Because their food is delicious and I love the double meat bacon burger

This is my usual pit stop when I go to Livingston. The staff here like to have fun and have pleasant attitudes.

First time at this sonic.. was passing thru... The kid named Adam was an absolute delight

Good Comfort type food here. I love the Cherry limeades, the many mixes of shakes you can get, and vanilla dr. Peppers and footlong cheese coneys and chicken fried steak sandwiches. Sonic onion rings are the absolute best!

My food came out hot and my order was correct. My server was polite and it didn't take long to get my food. Very happy with my visit to the Diboll Sonic.

My daughter couldn't eat her pizza inside the Pizza Hut due to Covid-19 but the kind staff at the Sonic, right down the street from them, let us dine alfresco on their patio, thanks guys your the best!

I love there food and I called every restaurant in town to find a place that would tell me how to make a milkshake for my little brother and they wouldn’t tell me but there food is amazing and I would eat there everyday if if I could I recommend the cheeses stick and there vanilla milkshake is to die for

I must say this sonic has been going up in quality! I’ve started going more and more at night as the food is so fresh and the drinks have been very refreshing!

Alexis is THE best sonic employee I think I've ever come across. The food was fresh and hot! The soda calibration is a little off but not horrible. Thanks again Alexis for the best sonic experience I've had in a very long time.

Love this place and the workers are amazing and friendly. Food is always fresh. They always seem to hire the best carhops here, they are nice to everyone and offer great service! If something is wrong with your order they are more than willing to correct it and with a great attitude . Thanks for the great service.

I was traveling so I stopped for a drink and to answer some texts. I put my order in through the app. I'm not sure what prompted it but a young woman with a beautiful smile came out and asked if I was okay. She looked very concerned. I told her that I had just done an app order because I wasn't sure about their "happy hour" times and that I was fine. I let her know how much appreciated her for checking on me since I was traveling alone. She brought my drink out and never stopped smiling. I felt safe there so I sat for a few minutes with my drink before getting back on the road. I would DEFINITELY recommend this Sonic!!

Ordered a grilled cheese using the phone app. They had it out to me quickly when I let them know I had arrived. My only issue was, I did have to move my vehicle because using the app to order you've got to sign in and let them know what stall you're in but the stalls aren't marked for you to know which one unless you park on the far South side, which makes it a farther walk for the carhops than if you're parking in the horseshoe parking next to the building.

I ordered my items through their app as I left my house. I got to Sonic about 12 minutes later, checked in and within a couple of minutes my drink was brought out to me. This Sonic has some of the friendliest employees compared to some other places that I have been.

Very speedy and pleasant customer service. The popcorn chicken was hot as were the fries. I've visited here several times and have no complaints. Sonics are also a good place for a quick nap when you're traveling. ❤️

Okay service and food, but I would stay away from the sweet tea...it's consistently bad.

Tea was sour but was replaced with a dp. Real good food and was fsst. Carhop was nice as well.

Quick service good food as you would expect from a sonic. No public bathroom.

A new experience for me. I have never gone to a fast food, or regular restaurant and been charged for tap water. Bottled water i would understand. But tap water?!!!! Come on is your company that money hungry?

Amazing workers, great food, one time me and my sisters food cought on fire and we just laughed, 2 things I didn't really like is that when I get my 2 soft pretzels i order nacha cheese half the time i dont get it, and the other thing is that there are NO bathrooms which you could probably need of it's a long wait

Best drinks. Excellent app with lots of customization choices. Good service. Especially good when you have to drive somewhere with pets.

Ordering was smooth, car hop was friendly and courteous. When I opened my drink roughly half way through a rt44 I noticed a hair in my cup, that didn't belong to me or my spouse.

Everything was just fine. Good service & quick response when the fork broke & I needed another one. Plus they had plenty of napkins, ketchup & mints in the bag. Didn't even have to ask!!

The service was slow, the food was luke warm. Sonic was not their motto. We went back to see if things had changed and it had. Service was good, the food was good. The server was very friendly. Glad we went back. Stopped in to eat got a cheese burger and a stacker. Both were very good. I got a half/half tea and she got a cherry limeade. Both drinks were good. Our server had a real nice smile. She was very friendly and courteous. We stopped there again today to get a medium strawberry shake with whipped cream and cherry on top. I got a medium hot fudge shake with no whipped cream and no cherry. Both were very good. Didn't take long to suck them down to the bottom. Good job Sonic.

They try, they really do... They forgot the footlong...came back out with the lil chili dog 🙄 Guy felt bad, an easy fix...but alas frustrating first time experience.

Purchased hamburger meal, burger was so awful I thru 2/3 away.

Steak was tough. The atmosphere is way too noisy.

Service was really slow, but the food was good.

The service was good, fries were cold, and they messed up on my order but they were so nice and made good on it I couldn't be mad.

The food here is pretty good. The employees are friendly. Nice family atmosphere. I like eating at the outdoor tables. The only downside is that the prices are a bit on the high side.

They are working hard to get better. Have seen it get better on getting food to the customer. Always friendly always hot food. Not a bad quick bite.

Food we received correct was cooked perfect, but we did not receive our order correctly and were passing through town.

Ok. The corn dogs were overcooked. I don't know if the the same kind of corn dogs but just don't taste the same. Nice car hop.

Tator tots were not so good. Maybe the oil is too old.

The tea is almost always old here during not busy hours.sweet people that work there though.

I love Sonic mozzarella sticks. This Sonic was out of mozzarella sticks when I went. That's not ok. That's never ok. 🤔😒

Chili cheese tots were good; shake, not so much. My Brownie blaster shake was gritty, like the powder they used did not incorporate. It was so bad I went down the road to marble slab to get a real shake.

Food was good, place is rundown though. Woman with septum piercing was NOT friendly. Like, at all. I smiled and was very polite to her and she just glared at me like she wanted to slap me... Her sentences were very abrupt and cold. Will not be returning here.

Never have I been pleased the handful of times I've been to this sonic location. The management is lacking in all areas. I do not know anyone working there or owners but I managed fast food for over 10 years and can tell the lackadaisical service and unappealing food, even the tea is consistently been nasty so I just quit going there. This is not to be an a hole, take it as helpful constructive criticism. The carhop was very sweet but lacking in training and I felt sorry for her doing that job without proper training or knowledge of how to serve her customers confidently. Invest in training and hiring new management if you see no improvement in your business and customer feedback.

The carhop was very friendly but our food could have been better. My 'chicken fried steak' sandwich was barely warm & hard on the edges. Also, half of the ordering machines didn't work. The drinks & corn dog was good though

Food is good but service lacks. They rush you to order. When i say an item they try to give me my total but then i say i want to add then they get an attitude and tell me my new total even though I'm not done ordering. UPDATE* This place continues to fall apart. More than half of the stalls are broken and has a blue screen of death (computer crash) or the screens are black and non responsive. I try to order as much as I can through the app but even that becomes unavailable at times. Service has improved. This place needs some tlc.

City water out for the day & no back-up plan for drinks. How were they even washing anything?

Not impressed again....got a butterfinger blast, ice cream that was stirred a little and some butterfinger dumped on top. That is not what I'm used to getting with a blast.

It took 20 mins to get 3 drinks and some cheese sticks and the tea was sour.

Grilled chicken sandwich was not that bad. The onion rings however tasted like they were coated with cake batter. Absolutely could not eat them they were so bad.

Purchase two 44 oz flavored water couldn't drink water taste so bad tested it at home 307 heavy metals in water meaning they must be using tap water service was good That's why I put it two

1.07 for a cup of ice. Staff irritated after we told her we didn’t want ice because we felt it was overpriced. Glad we went to DQ

I am from Diboll and I truly believe this place has not had a remodel in 10 years...If not longer. Many of the menus where you order are broken and don't work and they are always out of something. It isn't dirty or has trash everywhere, but they do need some proper maintenance done.

Stopped for 1/2 price Shakes on my way from Houston to Natchitoches, LA at around 8:15 pm. Was informed that ice cream machines were down and not working. I really found this hard to believe that conveniently the machines were down right at the start of the half-price time. Not good service for Sonic that is known for choices in drinks, shakes, slushes& ice cream! Continued on my trip and stopped in Lufkin where I received great service.

Kingwood Sonic used to be great. Has gone down hill the last 2-3 years in their food output like how much you get has gotten smaller on the sides at times. Ask for chili cheese tator tots you get a dab of chili sauce on your tots maybe a tiny piece of meat or two and that's on a Sonic size (large) tator tots. Ask for something like no tomatoes on burger and add grilled jalapenos and grilled onions and mustard instead of mayo..... the tomatoes come out on there and they left the mayo and added mustard. This was last time I visited this week but the last two times before have been similar. Just frustrating. Drinks are usually great though so all you can really "count on" when I go now.

Oh my goodness we are from out of town worst experience we sat there after pushing the button for ten minutes. Then we finally did get to order two cups of tea then it took 20 minutes to get it. A total of 30 minutes never again.

Food is usually good. That’s the only reason they even got 2 stars. Their ordering machines are always broke. Always have to take my card inside to swipe it. Last month they did that and I got a double charge. I’ve called them. Talked to a “manager”. She gave me a supervisors #. I’ve left messages. No one has returned my call. That was last month. I doubt I’ll hear back. So I won’t be going to sonic in Diboll ever again. I’ve never had such horrible experiences at a sonic.

Ordered a shake. It was thick soft serve ice cream. Had to eat it instead of drink it. Wow.

I just ordered food and specially said no ketchup and what they do they put ketchup on my burger now I have to go to the hospital I'm allergic to ketchup

Well I only marked as one star cause service is very slow waited for 20 minutes just for a drink.

I Love Sonic Drive in, BUT, this one in Diboll Tx really sucked. Not only did it take more the 15 mins to get a burger and tots, but the burger didn't have mustard or onions but the tots were over done and hard as hell. I will never go to this one again.

I was running low on my grease intake and decided to stop there and buy something that doesn't look anything at all like the faked food models on the menu screen,I love sweating grease in the summer time,I call shananigans on my extreme chili cheese tater tots,got charged full price for half of what should have been in container,kudos to them for keeping heart doctors all over the country happily employed,

Took to long and order popcorn chicken but got a chicken sandwich also got a burrito tomato’s weren’t even diced up right terrible service.

They got both our orders wrong. They added stuff we are allergic too that we said we didn't want. On top of that we were also missing things.

Half the machines don't work, takes forever to get food.

Showed up and pushed the red button to order and they didn't acknowledge we were there. Waiting for 10 minutes and no one else in the parking lot they still didn't answer.

I ordered two drinks and it took them 30 minutes to bring them to me and they put vanilla in my drink they do not pay attention in what they do they charged me the wrong price for the drinks

Cold burger and onion rings. Shake was nothing but a glass of milk. I only live 2.5 miles from Sonic, no way should the food get that cold and the shake melt that much. Slow service. I ordered online and it still took them forever to my order out to me.

really bad food ,they just warmed it up it looked like it had been there for days ,paid 62 dollars just to eat non of eat,so upset about this ,tasted a bite and made my stomach hurt ,never again.there was stuff inside our drinks like pieces of fries.

Very slow! Had three ice cream items and they took at least 25 minutes to get it to us whipped cream was melted already and the cups were a mess! Told car hop we needed napkins because of the cups she took forever just to do that i eventually got out of my car just to get napkins and spoons (weren't given that either)! No apologies or nothing will not be going back!!!!!

Pulled into 3 slots before I found one that worked to place my order. Slush machine broke and out of other item I ordered.

I ordered my food.while waiting for my food.I watch 3 employees texting on their personal phones.after 25 minutes.I still didn’t receive my food.so I left and went to Jack in the box a few doors down. We were in and out in six minutes. Food was hot and fresh.i would not recommend the sonic in Diboll to anyone.poor management in my opinion.

My order was wrong. Two items were missing things they were supposed to have and added things they shouldn't have had. When they took them back to correct them, Rather than remaking the items they simply added what was missing and sent it back out. I've never gotten this bad of service from a sonic.

Came here for lunch. Was the only car in the lot. Had to repeat my order several times and the cashier still rang it up wrong. Had to order a second time to get the meal corrected. When the meal came despite being hot it was the wrong meal entirely. And removing the tots lead to several ounces of oil spilling from them. They at least refunded the meal now that my car seats and console are covered in fryer oil.

When receiving my order it came to my attention that 1/2 of my order was missing. When I came back to retrieve the forgotten items of my order they had gotten it out of the trash. When I asked if they would remake it they stated they just made it and would not make a new one. Needless to say I did not eat it and will not got to this location again. Not to mention the rest of my order was not fully cooked.

Only one star because I had to to post, would have given no stars. Ordered cheese sticks online while in a bay. When they came out they were barely warm and tasted of grease! Ordered 5 orders with their special ended up giving my dogs 4 orders. Personal was also rude. Will not go back

The car hoppers are very nice but the last time we ate there our food was awful. The burgers were crunchy on the edges and raw in the middle. The chilli looked and tasted like it was very old. I'll never view Sonic the same way again. We ended up ordering pizza because we just couldn't eat it.
