Well we love Ihop but this vist was not the best ...The Cook was struggling he could not hear or see the orders...So not only was my order wrong unfortunately so we're many others ...The food I received was cooked good it was simply not what I ordered..the poor waitress was more THAN Willing to send back my food ..but it was late we were traveling and worn out it was fine ...but we need to get this ihop some help in the KITCHEN.

We stopped in around 7:15 on a Saturday morning and ordered a Big Steak Omelette and 2 coffees. The restaurant has a lot of tables and was not very busy when we were seated. We were greeted within a few minutes of our arrival, then seated within a couple more minutes. We were asked to place our order by scanning the QR code on our table. After we placed our order, we waited 15 minutes until our coffee/water arrived and then 5 additional minutes for our omelette. Our food arrived hot and fresh. The veggies in our omelette were fresh, and the omelette was loaded with cheese. The food was on par with other IHOPs I’ve visited. It was a convenient stop for food by our gate, but the dining experience could be better (due to the long wait and unattentive staff.)

Cold pancakes and NO TEA! I’d been away from the USA for 4 months and wanted some good sweet tea. None! The service was super nice though :)

Yeah it just wasnt good, not the ihop I was expecting. Ordered two of the Halloween special drinks from the bar...it was just seltzer water with inedible garnished. Watching the bartender make the drink it was super obvious she had no idea what she was doing and 2 drinks took 15minutes. Maybe not her fault but hear me out, maybe if the staff doesn't know how to make the menu, it shouldn't be served.

They include automatic gratuity to all checks at 20%. Therefore, servers have no incentive to make an effort or even smile. They walk around with a "i don't wanna be here face." They wear a t-shirt that says "lets put a smile on your plate" but obviously not on their faces. Food is ok. They supposedly do military discount, but check closes automatically before they can apply it, so then they came out with the excuse that you have to be in uniform. Oh well, you are in an airport, service usually sucks anyways lol

YOUR SETUP IS VERY VERY DUMB?!?!?! Your staff should at the very least mention that if an order is TO GO then we are not allowed to use your tables!!!?!?!!! We ordered PANCAKES! How are we supposed to eat pancakes without a table?!?!?! We even have seniors with us and the reason we chose IHop is because of the tables! So we can eat the pancakes comfortably while waiting for our flight!

QR code ordering. Coffee took another 10 minutes. The toast was cold and the omelette was mediocre. Other times I’ve come I’ve had other problems, including a bright pink lipstick stain on my coffee mug. No dish washing? Payment was via the QR code and forced tipping. If ordering and payment are both digital and the only time I see a server is to set the food down, who am I tipping? The QR sticker?

The service I received was not up to the mark. After placing my order via the QR code, no one acknowledged that it had been received, and after waiting for quite some time, I had to approach the waitress myself to follow up. I was not provided with any cutlery initially, and once my food arrived, I had to wait yet again for cutlery to be brought to the table. While attempting to fetch it, the waitress began attending to other orders instead, leaving my food on the table to grow cold. She did not seem to understand how to prioritise tasks. To make matters worse, a 20% tip was added to the bill within ten minutes of closing the service. Order number 69154793

Ordered doordash last night after my flight landed. And some stole my order. When I reordered the food was very bland. I had a Colorado omelette so how it was bland is beyond me. The salsa they gave was old and probably expired so I hope I don't get food poisoning

We walked in. Place is filthy. Servers are rude and inattentive. We sit there for a bit waiting for a menu and finally a waitress comes and informs us we need to use the QR code. So we try that. It’s a clunky site that takes forever and it’s not user friendly. Finally we figure out the order and try and pay and then it won’t accept payment details. We tried again, same thing. The waitress hasn’t checked on us. We decided to leave. Why make a simple bacon and egg ordering so hard? Also how can’t anyone expect a tip when they don’t take your order is beyond me. Go to another place they don’t have a nice client experience.

I had a 5 hour layover at dfw. So I decided Ihop would be great,upon entering I was ask are you dining in got seated told to scan QR Code .I wad mor aware sitting at the table I had to place my own order pay before I get any service help or anything and tip before someone even check to see if you need anything. This "Sucks. I was one waitress very tall to the gentleman behind me she could place they order, atleast 7th time she walked right pass me. So I asked can I at least get a glass of water.she never came back and waitress came I explained I wasn't aware you order pay,tip before anyone come to you to ask if you need help or anything. I love Ihop but this is a All time Worst Experience Ever.....I will never come back here. I should have just gone across to Dunkin Donuts it would have save me money and customer service would be better because I can hear them from where I'm sitting. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPOINTMENT COMING HERE. I didn't put a tip on my credit card to see if the service would get better it didn't waitress drop my food off while talking to another customer and never came back to ask if everything was okay or did I need anything else.Just kept seating people walking pass my table. This is what I ordered and look at the amount I ate. I couldn't believe this was happening. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST IN THIS BUSINESS AND IT WAS NOT DISPLAYED AT ALL.
