Place is fantastic. Alex (in the bar) was really a great server and made the visit fun and enjoyable. had her try and make me a margarita that wasn't on the menu (jalapeno/pineapple) and she did an amazing job. Really, food... service..drinks... everything was great. I'll definitely be back!!

I have been here one time with my daughter and i love it fast service and the owner or manager even came to check on us to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything.. This is good service I would recommend it to people and I'm from amarillo. Food and drinks are great thanks for the nice service amd good food

I will give this place a 6 stars, this was my first time going here and absolutely loved it. Came in and waited to be seated. Got in pretty fast, The Food was great! Tasted fresh, authentic, delicious. Waitress was very friendly, responsive, attentive. Planning on coming back soon. :) starting Good, hope they keep up the good work.

I had the chicken and beef fajitas,the flavor was good,the meat was tender and juicy,and the vegetables that came with the dish was really nice too,my side dish of French fries was so nummy. Our waiter was friendly and fast she made shore that our glasses was full the whole time. Great place to bring the whole family.

Never have I ever had this much trouble getting my order. This is my family’s favorite place to eat so I placed a big order. When I arrived home I noticed we did not have the Guac & Queso in either of the two bags. I called up and was told to check again and it’s possible I didn’t see it. I had already check it twice before leaving and had my mother check again. The lady who was helping me said that she saw them place in the bag and then gave me a list of all the kitchen staff who watched it be put in the bag as well as the manager. Also stating that I must not be looking hard enough to see it. It wasn’t until after +20mins that they decided to get the Guac & Queso and then to restate again that maybe you just didn’t look hard enough because this is what they come in. Like I don’t know what my food is supposed to look like. If you ever order here have them pull everything out so that they too can also see that something is missing and so they don’t treat you like an IDIOT for missing $20 from a +$100 order.

Seated quickly at a table for 6. Only 2 of us. Several tables for 2 available. Server brought chips and our drink order. 20 minutes later and I had to ask for someone to take my order. A different person came. 40 minutes and no food, drinks empty. Others who came in after already had food. Said they were busy but there were many empty tables. 1hr in food arrives. It was wrong. No avocado on fajita salad ad I ordered El Taco and received the chefs combo. Our server who took over, Evee did the best she could, and the only reason I tipped. An hour may not seem excessive, but several people who came in after us had already finished and left.

A few weeks ago my husband and I ate here. The waitress basically stole $100 from us. Here’s what happened- I asked our waitress to give us a bill from another table. A kind gesture of paying it forward. My husband gave her our card for our bill. She ran our card for our bill. He added her tip and signed the receipt. He sat the receipt on his side of the table. I then placed the other tables bill with a $100 bill on my side of the table. The waitress somehow charged our card for both bills, and pocketed the $100 (we never signed the card receipt for the other table). In doing so, she also took the tip from the other table's waitress. So she stole from both of us. I contacted the manager, who talked to the waitress, and said she admitted to doing it. We did a chargeback on our card, and The Plaza knowing exactly what happened disputed the chargeback and won. How? I don’t know. I have text receipts of all of it. On top of that the food was mid and the frozen drink made me sick, most likely due to not cleaning the machine.

It was very hot while me and my party were dining in, we asked multiple times if they could turn the air down because the tables around us also agreed it was very hot. We told the manager 3 times and each time he said okay and never went to the thermostat. He then went and sat in his office that was well Ac’d and kept ignoring us. He does this everytime I come in and dine at the plaza.

Basic. Ordered a gin and tonic. They brought chilled gin... Who drinks shots of gin? They took it back and mixed with something. Hopefully tonic, but no lime. Burrito was tasty but dry. Everything was spicy/heat, not flavor. How does a Mexican restaurant mess up Mexican food?

Flies everywhere: in my drink, in my plate and on the table. They need new management. They need a new manager that can take care of the restaurant and get rid of all the flies that are everywhere.
