrapped very small for a Taco Bell that we ate at regularly and other ones
This place is super slow and a lot of there staff are rude. You will get a friendly face every now and then. The freeze machine is never working. Make sure to pay attention to your receipt because they will try and charge you for something you didn't order. If it wasn't close to home I would not come here.
This place has definitely went down hill recently, our experience was disappointing to say the least, there were people loitering in the waiting area and they smelled really badly cussing and playing horrible music out loud, not to mention sleeping in the dinning area. The whole place was dirty no tables were clean the bathrooms hadn't been attended to. And the food was even less portions than that if a business that was trying to save. Not worth the time or money we spent at all gotta find another location.
Usually I love taco bell especially this location but lately all I keep finding is food in my hair and knots of hair twice in one burrito and than I just ordered tonight and found more hair in my burrito and it's deep in the burrito as well as sticking out never again will I go to taco bell.
Slow slow slow, actually ran out of taco meat how does that happen? That's like MC Donald's running out of hamburger. They said they would give me steak I got home and I honestly don't know what meat it was really no exaggeration. Food was cold. Nice workers But cmon man.
By far the worst experience I ever had at a Taco Bell. Other than the long wait, one of the orders, the beverage specifically, was not even filled all the way to the top. The beverage was 3/4 filled. Following that was the beef Chalupas I ordered. Let me tell you what they done to my Chalupas; they mixed the beef with beans to compensate for the shortage of beef (which I assumed), I don't ever recall having beans in Chalupas at all. On yop of that, the oils from the beans soaked through the wrapper and drained through the bag as I was driving on my way home. So, my seats were soaked in watered Chalupas. Never again, and I don't recommend this location at all.
Poor service team members standing around arms crossed doing nothing. Proper sauces & napkins not in bag Sad the burned down place was great :-) Won't ever come back:-(
Have been in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and haven't even gotten to order yet. Seems to be the norm every time I give this place a try. If service is going to be this bad constantly, then at least have a way for for the people who are tired of waiting to escape the drive thru.
They had to take my order twice because their screen was broken and then they messed up my order and since I was on my break from work I couldn’t check my order until later and it was all wrong. I called later to see if I could get my order but my ticket wasn’t in the bag so they said they couldn’t help me, staff was friendly but wish they were more helpful.
I've contacted corporate about the long wait and the messed up of orders that have not got a call back I don't know what is it going to take to make them clear out these drive-thrus lodi's Taco Bell line could be out the door and they'll move it quickly this location and the location on Charter they don't care.
Late in the evening of yesterday, My fiance and I were better off cooling at home. It took us 45 minutes just to get to the window (not including for the wait of our food). The staff got the order right but was very off task and distracted from another employee who was in the lobby area. To top everything off, the food wasn't even hot. I should've went to McDonald's.
Longest waiting line to order food n then just to get to the pick up window. If there was another Taco Bell closer to me I'd be there more often. The people n food is great but who wants to wait for a total of 28 mins n more for 4 beefy burritos after 9pm. Good thing I wasnt in a rush n it seems to be this long of a wait on March lane location only.
takes way too long to just order your food. pretty sure i waited almost an hour just to get my food. if i knew it was gonna take that long i would have went to the one in lathrop; always fast service from them. if you ever decide to stop at this one though make sure you have A LOT of patience.
Terrible the drive thru was the longest wait. Cars were backed up for so long .It took over 14 min from the time we ordered to get our order over 6min to get it after we paid for it. They need a window to pay and another to pick up order.
Food was ok and hot but waiting for more than 30 minutes for fast food is ridiculous i wanted so bad to get out of the drive thru line but i can't I'm stock, when i got to the window and ask why it's taking so long the girl at the window have an attitude and says we have doordash pick up and she act like im suppose to know that, wow taco bell do better will you, please, maybe we need another taco bell built. Need to build another taco bell for sure.
I stroll through the drive-thru I stroll through the drive-thru.. I place my order just to get home and realize everything was wrong! No one followed my orders. If I did not move so far I would have returned horrible service horrible listening skills!
Lady gave away our food to the car ahead of us and then told us that she had done just that. If I was her at least wouldn't be dumb enough to tell the customer that's what I did I'd say I dropped it on the floor or something if I could give zero Stars I would.
Baja blast tastes like it as mold in it. They need to clean their fountain soda dispenser. Disgusting and unsanitary. Won’t go here again.
I recently (tonight) went to this location, having already placed my order through the taco bell app and paying for my food. I got there at 1:52. I placed my order an hour prior. I do this often. They refused to give me my food. Adamantly. I have yet to recieve a refund. And I had to drive all the way to Manteca to get my usual order. I work in the food service industry. Have for 10+ years. NEVER would my bosses EVER let an employee do that. And this is my second experience with that at this location. My food should have been ready to go upon arrival. Instead they hadn't even made it and had already "put all the food away". Ridiculous.
I go to the March lane location almost twice a week. Spend a lot of money at this location and for the past 2 months almost all of my orders have been missing food items or is the complete wrong order all together. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but after today receiving only half of my order again I will not be going back to this location. I would avoid this location all together and go to the hammer lane location. i seem to have a lot better luck with hammer lane now.
We come to this Taco Bell every Wednesday night. Typically we get decent service and good tasting food. Tonight there was something foul tasting in our 3 Mexican Pizzas. The taste is hard to describe. The tortillas were either spoiled, extremely stale, or contaminated. We tried several times to call the restaurant, but no one answered the phone. So we packed the pizzas up and drove back to the restaurant. Unfortunately the dining area was closed and the line in the driveway was very long. We decided to try knocking on the door to get an employees attention instead of waiting and wasting more of our night in the drive thru. A women came to the door and asked if she could help me. I explained that we had recently come through the drive thru and purchased the pizzas that tasted terrible. She said, "Well what do you want? Do you want a refund or do you want something else?" I said I was afraid to get anything else in case it was also spoiled, so I told her I'd rather have a refund. She snatched the bag with pizzas in it and the receipt from me. I took a step forward because I thought she might need me to come in and sign something or need my card and she said "I have to close the door." Then slammed the door in my face and went back into the restaurant. I waited a few minutes. While waiting for her, an employee who must have been starting his shift came up to us and must have assumed we were trying to get into the restaurant. We explained we were being helped already and warned him that we thought the Mexican pizza tortillas were bad. Another employee was starting their shift and the woman who was helping us came back, handed me cash and let the waiting employees in. I realized she didn't give me a receipt, so I asked her to please give it back to me. She said that she had to reprint it and I said okay. This time she slammed the door harder when she went back inside. When she came back with the receipt I asked for her name and she said her name was Rocio. I thanked her and left. My original complaint/issue was the terrible taste of an item I eat once a week. But what inspired me to write this review was how poorly this was handled by Rocio. Not once did she apologize. And she seemed angry or annoyed with me. We ate rotten food and wasted our evening dealing with this. I also don't appreciate that she didn't give me my receipt back. It felt as if she was trying to prevent me from using it to complain.
Really upsetting that the doors are not open to go inside to speak to anyone. They dont answer phones. Lines are horrible, but when they completely get ypur order wrong even while readying the screen inside. Then having to wait for new food after sitting in a line for 30 mins is bs! I always check my food, but this time there was 30 people if not kore behind me. People just want to order get their food and go home not sit there for an hour due to under staffed and incompetent readers...
The new crew is rude. Like it's nice that they went out of their way to help the elderly first but they had me wait 15 minutes when I ordered a smaller order before them 🙄
I ordered at 6:25pm ...and I'm still waiting for the burritos at 6:58pm. The people are very nice, but very young and work with no sense of urgency whatsoever. My recommendation to patrons is to ask the approximate wait time for your order, PRIOR to actually ordering. My recommendation to the team is less talk and more focus on filling my burritos with yummy goodness. Received my order at 7:05pm. 40 minutes is not fast food.
I have been in the drive through line for what feels like forever. Took me 30 minutes to order, and will take me another 30 to get it. I'm not sure if store is understaffed, but it sure as hell feels like it. Each car at the window is taking approximately 10 minutes to receive their food. I've seen several cars leave the line; I was foolish enough to stay in. Stay smart and avoid this taco bell like the plague. Bonus point: the last five times I've been here, they do not have the blue raspberry freeze. Extra disappointment, with a smile. I'd change my review but I'm tired of this place jerking me around. If management changes something for the better, I'll come back.
Wednesday night at 9:25. Been in line for 17 minutes. Next to the order window. Each car is taking 5 plus minutes. I can't leave and am trapped. This food is not worth waiting for. What a mistake. I will burn 30 minutes to get lousy food that is supposed to be quick.
They take years to get ur order no matter how small
If I could I would give 0 stars. Went and got 5 chili cheese burritos and they were just tortilla and air with a swipe of chili and the smallest amount of cheese. If you like the chili cheese burritos don’t get them from here.
I waited in drive thru for 15 min. Cars did not move. At least 10 cars ahead of me. Went to door. Locked. Their employee inside I can’t help you. Go to the drive through. I went elsewhere. Poor attitude and customer service service non existent. I would give zero stars if I could
Can't order on counter? Needs to order on machine. Needs to be reported to state
Came to drive thru 10 min before closing waited 5 mins and pulled up to the window and honked a woman named "Stacy" came to the window high as a kite and told me they were closed. Man what the world is coming to. I work late and just make it in enough time to get something to eat just to be shut down by someone who takes their job as a joke.
I waited 28 minutes for my pickup order, and I could track its status on the TV hanging on the wall. I noticed my order kept getting pushed down the list as new ones were added ahead of it. Meanwhile, other customers walked in and got their orders right away.
