Great service at the DeSoto Taco Bell on Beltline! The young lady was professional and my order was spot on. My veggie bowl was warm, delicious, and served fast. I love the late-night convenience for a quick meal. As a long-time fan, I’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommended!
Ordered via door dash and while everything was packaged well and tamper proof, Taco Bell need to leave chicken nuggets to any other restaurant besides Taco Bell. Worst thing ever labeled as food. Catina bowl was okay. Paying for packet sauce .24 cents per packet via door dash is insane.
Julius and Jada are amazing! They work at the Desoto location and deserve a raise/ promotion! Incredible service. Thank you so much for all your great work. Keep going!

When I went through the drive through at 2:45 A.M Eli who is a manager that greeted me over the speaker and told me when they had. When I pulled up to the window I was met with nothing but hostility and great service. Our food was hot, full of flavor, and even the early morning all the staff were kind and friendly! I highly recommend!
The manager Terry was amazing!! We had a major issue with UberEats but Terry solved all of our problems and included an extra drink for us! Terry deserves a raise.
Food was right and super good, portions were amazing, unlike other locations. Guy working the drive thru named Eli was incredibly nice, informative and great at his job. Girl in back, W. Leaven I believe? Did an amazing job on my food and made sure I was actually full when I finished. All around, great job! I'd even go as far as saying this was by far my best Taco Bell experience ever! Thanks and keep it up!
Very impressed at how clean the store was. For as busy as it was, the food was great (not sloppy) and we received it quickly. Very good job.
Overall, it was a great experience. The service was great, we interacted with two employees, one that took our order and one that delivered it to us. Both were happy and had great smiles.😊 My complaint was the floors were not clean, we were there after 9:30am and our thought was, the floors should have been swept last night or earlier before they opened. Nevertheless, they were not clean. However, our food was great and they got our order right. Furthermore, the service was awesome. We loved it there and enjoyed everything else. They just need to clean up a bit.
The food was average and service was good. The wait time is hit or miss. Sometimes they are fast and sometimes it takes forever. I have never been to another restaurant where they have been out of ingredients more than once besides this Taco Bell. Disappointing
I don’t usually write reviews, but this Taco Bell deserves one and not in a good way. Went right before midnight and placed a simple order: Discovery Luxe Box (both tacos SUPREME) New BBQ Chicken Loaded Fries, no BBQ sauce for my fiancé 12-pack of Cinnabites Nacho fries Here’s how it went: Round 1: Drove home to find… My “Supreme” tacos had zero sour cream (but I was charged for it). My fiancé’s fries were drowned in BBQ sauce anyway. And the 12 pack of Cinnabites? Nowhere to be found. Round 2: Drove all the way back. Got the fries remade, showed my receipt for the missing dessert… checked the bag… still no Cinnabites. Round 3: Drove through AGAIN. Finally handed the box. Got home & Supreme tacos still had no sour cream… “12 pack” only had 10 bites. No icing. Three trips, wasted gas, and still couldn’t get a correct order. Midnight Taco Bell mission was an ultimate fail. If you’re charging for upgrades and hyping new items, the least you can do is make sure the order is right or at least right by the third try.
I placed an order online through the app for pickup through drive thru. The guy at the window was nice but everything else about my experience was not. I was missing 3 items from my pickup order, the drink (which is what made me realize something is missing before driving off), my churros, my chicken taco, and all of the sauce from my order. The guy gave me the drink when I told him I was missing it. Then I decided I should probably look in the bag to make sure I have everything, that’s when I asked for the churros and after he gave me it I noticed I was missing my taco. He called the manager to help me and that’s when they made me a taco fresh since it wasn’t made in the first place. But when I get home I noticed they didn’t even give me the right meat on two of my items that I modified on the app and paid EXTRA for. The Doritos cheesy Gordita crunch I modified to have steak had beef and was missing ALL of the toppings. I paid 7 dollars for tortillas with a hint of meat that I didn’t want. One thing I would say if you eat here is check your order before leaving completely because they aren’t reliable enough to make sure you get what you paid for.
ok, quick question..does your employees get kickbacks for ruining someone order? I paid $12 for nothing..I ordered dorito locos taco SUPREME combo and below is what I got. this is ridiculous..it looks like ROAD KILL..where is the care that should go into making someone order, especially if you're going to give them the wrong thing...i won't be back for a while bc who don't have money to lose/waste is ME!!
I went to this location on 9/5/2023 right before 11pm. I attempted to order the dipping taco box, but the associate said that they don't sell that box anymore, but the it was advertised on the Taco Bell website and at the store's drive-thru menu. So, I ordered the gordita box. When I got home, I noticed that both tacos had less than an ounce of meat, cheese, and lettuce each! The only item that was prepared correctly was my drink and my nacho chips. I didn't even open the burrito because the two tacos were prepared incorrectly, so there was no telling what was in there. It appears that the associates were rationing out small portions of food to avoid cooking more food before they close at 1 am. So, I pretty much didn't get what I paid for. To Chanel A and the other associates working with her that evening, you have to be careful preparing people's food and dealing with people's money. I felt taken advantage of. Luckily for you all, I'm not irrational or violent, but the next customer you take advantage of just might be. Good luck to you all.
3 workers standing around talking about opening up a relationship to spice it up some 4 customers and drive thru wait for one person to make everyone's order. Idk how yall stay in business paying people who don't work. As of now this video was taken after 8 minutes of sitting here 15 minutes after we walked in. If your in a rush avoid this place at all cost. If you want to witness a live Jerry springer episode or Howard stern podcast then make sure you leave your kids home and enjoy the show. I did post one video to show the young gentleman who was working hard for us 💪🏻 💪🏻 💪🏻 give this man a raise and a manager position
The customer service is rude. They often mess orders up and they close too early. Tonight we finally caught them early to get some food after a long day and after I ordered and pulled up to the window to pay, I saw some crickets flying. Didn't think anything of it because I realize the season is changing. However, it’s WAY TOOOO MANYYYY CRICKETS. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONEEEEE.

She was mad rude ..while we was ordering we said “hold on I can’t see” she proceededs to say ag “what do you want” then we finally was able to find what we want she rushed us to order than rushed us to pull to the next window like there isn’t 3 cars infront of us ..then we got to the window she didn’t we paid then she came back to the window askin what’s our order an befo we could finish telling her she said hold on an came back an said park at the front so we asked her “what order do you have” bc she wasn’t sure our order at first an she said “it’s ready” in a rude tone bc she asked even tho she ain even have the order at first .RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
Ordered two Mexican pizzas. My daughter and I both agreed the shells they use for the pizza taste like they're 100 years old. We couldn't even eat them. They had a horrible after taste. Never again.
It doesn’t even deserve a star. Warning make sure you watch your debit card while the transaction is made and you get your card back with receipt! We didn’t get our card and went home to discover we must have forgotten it so we went back like 10 min later. The girl was nice and apologizing. Fast forward a day later and we have charges on our bank account that was not there! We called our bank and reported fraud. We will also file charges and have the DeSoto police investigate. I will not be going back! They probably took pictures of our card to use it online with DoorDash and Favor.
Night shift runs slow! Took 20 mins for my food to come out! Made me move out of line and wait 20 mins only to find out my order was kicked out and put back in for some odd reason but the whole time they were talking and giving other people orders who was behind me! Bad customer service
Worst workers. Lazy. Do not take pride in work. They are there for a check. Go somewhere else I truly recommend. I called to complain of a bad order. Was told come back and get a remake. When i tried i spoke to apparently 2 different managers from the 3rd who names himself Albert. Lack of customer service is the workers who are there now.
The place was clean. I will say that. The guy lied last night around 9:20/930pm when we came in and said he couldn’t speak English to take our order and ignores us when I speak to him in Spanish saying we wanted to pay cash. Then walks away so we ordered electronically using a credit card. Ridiculous. We asked for extra onions and red sauce on all four of our burritos and cheese on one of the burritos only. We received our order with only two of the burritos having onions and there wasn’t cheese on the burrito we asked for cheese on. Waking up this morning after on Sunday May 18, 2025. We are sick! Vomiting and diarrhea. Fever of 101.6 for me and I’ve never had issues with a Taco Bell. I will drive further to go to TBell next time because this one isn’t it.
Since when do we send customers back around the drive through so that the customers behind them can be served. I don't get a extra taco for my gas? Let's make it easy for the staff at Taco Bell, and inconvenience the customer.
Was missing three items from my order, and was told that I couldnt get a refund on my missing items or replaced because that had to be manager approved. They finally told me that their manager was only willing to approve one item be replaced because the manager claimed they packaged my order themselves and was certain they didnt mess anything up. Very poor customer service at this location.
My loaded beef nachos were soggy. My burrito supreme had no sour cream and was smaller than the cheesy bean and rice burrito I ordered. I don’t eat Taco Bell often once every blue moon. It was nasty, disgusting and a waste of money. Trash food from this location, like it was ordered for someone else and I was the unlucky person to get this so they didn’t have to throw it away
Ordered through the Taco Bell app. Spent $60 and all I got was 4 Doritos locos tacos. Called Taco Bell and they said come up there and they’ll give me my food. We went up there and they didn’t want to give us our food. They still only gave us part of our missing order.
You go in, and there's nobody at the front, so you have to place your order on the kiosk machine yourself. After you finally figure your way through the menu to get your entire family's order in, you stand there and wait a good 15 minutes for someone to give you drink cups. This isn't a flaw in the DeSoto store; this is Taco Bell corporation policy failure.
I placed my order at the kiosk and then watched three people walk around not touching my order 45 minutes. I then asked for a refund, and one girl walks up to the screen and says, there's an order for steve that needs to be made. I said, no, I'm getting a refund because you've had five minutes to start my order.
Edit: As I'm finishing my food my I went to reach for my 3 cheese chicken flatbread melt and it's nonexistent, though I was charged.... The employees from 4-4:30 aren't great, except for drive thru. He was working hard! If I could give 1/2 star I would. The only reason for the 1/2 is because the place was clean. We drove through the drive thru and the food wasn't great. Gave us the incorrect drink. Went back to "purchase" another and also an impulse snack. Waited over 5 minutes to be acknowledged. They gave me the wrong drink AGAIN. And also didn't include a fork so we made a 3rd trip back.... Bad Service. Bad food. Won't be back to this location...
There floors ARE STICKYYY!!! they’re manager is rude and it says there hiring but never hires anyone new, there trash over flows, there’s no one that cleans the lobby ever!!!! Teenage kids are running around and the workers all laugh!!
They rarely ever get orders right, they are severely understaffed, I've had to get orders corrected multiple times, often times they just forget to make half of the food. They've messed up single drink orders and make the entire wrong drink and have taken 30 minutes just to make 4 tacos and pour a can into a cup. Honestly just drive to festus if you want taco bell and avoid the headache.
9/7/25. Got into drive thru at 7pm and still in line at 7:35. 1/2 menu items unavailable. 1/2 the cars in line left the line even after ordering. Could have eaten a 5 course dinner while in line. WILL NEVER RETURN!!! PRICES AS HIGH AS 5 STAR RESTURANT WITH 1 STAR QUALITY!!!
I placed an order through the drive thru and specified multiple times no pico on burrito, after I paid I was handed the wrong order so I went inside and wasn’t greeted for 5 minutes. I explained the issue and it seemed to be brushed off and the issue wasn’t fixed until I got their attention again and said I didn’t need to speak the the manager I just wanted my food. They took the receipt which had the specification on it. I was told I had to wait till they were done with the drive thru persons order which would have been multiple cars behind me. I was handed the “correct” food, but when I checked it had the pico on it which I had been very clear I did not want. I then told them I wanted to speak to a manager but I just had someone remake the burrito and hand it to me then went straight to the back. I get that they were busy, but that was some of the most terrible resolution I’ve ever experienced.
A LITTLE EFFORT GOES A LONG WAY!!!! Got home to eat and there was no meat on my Crunchwrap, so I go back up there for the little girl to tell me she would have ate it. I told her if your gonna be offended that this is crap put some effort into it. Then get back with the replacement only for it to just have a smidge of meat on It. My dog could have put in more effort and I probably wouldn’t have had to go back. Awful. Absolutely Awful
