I've used this drive thru a few times. It is fast, consistent, and the staff have been kind. Bonus: This particular location has Taco Tuesday specials.

Fast service, clean and lines are generally short. Not much more you can ask for from a fast food restaurant. Never had any issues with staff or orders. If you need a quick taco fix, this place won't disappoint.

If you love fresh ground beef tacos loaded w shredded cheese and lettuce you'll love these. Love their sweet tea. Kids under 7 get a free drink. They have the best old school nachos which are best when ordered as to go so your chips dont get soggy and you have a to go container for your cheese. Simple menu but good.

What's not to love about Taco Casa This location is tucked back away from the highway. A bunch of us from work got food. I had a back seat full of 🌮 🌯 and super nachos.

Yep it was yummy too 😂 I also tend to get the 👉👉LOADED NACHOS 👉 But I ALWAYS GET EVERYTHING ON THE SIDE 👈 Reason being is because you get more meat, beans, queso, and they put sour cream and tomatoes and jalapenos in the side too. You get a huge cup of Queso And a Whole to go box full of chips, that aren't soggy by the time you go to eat 😂. This is my favorite location and regular stop on the way home from work. They offer a cash discount as well as courtesy beverages for seniors and children. The portions are always generous, no barely filled burritos or partially filled cups of frijoles.

I love the food and friendly customer service I get at Taco Casa. Went late one night and got the super tacos and a super nachos got home and realized my order was off. I've never experienced an incorrect order, their tacos are loaded with toppings and meat, and they have good salsa. The taco party pack is a great value and I like their sweet tea.

Excellent quality ingredients. I typically order the taco light, which has an extra crispy shell and sour cream, in addition to their ground beef & shredded cheese. I daresay the taco experience here is not what you'd expect from a typical fast food kind of place. Plus they have that awesome crushed ice. (I used to live near a Taco Casa & was a frequent customer, just to buy the bags of that awesome ice. It's like the stuff you get at Sonic, but cheaper.) Hadn't been there in a while but this location and experience was just as good as i remembered.

They have the best ground beef. It's not greasy at all. Fresh produce and nice portions. Always a clean dinning room and kitchen area. Heck the bathroom is always clean.

Feb 2019 Food is always fresh - even with delivery its hot & fresh! April 2019 My delivery order was set up to in store eating. So the nachos arrived soggy & cold. NOT happy! Until now, they've always sent the cheese in a covered bowl. This mess, is ridiculous!

TacoCasa is amazing for he quit taco on the go. The tacos are full of meat cheese. These and lettuce and uh, the shells are always light thin and crunchy. I would eat Taco Casa's tacos over Taco Bell's tacos any day.

Utilized the drive thru. As usual, a long line but a relatively short wait. Staff are extremely efficient and polite. Orders here are, in my experience, correct with all needed condiments, napkins, etc. My food was hot, tasty with good presentation. I happily recommend Taco Casa at the Cockrell Hill location.

I love Taco Bell. Everyone says this is like a better Taco Bell. After one visit I have to agree! The prices are similar to Taco Bell but you get much more and it tastes much more authentic. The service wasn't super friendly, but I didn't go for the fun and fellowship. I got what I went for, which was fantastic food. I got a super burrito and super nachos knowing it was going to be too much for me to eat, but not realizing how much too much. I got so much more than I was expecting for the price. I do have one complaint though. They've ruined Taco Bell for me! I wish they were around my home, but at least I have one day left of my trip. See you tomorrow!

It's one of my favorite places to get fast-food tacos. It had been over a year since I visited this particular location. The service was great, and the cleanliness was good, but I thought my hard shell tasted a bit stale. It could have just been me that day, too.

Drive thru order asked for special packaging of my taco salad as I was traveling 20 minutes to my house. And they did . Thank you.. FYI Supreme taco shells were on the stale side.. STILL GOOD

I just had the best experience here! It’s rare to find people who actually care and have compassion. I ordered food for my daughter and was able to pay for some of it but then realized I didn’t have enough. Instead of turning me away, they still gave me her food and I’m overwhelmed. I always come here for the soft tacos and the Taco Lite. The shredded cheese and the hot sauce are really good and the meat is well seasoned. The only thing not good on the menu is the smothered Chilada, it’s way too salty. The sweet tea is sooooo good! The prices are reasonable

My order was perfect but let me tell you what really impressed me. This workers dont get paid enough to do what I saw today. There was a gentleman and a woman outside around noon. They busted their butts making sure the walk ways were clear. Not only that, but they were picking up ice chunks by the drive thru to make it safe and smooth for us. I really appreciate their customer service!! Every year I order a huge order for our church camp and normally try to do it a head of time. This year I called an hour before and they still accommodated my order with excellence! 150 bean and 300 tacos in an hour!! Does anybody else remember when Taco Casa used to be called Taco Inn in the 80's? These tacos taste the same and the restaurant smell the same from 30 years ago. Haha, anyways I always loved these tacos and while not exactly the healthiest thing to eat they are awesome to enjoy. Order was ready in 1 minute and enjoyed 12 tacos with family. The bean burrito was very good. Refills are FREE! These tacos are crazy high in price but at least they are not shy with the ingredients.

This food is really good for low cost, i need to stop and eat before people get hurt- food. Store is clean. Tried for the very 1st time. My Aunt is a regular. Apparently a go to spot for many. If you love tacos, and I mean regular big size tacos, stop by and tryout. Drive thru available as well.

I had a chili burger. It was good, but cheese is seventy cents extra. I opted to not get any, as I have shredded cheese at home. Line was a bit long, so it was a long wait for food that is already done.

I’ve been coming to this location for awhile and I ordered food from here on an empty stomach and got food poisoning. So I have avoided this location. I’m not sure if cross contamination played apart people washing their hands and wearing gloves but the staff here looks like high schoolers.

Came here based on the google reviews and ordered the super burrito and super taco. I didn’t enjoy all the olives on the burrito and picked them out. It tasted like mush. There was more ingredients than beef in my burrito. The taco tasted good and was a nice size. I asked for light cheese per the reviews and still got a hefty amount. If I go again I will probably just stick to the taco.

Has happened many times. 😠 17 Aug 20, around 1220-1230 pm. The lady taking orders on the drive thru needs to put on the ticket what I said and SHE repeated BACK to me the way I said it. However on the super salad, the NO tomatoes, NO black olives, NO sour cream did NOT make it on the ticket... even after she repeated the order back to me stating no tomatoes, no black olives, no sour cream. I'm allergic tomatoes (no, I don't use the salsa either), and I just don't like olives and sour cream. Pay attention lady on how you enter the orders! Quick way to lose business.

I normally love this store except for the rude night worker, at first I thought he was having a bad day because they ran low on food (yeah I know), I didn't get upset when he actually asked ME if I wanted my change. A week later, I returned after getting off work and he's still THERE, and is in a bad mood yelling at a co worker, he quoted me one price I thought I gave him exact fair, then he's breaking my bill I asked him what was he doing he then said it wast 19 cents instead of 15 cents, I told him he should have said something and I hand him 4 cents more then he gives me my solud bills. IF I go again, I'm making a call to a manager.

Place has went south since my first visit. Menu items not in stock. Now I got for a breakfast taco eggs and bacon and the bacon is a steip of bacon on tip of the eggs. That's not Mexican food at all. I can do that at home and don't know how to cook Mexican food. This is lazy amd cheap. Last visit ever.

Today I had stale nacho shells with a lot of meat, saturated in cheese with a line of sour cream. And my super taco shell was stale too. Won't be going thru the drive thru anymore. SUNDAY MANAGER 6/23/24 Afternoon manager I hope you have huge equity in this business and have a say in this company. Great job saving money on napkins and Taco sauce. I pray you get everything that has been promised to you. Please put a minimal amount of napkins and hot sauce on $30 order. 2 packets of hot sauce and 3 napkins isn't going to make much difference.

Sign says open 10AM-11PM. I pulled up to the drive through at 10:50 and no one would answer the intercom. So I went to the window. People kept walking by like they didn’t see me. Then finally a young man came and said they were closed. I said the sign says 11. He said they close at 10:50 to start cleaning. I’ve worked in fast food, and I get it. You’re tired and you want to go home. But if your sign says open until 11, you should be open until 11.

This location closes before operating hours. Be Aware although posted hours the workers will close the store & look at you like they confused. Understandable you want to leave work at a certain time however, you shouldn’t close prior to your posted hours…. some people actually travel to visit this location only for you to close early. Very disappointing

I’m truly disappointed to write this, but I feel like it’s important to share. Taco Casa on Cockrell Hill in Dallas used to be my family’s favorite spot. We would go there all the time and genuinely enjoyed the food and experience. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. Over time, the quality of service and food has gone downhill—badly. Every time we go now, we’re met with rude and dismissive staff who make us feel completely undervalued as customers. It’s not just one off-day either; it’s been consistent enough that we’ve had to stop going altogether. To make matters worse, the food has started to make us sick. It’s hard to justify spending your money at a place that no longer respects its customers and doesn’t seem to care about the quality or safety of its food. It’s sad, because this place used to mean something to us. But until serious changes are made, I strongly advise others to avoid this location. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and served food that’s safe to eat, and unfortunately, Taco Casa on Cockrell Hill is not meeting that basic standard.

I live 4 hours away and grew up with Taco Casa.. so when I travel in the area everyone at home wants me to bring Casa back.. I asked for a super taco with the ingredients in a cup so that the shell wouldn’t get soggy before I get home and they refused!! Very disappointing.. any other Taco Casa I have vent to while traveling has accommodated that request! We love Taco Vasa but would not return to this one and would not recommend it! Not only did they refuse but they were rude and not apologetic about it!!

Uhm this will be the last time I go to taco casa. I found a fly in my sweet tea. My crunchy taco lettuce was even brown! Smh
