Dailee and Cj were working and I walked in and they greeted me with a big a smile! They made my drink so fast and it was amazing I will be coming back!!

Excellent staff, drinks, and ham and cheese croissant is amazing! Sometimes only 1 working but they take the extra step and go above and beyond.

Hi, Big John here. Always love Starbucks everywhere any location. I'm in North Dakota visiting my beautiful daughter. We have been very busy this week. My daughter had her friend bring us some drinks on Wednesday. At first when l hesitated being a diabetic. I can't have sugar in anything. As an after thought I asked for a Americano plain. I have 0 sugar creamer at home. Believe me if you want a pick up, an Americano is the answer. So Thursday we went shopping at Family Fair grocery. I like they have a Starbucks in their store. So we coffeed up. I told the Batista I was a diabetic, but I wanted a Americano. I asked if she had no sugar creamer. Unfortunately she said no but she did have sugar free vanilla flavor and plain half and half. It was great. Thanks Starbucks! Peace Big John

We usually stop here to get some coffee while we do some grocery shopping. The staff here is amazing! They always take care of our order and are very friendly! I usually get the white chocolate mocha and it’s stupendous, the wife usually gets the caramel macchiato. We’ll definitely stop by again!

This being the only Starbucks in our town it is often quite busy. It is located inside Family Fare on the West side of town. Friendly staff and Starbucks quality products.

Clean. Centralized. Its in family fare. Didnt seem too busy the evening I was in there but it was about 6pm. Everyone seemed friendly. Have the full menu as far as coffee goes.

Consistently good coffee and service. Unfortunately, like everything else, prices have gone up considerably.

A bit slow. Not enough staff. Good coffee and pleasant enough worker. Nice looking treats. Only displayed one brewed coffee price when three were available. Why is that?

I go to Starbucks to buy coffee or the other options like English toffee, cappuccino. I do like the coffee at Starbucks for the very special roast they make, i even buy it from Walmart if I find it available especially the Pike Lake decaf. Lately this particular one or the Morning Breakfast blend were not available anywhere, only online and barely. I am not sure why, probably the high demands on coffee or the short supply to the US since we technically import everything from elsewhere. God bless us all.

Baristas were nice and friendly, but service was extremely slow.

Service was not good. Poor guy tried to fulfill our order while the girl was standing and talking to people. She was rude.

And tried saying it was because the espresso is brewed in an automatic machine as if I haven't been a barista before. Every other Starbucks I've been to always has sweetened my espresso shots without question. Secondly, I asked for 5 extra espresso shots and saw later, after having already left, that I was charged for 7. I'm highly disappointed and hope I can find a different coffee shop that I'll enjoy the taste of better soon.

There aren't many Starbucks in North Dakota, so when I discovered this one in Dickinson, I went out of my way to visit. Unfortunately, my experience was less than great. The service was slow and I could tell the person that took my order wasn't quite sure what she was doing when the price for my quad-shot latte was about $1.50 less than what I usually pay. The drink itself was wrong, (they missed the vanilla flavoring). But it took so long to get that I didn't see much point in reordering. It appeared that there were several people being trained at once, and the kiosk was quite busy. My suspicion is that this location probably gets an inordinate amount of traffic, being one of the only Starbucks in about 100 mile radius.

I am still in line for my coffee and they are so slow

The last 4 times I've traveled across town to this place there was a sign posted saying they were "closed until 4 pm today". The sign didn't move for a consecutive amount of days...what a waste of time. Called corporate and they did nothing to compensate for the several inconveniences. They also won't let you redeem your Starbucks rewards at this location. Don't waste your time going to this junk of a location. Caribou Coffee is always open, accommodating, great coffee, and you can redeem your rewards there. Same with City Brew!

The Starbucks in Dickinson will not take free drinks, which really sucks I pay a lot of money to Starbucks and earn my free drinks. I think it is pretty crappy that they will no longer take the free drinks, I feel they should learn how to scan them in and let us all go back to happiness and free drinks.

Have to edit my review to 1 star. The place went down hill since erika left!! Natalie is the worst always has an attitude and has something to say everytime i come in. Charges for everything as in extra whip.. extra drizzle... i think someone needs to go to an ethics training! She has an underlying personal issue with me at this point. Not very accomodating all.

I got two frappuccinos from there and neither of them were blended correctly, one was separating and had barely any ice in it and the other one had a bunch of matcha at the bottom. Definitely would NOT recommend this starbucks

Having to dispute charges through my bank is such a pain! I ordered a $9.62 drink and was charged $25.00. And as always there's nothing they can do to help. -_-

THE ABSOLUTE WORST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I'm visiting from Washington state so I am very familiar with starbucks. The same girl has been working the cash register for the past 7 days and is the rudest, snottiest person I have ever encountered. Literally has not had a smile on her face or even a friendly tone. And in no means were they busy any of these days. Today I tired be extra friendly perhaps she is having a bad week and I got the rudest response to date. I will never go back. Coffee is more than just a drink. This is a horrible representation of the whole corporation.

Worst frappachino I've ever had in my life. I asked for an extra shot of espresso, I my drink had absolutely no flavor. It was like ice and water. I will never go here again. I only drank a few drinks of it and instantly got sick probably from all the fake strawberry syrup that was in a puddle at bottom of it.

I had the worst experience.... As a regular customer I'm embarrassed by the service today. The lady who rang me up was friendly but the female making my drink made it no flavor and didn't get extra foam when i orderd it with extra foam. It tastes like unflavored cold brew. On top of that she didn't call out my drink didn't say thank you or have a good day. I will never go back that was awful.

We asked about our order twice before it was finally handed to us. Amber, the employee who assisted us, was completely unprofessional and dismissive throughout the whole interaction. When we finally got the drinks, the taste was not what we expected at all. Overall poor service, bad attitude, and drinks that weren’t worth the wait. Definitely not coming back.
