Awesome customer service! When they sold out of falafel, the staff offered alternatives at no extra cost and even gave us a free dessert. The veggie gyro bowl was a winner, and my husband's chicken gyro bowl was also delicious

They’re efficient, caring, great communication with the team, fast service. There were 20 tickets and more coming from the online order machine and they managed to provide great customer service, wipe the tables, deliver the bags, cashier duties, oh my what a team! I got a lot of food and for a rush hour the chicken was moist and perfectly cooked. Fries are fresh and go so well with the mustard sauce. Salad on the side screams fresh! She gave me chimichurri to try and I loved it❤️ Bravo to the cooks as well who got perfectly cooked chicken skewers! How proud this owner must be to stand out for the great experience he provided to us by hiring this great team. Change a little from the Mexican food that is always skimpy on the protein. For the customer service I got, delicious flavors and freshness of the food Nick the Greek is my new favorite now!

Hands down the BEST Mediterranean food I’ve ever had in my LIFE! I got the Gyro bowl with Pita bread and falafel on the side and every bite had me SHOCKED. The falafel is so crispy on the outside and soooo soft on the inside and the lamb/beef isn’t too salty like other places and has so much flavor! 5/5, 10/10, definitely bringing my wife here!

Tried the Mediterranean Bowl and really liked it. Fresh ingredients, good flavor, and a nice mix of textures. The meat was tasty, the veggies were crisp, and the hummus and sauces tied everything together well. Also a pretty generous portion. Would definitely order it again.

I had a really great experience at Nick the Greek! There was a small issue with the app when I placed my order — it didn’t clearly allow a proper “no rice / sub fries” or “no rice / no fries” selection, which caused some confusion with my bowl. But Manny went above and beyond to fix it. Even though the mix-up wasn’t his fault, he took the time to understand exactly how I wanted my bowl and had it remade perfectly. No attitude, no hesitation — just genuine care for the customer experience. Thank you, Manny, for your patience and for making sure everything was right. We had the pleasure of stopping at this Nick the Greek in Dublin after jury duty. As another reviewer said, sometimes simple can be great, and that’s exactly what this location does so well. It’s in a strip mall surrounded by other fast casual restaurants like Chipotle, but what sets this location apart is the consistently solid food and impeccably fast service. We ordered a falafel bowl and a chicken gyro plate with Greek fries and sat in their outdoor seating.

Great location. Lots of yummy & healthy food options. Allow for extra time to park during normal lunch hours.

Came to this location of Nick the Greek to meet a buddy for lunch who recommended the food. We both got the Gyro Bowls with Flafel. The ingredients were fresh but the Flafel's were dry! I have had better Flafels at other places. The location is part of a shopping strip and does not have it's own parking. I plan to try the Bowls with Chicken next time

Friendly staff and nice patio are top reasons to visit this place. Made a phone order (the automatic message was difficult and time consuming to get through), but the order was ready to pick up within 15 mins. Tried the chicken souvlaki plate with rice, it was good and flavor as expected (less salt in the rice maybe). But, the accompanying salad was really fresh and loved it ! I’ll go back with friends for outdoor dining but nothing about the food makes me want to go back !

The salad was flavorful, the chicken wasn't quite cooked through on some pieces...I stopped eating...didn't want to risk and get sick. The service was poor, cashier seemed to be completely disconnected. I watched this same cashier attempt to wash tables after customers left. ..it was pathetic; she wiped at the tables with one tiny swipe. She needs to be restrained or perhaps not be there. That made me leave, that made me think...how clean / sanitized is the entire restaurant.

taking off one star, as they seem to be reducing the size of their servings (after the price increase last year). specifically the souvlaki side skewers used to have good portioned cubes of meat ( would make a meal of two orders) but now they're down to thin strips. I am a regular that lives nearby eats here maybe 2-3 times a month but first the shrinking fry servings, and now the side skewers?

I liked the food, but I don’t like the presentation. They show you the food on a menu on nice plates But when they bring it to you, the food is on paper in a basket and I don’t like that. Presentation of food is extremely important for their appetite

We ordered the Kids Chicken plate, Veggie Falafel plate and the Meat Gyro plate. The kids plate was huge and the fries were good. The Veggie Falafel was decent and so was the Meat Gyro plate. Nothing really exciting. Just plain old Nick The Greek.

First of all , the meat in my salad is cold. There are barely any tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions. The meat and vegetables are just hacked up! The young child in front seemed frustrated his parents are making him work, the girl removed a skewer from one box to another without gloves in PLAIN SIGHT! Pay them more because this meal was NOT CHEAP..

I was looking forward to eating at Nick's but was quickly disappointed. My nephew ordered the Lamb Gyros Pita combo with soup and drink. I attempted to order the same combo, except with a side salad. However, I was given a Greek salad with Lamb Gyros on top. My nephew knew it was wrong and tried to get the order corrected. The female who took the order refused to make the change. I wasn't feeling well and didn't want to complain again. I ate salad. It was delicious. However, that's not what I wanted. That's not how you treat customers. Lastly, my nephew took one bite of the soup and pushed it away. I tasted it. It was the most disgusting soup I've ever been served at a restaurant. Take one look. We will take our business to one of a hundred restaurants within a mile.

I always liked coming here but today I was disappointed. First, both my salads had little to no cheese, they were very plain. And second, they started rationing the sauces. You only get one per plate and the one they give is half empty. I believe for the price it is fair to get 2 per plate. I will try another location next time.

Really poor quality sandwich. They put so much sauce that it masks the quality of the beef/lamb gyro. Also, the fries were old and one was hard as a rock. It's too bad.

It’s absolutely bewildering that for a place that serves very tasty food can’t get delivery orders correct. On average 8 out of 10 times they get something wrong - usually missing items or messing up an item that should have been switched. Today (5/7/25) marks the last day I place an order from this place. I even called and didn’t get the manager but someone who said they had worked there the longest that’s why I was connected with them. Something just isn’t working when it comes to online orders at this place. I would be careful with this particular location.

This is a good place if you like raw chicken, I went Today and I picked up 3 chicken skewers (Whatever they call them) I get home and all of the chicken is raw, Few pieces were cooked at the end of the skewer, I went back to return the food. The girl Told me it will take 10 minutes to remake them I said NO THANK YOU, I will never go back again. These people don’t know how to cook a chicken, the simplest thing.

Placed an order in person and had missing items in my order including a baklava frozen yogurt. No sauces. No utensils. The food was dry.
