Every time I’ve come to lazydog it’s always been a choir experience. From the delicious drinks from the bartender Debbie, to the hosts , food runners and even the managers everyone has been very kind. I also love the seasonal food items so many good choices to choose from! Highly recommend it for families or even for a dinner out with friends.

For Father's Day I chose Lazy Dog for lunch. Family was paying so they said let's drive around and sure enough long lines everywhere. LD wasn't bad. I'm old, ill and use a cane so they let us skip the line. Place is large and noisy but expected. Service was quick. Ribs were tasty but boney. Fries were really good. Presentation was good. Next time full rack. I miss Island's.

Staff: The staff was friendly and welcoming. They will be waiting for you as soon as you walk into this place. They also have a check and text system which gives you freedom to walk around Downey Promenade if the waits are to long. Menu: If you have not visited this Lazy Dog restaurant before then go! Their menu is so fresh and best part is they offer both meat lovers and vegetarian dishes. My go to dishes are the Black and Bleu burger and Chicken Teriyaki bowls (as shown in pictures). They also do have happy hour in the late hours of the evening starting at 9pm. Overall: My visit to Lazy Dog in Downey was fantastic from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Antonio (my server) was so fast and payed attention to the smallest details. He made sure my party was satisfied with the food and drinks. My burger was cooked to medium rare perfection and the Cajun style fries were melt in your mouth savory. Antonio also has the time to recommend some new menu items as well as mention the new lazy dog club.

Its pretty good. They are always nice here. Can't go wrong with this place food is always done right and if not they will make it right.

We had a large party 🥳 our waiters Fabian and Jason did, and those that supported them did, an excellent job. They were very attentive and accomidating. Those in our party concurs. The food was delicious, I highly recommend the bison meatloaf. The vibe is really nice, left one star off of atmosphere only because it was hard to hear trying to talk to people across the table. I have been here maybe a handful of times, and this was by far the best time. This experience makes me think I should consider Lazy Dog 🐕 more often.

Signed up for the email club and received a free dessert, there are many items on the menu to choose from. My server was very friendly and attentive. I ordered my food and let my server know that it was my first time here and I was going to be getting my free dessert, as I was waiting for my food the manager came to me, introduced himself and served me a free appetizer of garlic chips which were AMAZING!!! I ordered the seasonal watermelon margarita, when I received it I was disappointed by the size of the glass but when I tasted the drink I was happy LoL, I ordered the BBQ bacon burger and upgraded to the seasoned fries. The food was delicious, however I don't think there should be a dollar charge for fries to be seasoned when the seasoning doesn't have much of a taste. Now for my free dessert... I ordered the peach rasberry hand pie, excellent in size and taste, there was however a tiny hair I noticed on the bowl that I was able to move away and hope was the only one because I devoured it 🤣 I greatly enjoyed my meal and the service. Omg this was my husband and I first time at lazy dog and it did not disappoint all the staff members were very friendly and our waiter was the sweetest I cant remember her name but she was just training and the food was delicious and the margaritas were amazing. This place is amazing! And the cherry on top of it was I had lost my debit card and they had it too! Best restaurant I've have been at in a while!

Had a great experience at lazy dog. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and helpful! Our server took the time to help us decide on what plate we wanted to order. We were accommodated since we were a big party. The manager was also very helpful and attentive. The food was great, I enjoyed the meatloaf. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Shoutout to Marisa at Lazy Dog…she’s a total gem! She didn’t just take care of me, she treated my little Pomeranian like a VIP. Also we had a family reunion celebrating 🥳 🎉 👏🏻 my daughter's birthday 🎂 🎊 🎉 last year...Today I took my precious Lovely 😍 daughters! Don't let the name confuse you. This is a nice restaurant with very good service. It is not fine dining but it is a nice and comfortable place to dine. I enjoyed the Bison meatloaf. The meatloaf was delicious and cooked with bacon wrapped around it. The presentation on the plates was nice (see pictures). Other members of my family had the Pot Roast, Teriyaki Chicken, pizza, and Fettuccine ALFREDO. All the dishes we excelente and we will go back for sure. They also had a nice selection on the kids menu.

Great place for a cocktail on the patio with your 4-legged friend or dinner with your 2-legged company. The menu changes periodically but the dishes are always fresh and delightful.

I didn't think the french dip was amazing but it was pretty good and very cheesy. I LOVED this summer drink. I think it was the Jamaican lemonade. Very yummy. Also loved the cheese curds. Nice atmosphere. Didn't wait long at all. Would come back and try something new.

Came here for brunch and order the Breakfast Club with a Ice Coffee. It was good but not great maybe if I order a pasta dish it would have been better. Overall I had a good experience. I love my server Jennifer and she was vey attentive.

Been coming here for about a year. Every time a great experience. Waiters have always been nice and attentive. Reason I came here was for my dog, training him to be calmer in public settings. Now he gets excited anytime we come here because he loves the dog meal! Side note when you come with pup you have to sit outside. It’s LA weather so usually never a problem. Also I tend to come on less busy hours because there are less stimuli.

I've seen the restaurant, but with the name Lazy Dog I didn't know what to expect. This was where we had our Administrative Support lunch... The best Thai salad, very good atmosphere, wonderful staff, and I had a very good experience. Food was ready in time to enjoy and make it back to work as scheduled. I would definitely go back.

I hadn't been here but decided to give it a try. The food was awesome and our server Aidan Ruiz went out of his way to make sure we were pleased. He even made it so I could enjoy my favorite dish which wasn't even on the menu. Great job young man I hope you get recognized for doing such a great job by your superiors

PRE-COVID: The bar is the place to be in this restaurant. Their bartenders are the best people around. I sit at the bar every time I visit and get greeted friendly by Debbie. We have become regulars and Debbie serves us every time. She is the best at recommending drinks and providing excellent customer service. She's really amazing at making you feel welcomed and I recommend you come and enjoy your time here. Their appetizer that is a "must have" is their spinach cheese dip and chips!! It's delicious and so good to enjoy! Also known for their chile chicken nachos, that chile makes those nachos taste amazing! You'll definitely leave this place satisfied and wanting more from their superb service and amazing experience at the bar. Don't forget to come in during happy hours because it's the best! Thank you Debbie for taking care of us and being great at what you do! And thank you to all the friendly bartenders there, you guys are an amazing team! Keep it up!

Ok, so this place is AMAZING! The food is delicious, the service was excellent and the atmosphere is wonderful....im thinking I haven't eaten here before today is because I thought it was a Hot Dog place...no its not that at all, this place is much more, they have a great menu. I had the Bison Burger, which was delicious. I shared some bbq flavored wings. The burger was tender (not dense) with a delightful jam and caramelized onions. Next time I visit, im going to try the PB&J burger. You might have to wait for seating (my visit was on Saturday). I'm not sure if they take reservations, but plan ahead. I came for lunch around 2 pm and got seated right away, but as I was leaving, there were a lot of people waiting. Enjoy.

Lazy Dog is a chain of comfort food eateries with cool bars. We had never been to one. While on our way to Downey to see a play, my grandson noticed it and said he wanted dinner there. I am always up for something new and said okay, let's try it. It was fabulous. Parking is easy in their large lot and it is free. They are open for brunch, lunch and dinner. I don't know how late they are open, but they seem to have a busy bar crowd. The place is so cute on the outside. You can't miss it. Once in we were greeted straight away and headed to a table. We had a super comfortable booth in the bar area. There is a TV there, but I don't think the sound was on. The bar area is really nice with big bar chairs and I saw a lot of the fancy drinks going by. They also have beer on tap. The menu is big and they have a lot to offer. It all looked great. We were hungry so we did order a lot of food. We started with great salads, they have a lot to pick from. I loved my Caesar salad and my grandson Buddy loved his greens just piled everywhere. Moving on to dinner I had a small order of fish and chips. It was fantastic. It was not greasy. the fries were wonderful and it was the perfect amount of food. My grandson has Linguini and shrimp and was in heaven. It was all prepared to perfection. We also had great desserts. I had a warm chocolate cake with ice cream and whipped cream. YUM. My grandson wanted a white cake with strawberries and whipped cream. He loved it. We should have shared one. They are big. The service was super friendly and fast and our server checked on us a few times. When we first came in they asked if this was our first time at Lazy Dog. it was, and they gave us home made chips. They were so so good. They also have TV Dinner type trays to take home and at a good price and reasonable selection. We did mot get any, although I would have bought 10, if we were not so far from home. They are frozen and we had no place to keep them frozen, but they sure looked great. We will be back and we will try others. It was just a 10 out of 10.

This place really grew on me the entire staff at the Downey location shows me love every time I’m here and when I order online. I’ll definitely be back to finish working my way throughout their fabulous menu and the deserts are amazing too I accidentally placed a pick up order at the downtown location and I was shown lots of love as well this place is always a great choice for dinner lunch or just a nice cocktail with a special friend/loved one.

The quality of food is amazing. Everything from the starters to the entrees and sides to the Desserts was all delicious. You can tell they have real chefs working. While eating, we saw a chef walking into work carrying his bag of chef knives and in his chef coat, that's how you know he's a real chef. Also, a bonus to have the dog menu and be able to bring our fur baby to eat with us. Lazy Dog restaurant is a big restaurant with the feel of a family owned restaurant. Their customer service was amazing.

Ordered online for myself and coworkers. Unfortunately, some items in the order were not included. I contacted the restaurant and AGM Mark was very helpful and went out of his way to bring us the correct order and compensated me for the incomplete order. First time coming to LD, and right away the decor, atmosphere, and vibe was reminiscent of a speak-easy with a moderate tone of camping/woods. Loved the tone of the restaurant and furniture with elevated wood tables and the outside patio (for customers and dogs which you can bring, will bring 🐕 next time). The food was superb and the drinks were great as well. Payed about $50 for two meals, two drinks, and an appetizer. Will be recommending to others and pet owners.

I love the atmosphere, I went with my family and it was more than what I expected. First time there the manager Alex was on top of his game tonight great personality and the food was very tasty. .... oh and did I mention they have a beer club yes I said a beer club get yourself a membership and I promise it will be more than worth it.

Lazy Dog was a welcoming experience. Josh was one of the best servers/bartenders I had in a while. He was attentive and made suggestions that made the meal better. He talked about what he liked and listened to suggestions. Josh is a great people person, he made you want to sit and eat and enjoy what's next to come. These fried ribs with the umami fries were great. They can stand by themselves but, if you want to push them over the edge addin the high-altitude sauce takes the ribs to the next level, with the subtle heat and that vinegar kick. The heat and acid with their BBQ sauce make the perfect rib combination. The ribs came with a sesame slaw that was not my cup of tea. But overall, it's a great plate. The BBQ ranch bacon burger was really good. The only issue was that I should have ordered it medium instead of a well-done. Their garlic parmesan waffle fries were really good. When well with the blue cheese sauce. They are complementary for first-time visitors given by the manager on duty to meet the customers. The fried chicken wings were very crunchy and cooked to perfection, but not dry. The wings went well with the high altitude and blue cheese dipping sauce. However, it did lack seasoning. Best to order the fried chicken tossed with the BBQ and high altitude or even the high altitude and blue cheese. Overall, it was a great experience. We will definitely be back for more ribs and those sauces.

The food was amazing, we got burgers and they were full of flavor and also tasted fresh. They offer a wide variety of alcoholic beverages as well as regular drinks. Our server Brian was very kind and patient, he helped my dad remember what his order was last time he went. Atmosphere was rustic and very calming. Will definitely be returning.

I am a huge fan of the Lazy Dog in Downey! It is our go to spot for an evening outing. The food is always so fresh, delicious and warm, and their Huckleberry IPA is our absolute favorite beer! With all the great eats in Downey, Lazy Dog somehow is always our top goto. I even recently converted some friends who never had a good experience at Lazy Dog, with their food choice. I recommended which food to try and which drinks, and they loved it. Cant wait to go back. And we always have the kindest servers and Bartender. I also order Lazy Dog for delivery during work when we place a group lunch order. No one ever says no to Lazy Dog, and me and my coworkers love it. Quick, easy ordering system, food is always packaged right, fresh, and warm, and they never miss an item or a special instruction. Great job Lazy Dog Downey Team!

Service here was excellent! I got the cheese curds and the bison burger. The cheese curds tbh reminded me of ones I could get back at home at cookout this is not dissing them in any way they were good, but the burger and fries were peak. The burgers here are charbroiled and my God was it juicy and delicious. The frys had a good crunch and had plenty of flavor. I didn't even get a picture before I finished my meal lol. Will be back if I can.

We've visited in many occasions for happy hour etc. They have a reverse happy hour here as well from Mon-Friday from 3pm to 6pm & Sunday-Thursday from 9pm to closing. The ambiance here is pretty awesome. A cool rustic cozy log cabin feel & comfy both seating. The food is pretty good as well for what's offered during happy hour, drink specials as well as the road trip menus & take out TV dinners. The selection of desserts rock too. Great service & cocktails. Shouts out to the awesome staff & expert servers (Alley, Julian, Marissa & Ronnie) ust to name a few. Great service. Everyone is super nice & attentive. The Bison 🦬 burger 🍔 was really good, the BBQ Bison bacon wrapped meatloaf served with sautéed spinach, served over a bed of red-skunned mashed potatoes with gravy is always so good. They have an Ahi tuna crunch plate that's really good, the Mediterranean grilled chicken with the yellow cilantro lemon rice with vegetables was yummy. Their happy hour inside out quesdillia is tasty, the loaded potato balls served with tapatio crema 👌🏼. Everything's good. The krispy wings, bacon candy, bacon cheddar biscuits, happy hour burger with Cajun fries, yakisoba noodles 🍜 with caramelized shrimp my niece loved. Their firecracker 🧨 shrimp 🍤 had such a good tasting sauce served on rice paper we truly enjoyed. That smores brownie ala-mode with that vanilla bean Ice cream was to die for a chocolate lovers dream. They had a goat cheese dish that was reveling removed covered in a sweet chili sauce that was very tasty as well. The take out TV dinners were great too. We tried the Shepards pie with blue corn cake dessert. Everything here is pretty tatsy. My husband's favorite beer is the Huckleberry IPA that you can (cowboy up) with a shot of either Jack Daniel's or Jamison during happy hour. I particularly enjoyed their sun spankled ale that is a citrus delight to drink. They have 2 different kinds of Sangria or maybe 3 & a refresher drink that's really good. The cocktails here are super tasty & pair well with the food. The environment is cozy as well as kid friendly. They also have an outdoor patio section that I personally tend to avoid only because I get really cold outside but I'm sure it would be great seating for the summer months. It's just quite chilly for me this time of year but really cozy inside. Idk if I forgot anything or anyone but my family really enjoys this place. They also offer a campfire club & beer club that offers free perks & discounts worthy of taking advantage of. Please visit. A great time to start would be during happy hour to partake in the wonderful deals offered & explore the menu from there 😋 as they're so much to choose from you're bound to find something to your liking.

This place is great and the staff is wonderful. There was less than a five minute wait to be seated and service was excellent. There’s a lot to choose from and that includes food and drinks. The beer club is recommended if you enjoy a nice lager or beer. It comes with perks and discounts. The food is tasty and filling. It is enough to satisfy your palate. There is plenty of room for single, couples and groups; all are welcomed. One can sit at the bar and eat or get a table inside or outside. It is dog friendly and the dogs do seem to enjoy it. It is accessible for dining and parking, and is kid friendly. There is food for everyone to enjoy. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly.

Food is always on par. Delicious and cooked perfect. Drinks are always great. Full bar and being in the Beer Club sure has its perks. If you've never been, it's a must go place. You won't be disappointed.

Ambiance: I got there around 4:30, and there was already a decent sized crowd, tons of space with an option for outdoor seating, I liked this place. Service: great service, extremely nice people, and even though it was busy later in the day, I never had to wait long for anything. Food: Those lettuce wraps are my new favorite thing. They were fresh, flavorful, and actually filling. Loved the onion rings, too. They were seasoned really well.

This was my boyfriend and I first time coming in. 10/10 atmosphere, 10/10 service, and 10/10 food. Our waitress was on top of it, came with drinks within couple minutes of us sitting down and food only took about 10 minutes to come after ordering. It was pretty busy too as outside patio was packed. The inside was sooo nice, loved the darker vibe. Everyone was extremely friendly and nice as well. I had no clue you could bring your dog here, will definitely be bringing them along next time we come! Such a comforting environment. Food was delicious, great flavor and super fresh. This is now our favorite restaurant. 🥰

Great place for Happy Hour. We ordered the Wok fried calamari and Cajun fries from the happy hour menu. Both were delish. Hubby and I also split the ribs, which they served on separate plates. Also enjoyed that. For dessert, we had the butter cake and banana pudding. Both were good, but the butter cake was a little dry. It was better the last time I had it.

They have an outstanding pot roast dip Sandwich it's about $17 that comes with a side and au jus sauce and it was delicious and filling.. My sister ordered a Pat tie and that was super tasty and we ordered a child's cheeseburger with fries..

Came in for lunch, plenty of space not annoyingly busy, and served by friendly attentive servers. Ordered the Baja Cali burger 🍔 and fish n ships plates. The burger was delicious along with it's glorious crispy fries 🍟 The fish n ships tasted fresh and fulfilling. Overall great experience.

We went around 3 pm so not many people. 3 pm starts Happy Hour. Waiters were friendly. I ordered cheeseburger lunch special so it was a little smaller but perfect for me. French fries took the cake tho, perfect flavors combination and tasted fresh. We ordered margaritas; at first, it was too strong like they just gave us pure tequila. When we informed them, they came back delicious. Prices were reasonable.

The Brunch here is great. They have unique options and taste good. The cocktails were good too. Although the old fashioned cocktail was more on the sweeter side and overpriced. I really enjoyed the fried chicken and deviled eggs. The staff was friendly but they placed us in the back near the kitchen and they were having a group meeting there. They didn't offer options and we saw other tables.

This place has a nice lodgy feel to it. People also bring their dogs but they have to be out on the patio. The food during happy hour is a good deal and tast pretty good. We have tried the seasoned fries (good), the nachos dipping sauce is yummy and the wings are good, my favorite is the happy hour chicken nuggets! They have a new tater tot corn appetizer, my friend asked me to warn you not to get it, none of us like it 👎The great part is the $3 drinks budlights/Coors lights but only for 16 oz (if you order 20oz you pay full price). Everything else was good though.

Good food, wide variety, good service and loved their Sunday evening happy hour and late opening time. A nice European feel with a very American style and international cuisine. Nice setting inside and lovely patio for an outside sitting. It's one of my friends and my meeting place. 👍🏽

The house lemonade is good and the best part is that you get free refills. The Caesar Salad had a twist to it that didn’t make it taste like your average salad, overall it was still good. I will definitely be coming back to try new items off their menu. Got the All American burger which the sauce is like a spicy thousand islands.

Me and my dog had a lunch date with my Boy and his dog. Needless to say but my dog was super excited to see his fellow canines hanging out. For awhile there, he was definitely the most vocal. Food and drank were good as well. Overall it was a good experience.

We had a wonderful time at Lazy Dog. The food was good, Great Portion size, price is a little higher than expected. This place was a little on the darker side for my taste. Overall, I highly recommend it. Must try their apple pie dessert

Great place to bring your pet dog. They have food catered just for them ! Clean open air patio seating for people with pets. we got our dog Buster chicken with rice n veggies for $5. They also have great beers and even a quarterly beer subscription!

Loved the concept of this restaurant and they had an interesting menu. We tried the fried deviled eggs but didn't like them very much. Way too dry and the fried breading was so thick and flavorless, they definitely need a sauce or something. I got the fried chicken which was pretty good, but definitely get an extra side of the syrup for dipping. The gravy was not very good at all. My other half got the Chicken Cordon Bleu with mashed potatoes instead of the rice and he wasn't that impressed for the price, it was just "okay" but not worth re-ordering. Definitely seems like a place you go more for atmosphere over the food. I did appreciate that they had some low carb/keto options on the menu (which is normally my preference when not on vacation LOL).

We ordered the melted feta cheese and it was delicious. The drinks and burgers were good, not so much for the Greek bowl. The waiter could be more friendly.

Food was good, service was great. Manager greeted us with a free appetizer for it being out first time. We got the Cow girl pretzels with cheese dip and the free crisps. Also the wok fired chicken bowl (sweet and spicy) and the pork noodle bowl from the lunch menu. The drinks were really good! Cucumber thyme lemonade and Jamaican lemonade.

Good quality the environment. The food tastes great...No doubt about it.!!! Only slight little problem was that sometimes depending on the waitress or the server,. when you place your ordert, it takes a little while for them to bring your order. But at the end, I got it. And i didn't get charged. Compliments on the house. Because of the delay. I double check my receipt and yep,.Indeed my plate was free I was on the house. So yeah, I can't complain much. Just the serv. attendant a bit of delay..But other than that,? A 4 out of 5.. 👍

Came for brunch on a Sunday and the place was not packed as we were seated right away. Since it was our first time at this location, the waitress was so kind and gave us a complimentary starter. The strawberry lemonade is good and so are the cajun fries. For my main entrée I ordered the chicken parmesan with pasta and unfortunately it was lacking lots of flavor. I enjoyed the cajun fries a lot more. I would be back but just for drinks and appetizers.

Great service and atmosphere. Food was not as good as other times. Burger was overcooked. Onion rings were fried too dark.

It’s o.k. Came here to enjoy some outdoor seating and experience standard lazy dog chain food. Staff was polite and did help with choices. Drinks were good, standard pour and quick delivery. The food was not in comparison to the price. The ahi tuna was cold and obviously pre-cooked. The cheese appetizer jelly was o.k. Caesar salad was alright. Not the normal standards, for a chain restaurant. Maybe it was an off day.

Nice open layout Great happy hour, but it is a little short. Expect to wait for a table if arriving after 6pm. The food is okay, but the cocktails are worth the trip. If it is your first visit, be sure to let the server know ;) The restrooms are nice, but a little dark.

Great service, the staff really seems to care even during a non busy rainy mid week visit outside. Food: The chicken parm was a bit lacluster; think fried chicken patty cooked a bit too long and little tough. Pasta was overcooked also and chewy. Started to get busy by the time we finished our meal and the staff was starting to call in reinforcements and shift changes to handle the group work holiday gatherings. Price: $40 for 2 people and lunch special meals

My wife and I go to this establishment at least once every other week and we’ve always had good service except for tonight. Our server‘s name was Frankie and he really didn’t pay much attention to us as far as refilling our drinks. He never asked once, and he had his hands full taken care of other tables, and we talked to the manager, Miranda, who took care of us and apologize for the service,, we will continue to go back there only because of Miranda‘s professionalism

everyone is great, and service is super quick. i also got a free appetiser for my first visit. the food, unfortunately is extremely mid and i wouldn’t expect anything great. it’s edible and not disgusting, but nothing good.

This is a lesson in ordering food for delivery. You can’t control what you get. The food is hella expensive for what you get. A $5 hamburger taste just as good. If I asked for well done, it probably means I don’t eat meat that’s still pink. My only complaint but it’s a big one for me. If you give me a choice and ignore my choice, I won’t be back👎🏽

The atmosphere was nice with 80s music playing, bright and airy. Ordered the Chile Verde nachos, 1/2 Sandwich, & soup. The nachos barely had any meat. The sauce is okay, not fresh. Overall, could of been better. I have never left so much food on a plate. The club sandwich was good though a bit on the dry side. The best was the butternut squash soup. It was on point. Service was okay.

Sorry but I like to have at least an idea of how the menu looks. So not a fan of menus with absolutely no pictures. Especially because it was my first time. When we let waiter know it was our first time, next thing you know manager was at our table greeting us and asked if they can give us some of their "signature" potato chips that were on THE HOUSE for first time guests. We said sure. 1. Greasy & Soggy 2. No flavor 3. Big chunks of garlic and just no flavor. Pictures I took of food looked good but trust me you can get same thing at a Coco's Restaurant and better tasting. By the way, when we got the check they CHARGED the "signature" chips, had to call over waiter so they could FIX their mistake.

Food is good as all lazy dogs but our server sucked. I had only 1 water since I been here and never offered to refill it after i asked. They didn't put seasoning on my wife's umami fries. This was the worst Lazy Dog experience ive ever had. And I go to Lazy Dog ALOT, never coming back to this location from this experience alone

Reservations were made at this particular Lazy Dog Restaurant instead of our usual location in Cerritos and it was a mistake. We requested outdoor seating since we had 2 dogs, one of which was a large size dog. We were told that we can have outdoor seating, but when we arrived, no outdoor seating was available or reserved for our party, eight of us in addition to the 2 dogs. We were seated inside the restaurant where it was a bit cramped for 8 people and 2 dogs. Eventually, after about 20 minutes and expressing our complaints, we were finally seated at an outdoor table. I ordered the fish tacos, not sure the earlier issue with our table had anything to do with what I ordered, but the tacos (2 of them) were not appetizing. I ate one taco and took the other taco home. At least we were comped the appetizers by the restaurant manager. Not sure if we will return to this restaurant.

Used to have decent experiences here, but my most recent to-go order early Saturday evening was a complete joke. The younger staff were chattering like kindergarten kids, barely paying attention to customers. Then there’s the senior staff member (Asian guy with black eyeglasses), acted like a kindergarten principal, with smugness and condescension written all over his face. Maybe he thought he was too good for customer service.

I'm sitting here now. For nearly an hour. Waiting on a salad. The place is mostly empty. We were seated immediately by the hostess, and the bartender took our booth. She took our order for food. Appetizers, a burger, and a salad. Twenty five minutes later, she said she would go "check on our starters, just as her manager decided to deliver them himself. Then, after 15 more minutes, he came back, and offered me a refill on my tea, and apologized. Then 10 minutes later, he asked if we were waiting on our check, when we were still waiting on our entrees. After 5 more minutes, he returned with our food. Terrible service. Try Gaucho's across the street. Better food, and much better service. To be clear, the food isn't bad, the service is just terrible, especially for a slow Monday afternoon.

Firstly, I’d like to commend our waitress, who was exceptionally nice and provided great service. Unfortunately, my experience with the food was disappointing. I ordered the walnut chicken sandwich, and the initial coleslaw salad I received tasted as though it had been stored too long and lacked freshness. I also tried the cucumber salad, but it too was wilted and tasted old. Overall, the quality of the food was not up to the standard I’ve experienced at your Torrance location. Because of this, I’ll be returning to the Torrance location in the future, even though it’s a bit of a drive from Paramount.

The food is amazing, I had the cowboy Ribeye burger and the umomi fries. The resteraunt is very clean and nice. The only problem here is the service is terrible, I am not a complainer and I am a huge tipper. I asked for extra Caesar dressing and i never received it, my server never ever checked on our table and forgot about refilling our drinks. The server forgot about us so much our food was cold by the time we received it and i had to send it back. This was my first time at this location I will never return the service was that terrible.
