Our restaurant experience was excellent dining in Rose & Sapori. Very relaxing atmosphere, made our evening special. Service was good, fast and very polite. Wine list is excellent with good wines in glasses or in a bottles. Food was good, and the desserts stole our hearts. Best restaurant we’ve visited in Italy.
A fancy restaurant with a view of Lake Garda. It was my girlfriend's birthday on the day of our visit, so I asked the staff for a little surprise, and they were happy to oblige. We were also extremely satisfied with the food. The restaurant is part of the hotel, and I would definitely recommend making a reservation. Before the meal, you get a complimentary appetizer, and after the meal, a small dessert. Of course, you have to expect higher prices.

Fabulous experience - loved the food / how it was all presented. Quite a few bugs - not their fault but could be dealt with better! Waiters were efficient. Hope to come back!
We had a fantastic dinner at Rose e Sapori. The view over the lake is simply stunning and the atmosphere is chic, with stylish design touches throughout the restaurant. The food was truly exceptional, with a particular mention to the parmigiana di melanzane, which was a real highlight. Every dish was beautifully plated, and we were pleasantly surprised to find amuse-bouche and petits fours served. Service was flawless: attentive, friendly and professional. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but absolutely worth it for the quality, setting, and overall experience. Highly recommended for a special evening!
We came here for dinner to round off our holiday, and we were very pleased with our choice! The meat was incredibly tender, and the fish was perfectly cooked. Sharing the chef’s selection of desserts (for two) was a lovely touch. The lighting and atmosphere were cozy, with a nice view of the lake. Service was friendly and attentive as well!
I can recommend this hotel, the service is friendly and the cuisine is very tasty.
Master class dinner. Collaborate with your waiter on the meal and wines and you will have a great evening over looking Lake Garda. I cannot rate highly enough.

This is a lovely restaurant with a super menu. It is a bit limited if you don’t like fish or are vegetarian but apart from that it’s superb! Reasonably priced for such high quality food. I would highly recommend

Amazing food quality paired with an expectional service. Cannot deserve more. Food choices are wide and for 50 EUR per person you really get a lot of food.

Wonderful Restaurant! Had the pleasure to dine with friends at this restaurant. The menu provides an excellent selection of fish and meat dishes. Deserts are great as well.
Very nice and clean restaurant with terrace facing the lake shore. The place is perfect for a romantic launch or dinner. Battered scallops with aubergine cream and red pepper, lobster with black rice as well as anglerfish with potatoes and artichokes and mint are very tasty. I recommend a bottle of Lugana local wine. Worth mentioning are also some desserts: the chocolate sphere and the small cake with apple and cinnamon. It was a true pleasure. Thank you
