Gotta say having to PAY for a bag in LA is wrong, my food was cold as I was literally handed every item; Medium Fries, 2 burgers and a drink, because I didn't buy a bag. The drive-thru location was small very difficult to navigate with my truck but it's just because it's LA so it's really not McDonald's fault I guess

Buddy. Listen, while everyone was nice here, do yourself a favor and check your order when you receive it glad make sure you have everything. I received a 4 piece nugget when I ordered a 6 piece. I didn’t receive any sauce, though I had specified which sauce. And since the Happy Meal has a Pokémon promo currently going, they didn’t include the Pokémon cards, activities or any extras that were supposed to be part of it. I’ll avoid coming to this location if I can help it.

I placed an order through the computer, but they didn't give me a receipt and they're not fulfilling my order. This is incredibly stupid; it's fraud.

I went inside the store and tried to order from the kiosk and when it got to the checkout point I kept hitting the checkout button and it wouldn't move forward I looked around for someone to assist me but the girl at the counter saw me turn around and look for help and she ran in the back room. So I left and went to the drive-thru to order the same exact thing that I ordered on the inside which was a triple cheeseburger and then it asked me if I wanted to make it a meal the total came to $8.54. when I went through the drive-thru and tried to order the same thing the person told me they don't have that there they don't have triple cheeseburgers. It seems pretty frequently the kiosks aren't working or there's no one to help you when it freezes up. So I left without buying anything.

McDonald's just simply sucks! Their food tastes like garbage and is way to expensive. There is no customer service and the atmosphere feels like a prison.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. This is my local McDonald’s. I was charging an outrageous price for the stuff that I ordered today not only they didn’t even get my order right but at the end I was missing two sodas and I went in. I was disrespected for the color of my skin. The manager from McDonald’s treated me very wrong just because I’m a Mexican. This is so wrong people like me come here all the time to get food for my family people like me because I come he has a job and he treats me like this. It is so bad so at the end, I ask him for a refund. I did get his name, but he’s the one that has it annoying voice.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and its not close at all. Whoever the manager is would already be fired if this wasn't a franchise they probably own. They cant make an order correct without forgetting something or making something wrong to save their lives. Just take the extra 5 minutes to go to any of the other restraints in the area, all much more competent.

This has now been the second time I've ordered mcnuggets that we don't receive in our order. I should have checked the order but considering they had me "pull around" which meant driving back out and doing a u-turn to get back in line and wait for 3 other people to order and receive their orders, i assumed all my items would be there. However, I was wrong.

It’s amazing that when you order directly through the McDonalds app, the store misses items which is regular, you call them and they have no solution other than telling you they can’t refund you and to drive down to pick it up. This isn’t the first time they miss items on their delivery orders, it’s regular. One item here and there that isn’t worth complaining because of the time it takes to complain. This time was different, the store told me there is nothing they can do other than drive to them, issue a in person refund for 10 bucks which makes no sense to even spend the time doing that which they probably already know. I stated I would call corporate because it makes no sense for me to drive for a refund, they said go for it! They aren’t going to do anything anyways. You can get your refund if you come here or nothing at all because there is nothing we can do since you ordered through the app. Sounds odd, right? You order directly to bypass the 3rd party delivery apps and you get worse service! You would think there is a sense of pride ordering directly….. Apparently not at this store! Maybe ordering from this location you need to refrain from using the app and pay the extra marked up cost to order through a 3rd party so if your missing items you can at least get your money back. You won’t have to worry about it wasting time for 1 missing item, missing happy meal, missing drink, missing fries, or the simple explanation to the person that ordered saying……. You’re just missing part of your meal. But it’s ok. Don’t worry about it. We will order again? Think twice with this location because there resolutions are not realistic. If I was the manager there and my staff made a mistake you better believe I would deliver the missing items myself and reprimand my staff.

Probably one of the worst locations I’ve ever been too. More than once I’ve ordered curbside and have had to go in for my order after waiting over 10 minutes. They have almost no staff helping people at the front. So even if your order is ready and waiting, you have to wait even longer for someone to hand it to you. This is the only McDonald’s I have ever been to that specifies “only one refill” I hate that this is the closest option to my current job

Wow! Before I type my review Congratulations to the Los Angeles Dodgers 2024 WSC I been a loyal guest/customer to this McDonald’s, so loyal I will pass 3 McDonald just to stop at this store, but today something went wrong while ordering breakfast through the drive through the employee on the speaker must have had been on something because I had to give him my coffee order numerous times, I would place my order then he asked cold or hot I explained to him over then again very slow then he confused himself I went through my order like 5 or more times I couldn’t take it and it seemed like he was playing some sort of joke on me, if he was that’s not cool because of his stuuupid ty my wife got in a bad mood, I hope this individual goes back to his training class because he couldn’t figure it out. People like him loose customers

If I could give it 0 I would. My latest purchase they almost threw my food at me. Since they charge for the bag now I just carry my own. Tried talking to the manager and he just turned around and walked away. Not sure what look McDonalds is going for but seems incompetent is it. Not to mention the amount of dead rats in the area. Makes one wonder if they are inside and if their cleaning is as abysmal as their service.
