There was a white man around 20 he was tall, he was working hard and response well. He was polite and looks responsible. And only that guy was doing hard work. On Friday night around 10 pm.

What a fantastic experience with this location. I order from them all the time. Online order defaulted to a different option than I wanted. When I received the pizza and realized this, I called and they resent our order the way I originally intended it.

We moved to another Domino's Pizza Area but return to the 290 location, Canyon Creek...they are the best!! Always seem to get a delicious pizza from this Dominos! We get the regular crust. Love the seasoning and crust...Thanks for a great job! I pick up my pizzas and warm them if necessary, put in the oven for a few minutes (the microwave makes any pizza soggy or rubbery) The Pan Pizza is great too! Love the wings and cheese breads!!

We love Domino's! Always get a great pizza, friendly workers and great price! Compared to the many pizza places around, and there are a few good ones nearby....I hid the box to see what my older kids thought last order and everyone loved it! They say "why get Domino's when there are so many great pizza non-chain pizza places around"....well, that is why! Love the cheese bread, crust, sauce...as long as they put enough mushrooms on!

Staff is good. Quick bake time. Price is good. Taste is what you can expect from a Domino’s. Kids like the cheese pizza here.

It’s Dominos. It has its place in feeding the family. Not my taste but my family loves it. I can say that the employees are always great and the food is consistent.

Website stated no delivery in our subdivision - called and they said no problem. Issue is that we could not order online.

What appeared to be a long dog hair was baked into my cheesy bread. I pulled it out and showed everyone. I'm a hairstylist I know hair gets everywhere. Please please please use lint roll multiple times if you have pets. Thanks for y'all's hard work and will not hold it against y'all. Lint Rollers!!!!

I have ordered pizza here every Friday for a while now. They make a good pizza and are usually fast and friendly. But for the last month - I can’t order a simple ham and pineapple, there is only enough ham for their specialty pizzas. I had just placed an order only about 15 minutes ago, and it was messed up yet again. It seems that they try to get the order right, however they are consistent with messing it up. Thanks Dominoes.

i would give the place a 5 star rating but my husband and i were in there today inquiring about buffalo wings to take home to celebrate the 4th when the cashier named Will responded in a very rude and disrespectful manner. My busband asked to speak with a manager and was denied any onfo to whom that may be. The wings were great.... the cashier named "Will " and his lack of respect and professionalism are the reason for my low rating.

Quality at this location (dripping spring) has been going down consistently over the past 6 months ... toppings are less and less every time we order there... one would think the employees preparing the pizzas are paying for them out of their own pocket ...

Last night my boyfriend and his friends ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza and all 3 of them got bad food poisoning and were vomiting all night.

Ordered $40 worth of pizza. Called to add a Coke. And the guy wanted to charge me a second delivery fee to have it added to the order that was already being delivered.

If you want appreciate your store bought frozen pizza eat here. One of the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Cheese were so minimum the toppings couldn't stay on the dough. It basically little bit seasoned dough. Customer service is rude on top of it.

So disappointed. The food was late but still a little warm. Wrong soda, no sauces for the boneless chicken or cheesy bread, pizza was over cooked and 2 slices didn't even have cheese/toppings. This isn't the first time this has happened but we wanted to give them a chance as we know everyone is struggling with staff. We'll stick to local places from now on.

Absolutely poor customer service! I put an order in at around 7:15 got a few notifications around 7:30 that the driver was near my location at around 7:40 I missed a call from the driver (my bad) I call the driver back and give him directions to the apartments he responded (ok cool be there in 2 minutes) it’s currently 7:48. Time turns into 8:15 I finally get tired of waiting for this kid so I call the store to speak to the manager Ronan. I let him the situation and how long it had been HE KNEW THE SITUATION he cut me off as I was explaining and told me “he couldn’t get in because of a passcode” one kid lied my apartments don’t have passcodes to enter. Two I’m sure they both have phones they clearly do they answered my calls and not one of them cared to call me and see if there was anything that could be done. Especially with that fake excuse of needing a passcode because even if it did he COULDVE CALLED ME TO GET IT and I would’ve explained THERE ISNT ONE! Not once did I get an apology just excuses and the same cold pizza that had been sitting in this kids car for about an hour by the time I did end up receiving it. I get understand it’s just a pizza job it’s not the end of the world but if someone gives you there money in hopes for a good or service you expect at least minimum effort or care I didn’t get any of it. Do better.

We ordered a pizza for takeout because they do not deliver to our area and it was successfully placed and open till midnight. They said the can’t do takeout but only delivery past 10 so we were confused and said can they deliver to the parking lot since we were already there and the employees gave us terrible attitude and basically said it would be a hassle to make us pizza. Overall terrible experience and I will hesitate to visit this location in the future.

Was driving to pickup my pizza at 1120pm when they called and said they were cleaning the ovens and could not place my order. They cancelled it. What kinda biz shuts down their ovens for cleaning an hour prior to closing?

Many employees were not wearing a mask. I asked what is their policy and was told they all wear masks. The person talking to me said that the cook had respiratory issues and so was not wearing a mask. Then the delivery girl who came from outside was not wearing a mask. He said that she too had a respiratory issue. Two other employees including the person answering my questions had their masks hanging by the chin.

Went to get some lunch and noticed that no one in there wore gloves while handling the food or ingredients that they top pizzas with, but the part that made me write a review was the fact that the two sandwhich’s I ordered both of them had long black hairs in them and both went across the entire length of the sandwhich

This was this worst experience ordering pizza in my lifetime. We placed an order at 6 o'clock for 4 pizzas and we're told it would be an hour for delivery. Perfectly fine. At 7:15 we called to check the order and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Upon calling back the person answering the phone would only pick up the phone and place me on hold. No greeting. After calling back 3 more times they finally answered and told me that my pizzas have not even been made yet. This was now 7:45. Unfortunately the 10 kids at our Christmas party had to eat cold sandwiches. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

We actually love getting pizza here but today I picked up our order and not one person on the staff was wearing a mask. And while I waited for our food one employee walked by and cough (no mask, not covering his mouth). I have to say that is unacceptable to me in times like these and we will not be coming back for a while. I am really appalled that a business like this doesn’t take public health more serious.

Pizzas are rarely cooked long enough. Today I picked up curbside, the employee walks out, stops, and angrily points to the passenger side of my car. Insecure little punk. I point to my driver side window for the delivery. Last order from this place.

I was just in the store at 11:55 and I paid for my pizza but the “Store Manager” a young lady that said she was the store manager told me it did not go through but on my end it said approved. So she ran the card again and it said approved again. However, I got double charged. Even after telling her I was charged already. Then when I call to let her know I was double charged she said it isn’t their fault. And that I need to speak to my bank??? Then she proceeded to have an attitude and told me she was going to hang up. All I want is my refund that would have never happened if she would have listened to me after I said it was charged to my card already. I asked for the store managers name (because apparently now she wasn’t the store manager) she was being smart saying she was the store manager because she is at the store and she’s the manager right now??? Anyways, then she said she could not give out that kind of information? I wasn’t asking for phone numbers and emails. Just a name so I could have someone to speak to about the incident. Very rude and unprofessional. I need to speak to someone regarding my experience. This is my go-to pizza place, I really need something to be done.
