These people KICK ASS .

Everyone is so nice at Del Taco. The young lady that took my order always helpful. She get my order right and the transactions are quick. The fries are the best. I also like the carne asada fries with guacamole.

Quick service late at night after my airport pickup. My Dr. Pepper was low on syrup & tasted bad, but they swapped it out for me for a different soda with no issues.

I appreciate the Del Taco in Diamond Bar because the ladies servers here spoke with me in Spanish and they were very generous with me to use up to 3 coupons per customers here. I was stuffed and satisfied and I had a very good meal made fresh here.

Del Taco, in general, has become my preferred place to grab a quick burrito or Track. I no longer go to the other "Taco" because of an accumulation of bad experiences; both with the food, and the people. This location, specifically, was friendly and fast. The food was hot and delicious.

Well 𝓓𝓮𝓵 𝓣𝓪𝓬𝓸 is always a desired quick bite. I'm talking about them fries man those fries are fire salty grease field everything fry should be.

This is the best Del Taco in the area! The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is always made well. Reggie is their number one employee. He always gives the best service.

It's in a busy shopping center in Pomona. So the atmosphere is not all that great. It's not bad but the food is delicious, especially tacos de cabeza.

Love this location. Always quick, haven't made a mistake with any of my orders. I eat here every couple of weeks.

This location is really good! Good service and the food quality was impressive. I ordered same Carne asada fries from a different location yesterday and they were not as good as they were from this location. All the food I ordered here was hot and tasted fresh. Good portions on my fry orders. I'm very happy.

Thus location has been here since early 1970's. Always excellent!

Wow 5 stars to a del taco!!! Yes. This particular location was amazing. Angel the cashier was kind and courteous beyond words. He and his staff take pride in their restaurant. It was truly the cleanest fast food place I'd ever been in. The food was perfect. I say this because my wife is a complicated orderer. And never is it exactly as she asks...but this actually exceeded her expectations. Really bravo to you guys you should be proud!!

The names have changed and the restaurant is a bit older, but the food has consistently stayed the same. The store was very clean, The employees were very friendly and hard working, and the food was great as always. I showed the kid at the counter my name badge and the original 1973 black and white picture. I think he was in shock that someone from way back then was still alive LMAO! 😆 I have always loved the Del Taco Brand. Yesterday, today, and forever. Way to go Del Taco. 🌮 🌯 🍔 👌

And when a man in a wheelchair came just minutes after they closed the manager opened the locked doors to allow him in to eat. I use the drive through to get breakfast after I pick my wife up from work. She's a nurse and works nights, this is our favorite spot to get breakfast on our way home. They always get my order right compared to McDonald's in Diamond Bar that can't get an order for four things correct. I see the same manager almost every time on the weekends and she is so nice! I don't have to ask her for my senior discount, that makes the price even better!

Crinkle Fries at Del Taco are Underrated. They consistently serve fresh, fresh hot and tasty fries. The Turkey Nachos are a great option for a healthier protein and the are surprisingly delicious.

Good food but homeless people seem to wonder in from the gas station near it. I try to help the homeless when I can but it can be a little much when trying to eat. I get my food to go here.

Always happy with this place but this time the order was incorrect thus 4 stars.. otherwise we are satisfied and like the new updated and fresher options they are coming out with.

1/2 hour wait are drive thru only 3 cars in line...the food tastes really fresh so might be worth the wait

Well lit Clean Busy location Friendly staff Have visited location several times doing Doordash delivery.

Very convenient, and we came with 2 little kids, the staff were very helpful, even bring us our food.

I like that they have beyond meat options. Best fresh fries and unsweetened brewed ice tea. But they don’t have napkins out just the ones they give you. Some of the salsa packages were sticking together.

Had the fish taco combo. The combo included fries and a drink. The fish was tasty and crispy. The cabbage was fresh. Fries were good also. I gave it a four, because of first visit. I would come back again.

Another local landmark spot. This place was the first fast food spot on this corner. The service has always been great since the 1970s when I grew up here in Diamond Bar. I come here in the morning for coffee and churros quite often.

Staff was nice and even though we came in at a later time when they were cleaning. They didn't rush us out and weren't rude. We appreciated it after a 14 hour shift at work

Offers delicious food, and consistently keeps a well maintained atmosphere. Personally the Queso taco is my go-to because of it's soft and hard shell. The service could get better however, and I feel as if the cashiers should focus more on the customer than their peers. This is a common occurrence as my requests are blatantly ignored when they talk about some other unrelated topic. The restrooms are not connected to the dining area which is quite annoying. The restrooms aren't that clean as you'd expect. Other than that, the restaurant deserves a lesser 4.

An awesome, healthy fast food spot. I absolutely love DICED! It's convenient, healthy and (best of all) tastes delicious!So much flavor and varieties to choose from too. The only thing missing from this spot is cold-pressed juices/smoothies.

For the thousands of people, they serve every day, they only get things once, or twice in a sincere manner. For me, I was truly thankful that she was patient and understanding when I was flip-flopping around with the options and amazed by their updates and different items I could buy. She listen to me, put in my order, and gave me service with a smile, even though it was raining and at night. I’m truly thankful for her great service, I’m excited to come back, and hopefully try more of the new items on the menu, and I hope that people start appreciating those who work in the food industry that help them out all the time even at the very late night stops.

It wasn't that great, not the worst but the customer service is the reason for the 3 stars. The food was ok, my tostada shell was chewy lol and the tortillas for the fish tacos were rubbery (as if they weren't warmed up at all); and I can deal with all of that, I scarfed them up nevertheless. However, it's the rudeness for no reason that gets me. The guy taking our order was not in the mood to be there (I guess) and had no problem letting us know, we were an inconvenience . I just smiled, tried to be as nice to him as possible, maybe he was having a bad day. Idk?

This place is normally my go to but the last time I visited I ordered a #8 (chicken burrito & soft taco) and got a whole mouthful of #9 (beef burrito & beef hard taco) after I took a bite out of the burrito. Didnt feel like driving back plus I refused my my receipt out of trust. But other than that it is normally good. Won't stop going there though.

Service was a quite slow, however it was during peak hrs about 6pm on a holiday Monday. The girl who took my order couldn't answer when I asked how the "street taco " is different than a regular taco, I asked if it was a soft tortilla which she replied yes...so I added 1 of chicken..to a few other items and the main reason for my visit. ,,,, Ahhhh the AWESOME Strawberry (w/real ones!!) Lemonade, and for just a buck, that ALWAYS DRAWS ME IN!!! So while I waited for my order I noticed hummmm, I only paid a buck for that street taco...if.I'd of realized that when I placed the order I definitely would have gotten 3 or 4 more- the menu price was $2.+some change. My hands were full when my order was ready, since I picked up 2 other beverage there in the combined AM/PM- hot ones because I was cold and had a long way to drive in the rain.Well when I got back to my car.. I noticed I hadn't received my most loved LEMONADE, ugh so back thru the pouring rain I returned for it...Thier redemption ....that street taco was DELICIOUS!! Nothing like I expected and better than I ever thought.. (red)sauce covered chicken in a soft (mini)tortilla- and that's all it needed! Yummy !! Way good ..I craved more alllll week...got one today at a different location and would nt you know it.. it was NOT the same and $2+ ... WAAAHHHH... Do I really gotta go to Wright Wood for another one??? ROAD TRIP!!!

This is your average standard corporate restaurant. Service is usually good except when they get slammed. Nice staff-- Restaurant needs updating.

It's a bit suspicious when you pay inside and the card reader at the register is always broken. The last several times it hasn't worked, and they take my card to the drive thru area to run the card. The 2nd register up front is also broken! Your register system makes your store money without them there's no point being open anymore.

Last time I ordered it it looked all mushed up inside and I didn't see much cheese or sauce but I guess it was an off night. I recommend ordering from here during the day cuz their night crew is lazy/sloppy.

The restrooms reminded me of a out of the way gas station and some old dusty town that nobody knows or ever heard of. Maybe I'm being a little dramatic with the restroom but the dining area what's clean. The customer service was good. What I really enjoyed about this location was there was a 7-Eleven on one side and a Circle K on the other. Good location for fast food and the convenience. I would have gave four stars but they don't have Diet dr. Pepper ;-)

I am hardly the person to complaint when it comes to food. Ordered fish taco, must I say it was the worst fish taco I've ever had. The beer batter that covered the fish was hard and dry looked at if it had been fried several times. The fish underneath the batter was dry and tough. That fish should have been tossed in the trash and not been served. I returned the food to del Taco And didn't want anything else from there. I received my money back.

One of the guys didn't wear gloves when everyone else was. He was wearing a mask but I did also hear him coughing. Might have been the manager or owner but it would have been good to see more caution from him in the food industry. I won't be back

This Del Taco was disappointing as we just had a great experience at our previous location. The burrito we got had an ice-cold tortilla, so ingredients were not hot inside. Could have had more ingredients as the flour tortilla was double folded with bites of only tortilla.

I went twice to this place and always i have to wait 10 min before they assist me. Also they most of the times don't use gloves to use the food.

Dining area nasty and there's food all on the floor and tables vary nasty😡🤦🏽‍♀️the kitchen dirty too I can see it when I ordered my food🤦🏽‍♀️

They messed up my order and when I called to say that and that I’ll come tmw or later. The boy who answered said his manager was busy and can I call back later? No my food is missing. I’m trying to feed kids without cooking you come tell them to wait.

Every time I go there I get attitude when I ask for the medium sauce and I get the Dell scorcho every time. I'm sorry I didn't catch that woman's name in the Drive-Thru but she yelled at me tell me there was no difference. Well there is a difference del Taco you need to learn to train the people on Benson and foothill they need attitude adjustments over there

The last 3 times I've been here, the 2 fish taco combo was worse than a 5-day gas station hotdog. I will not go back to this location.

Came by at 335 after working 10 hours in a warehouse shipping food to people. I was hungry. Says open 24 hours on thy door. But waited ten minutes at the drive through and nothing. Bummer. Guess I'll go to jack in the box tonight.

Only a few vehicles in line at noonish on a Saturday. Had to wait to order and line wait time was so long we had to pull out and leave. Never had a chance to try the food. Wish this was fast food like all other Dels. Try wienner wienner on the same corner would be my suggestion

This place has gone down hill. It use to be good but now their food is so tasteless. I ordered some chicken tacos from there and bit into a couple hard pieces in the meat. That place is disgusting now.

My drink had no ice For one I asked to use the restroom was ignored first time by worker with blonde hair I asked again after 5 minutes she said yes but continued taking orders on her headset so I after waiting too long I walked out . If I wasn’t a customer spending over $20 at this facility I wouldn’t complain I was very devalued as a first time customer who so happen to stop by before making the 2 hour drive back home , thank you !

What a waste of time , they could at least turn off the lights on the drive thru menu so people know it’s closed even though it says it’s open 24 hrs. There was someone behind me too and they were waiting just as long as I was for nothing when the lady inside could have said something . Don’t recommend going here after midnight .

Staff are friendly, but they don't really know how to put together my burritos. My burritos were literally falling apart.

Never open 24 hour's like it says online... Every single time I pull up to it after 12:00 and no one will answer through the drive-thru. Say hello. Nothing they'll hide in the back pretend like they're not open when it says it's open 24 hours. If it's not open 24 hours just don't be open but if you're getting paid to just sit there and not do anything come on..... Very frustrating. I'm a local too and I would give them a lot of business. Very unfortunate

It's really a shame how bad the quality of food is here. The fish tacos were old and over cooked, super chrispy like eating carboard no fish meat inside. The fries tasted old and the Sprite didn't taste right either. Extremely poor quality. These employees need supervision by someone who knows what their doing and actually care about what they serve people to eat. It can be a lawsuit if someone gets sick.

I came here about a week ago and got yelled at by the person at the window to move up because they were on a timer. Disgusting customer service and I had to call corporate about it

Stopped yesterday for lunch. Never received order. I actually waited about 12-15 minutes and then went to ask, between the 3 employees, they were clueless about my order. I then asked for a refund and the manager tried to short me. I paid $17.62, she tried giving me $16 and some pennies. Very disappointed. More so after the inquiry when all 3 ladies just kept staring at the receipt like that was going to magically pop out my order. Hands down worst experience at Del Taco ever.

THE CITY OF DIAMOND BAR needs to shut this dump down asap. I’ve lived down the street for 5 years and this del taco has always been terrible. Food is always cold….the employees look extremely suspicious and close the store when they feel like it. I think the only requirement to work here is to have a heartbeat. Place is a health hazard. Don’t come here

Wrong order and I repeated it twice and still got it wrong. I paid $15 for the combo that your employee chose for me. Update: No worries , I still ate it..i was just hangry and they got my order wrong so I left a review , but I’ll be honest the burrito wasn’t my choice but the fries were delicious!

Wrong order and I repeated it twice and still got it wrong. I paid $15 for the combo that your employee chose for me. Update: No worries , I still ate it..i was just hangry and they got my order wrong so I left a review , but I’ll be honest the burrito wasn’t my choice but the fries were delicious!

THE CITY OF DIAMOND BAR needs to shut this dump down asap. I’ve lived down the street for 5 years and this del taco has always been terrible. Food is always cold….the employees look extremely suspicious and close the store when they feel like it. I think the only requirement to work here is to have a heartbeat. Place is a health hazard. Don’t come here

Stopped yesterday for lunch. Never received order. I actually waited about 12-15 minutes and then went to ask, between the 3 employees, they were clueless about my order. I then asked for a refund and the manager tried to short me. I paid $17.62, she tried giving me $16 and some pennies. Very disappointed. More so after the inquiry when all 3 ladies just kept staring at the receipt like that was going to magically pop out my order. Hands down worst experience at Del Taco ever.
