The waffle fries were chewy, the spicy chicken wasn't spicy at all (might be a me thing). But the chicken was hot and juicy. Fountain drinks were good. Basic chic fila, decent service definitely attentive.

Awesome restaurant location. Surprised there were no lines at 3 PM Christmas. Eve - not really lol. My food was stellar. Spicy Chicken Sandwich was delicious. Mac N Cheese made me jealous. I wish I could make mine look like that. Left my phone on the counter and it was politely and promptly returned to me! Oh yeah ... Spicy Sriracha is the way to go! Sorry no pictures... Was too hungry!

The cleanliness of this establishment is impeccable. Everyone works together and it shows. I love how everyone is dressed and their hygiene is on point. I pay attention to detail and energy. I’m mainly leaving the review for the staff. We were very impressed by the kindness, willingness, and positivity from the staff. Every staff member we encountered had a huge smile on their face. One guy was walking around taking the trash off of people’s tables whe they were done and offering to refill drinks. What a simple thing, but you don’t see that very often nowadays. Very refreshing! Good job Chick-fil-A and the outstanding employees working on 12/18 around 7pm!

Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The team members are always accommodating, patient and professional. For breakfast the hash brown scramble (love with lots of salsa). Lunch the Market Salad (everything included except blue cheese), has been my go to for years (The gold standard). Dinner is like throwing darts, hmmmm which sandwich meal to choose as I love them all. Well, as long as it's accompanied by the Chicken Noodle soup, can't go wrong. We here in CNY are very lucky to have a new Chick-fil-A flagship restaurant around the corner on Bridge Steet right off Erie. A dream come true. And yes I was there on opening day.

It’s Chick-fil-A classic Chick-fil-A. Literally it was like two minutes after we sat down that they had brought her food out. And we did buy a decent amount of food. There’s no other company like Chick-fil-A. McDonald’s Wendy’s Arby’s Burger King sonic there’s no other place like Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A is fantastic not only from a food and surface perspective, but obviously from a managerial perspective. I have never seen a Chick-fil-A. That’s understaffed.

I Ate at Chic fil a for the first time. The chicken sandwich, nuggets, & fries were delicious. This was probably the best chicken sandwich and nuggets I've ever tasted from a franchised restaurant. There needs to be a Chic Fil a in Cortland NY please.

On a road trip with young folks. Had to make a QUICK eats pit stop. Happy to run into Amanda, the drive thru attendant at this chick-fil-a location. Amanda is not only THE BOMB, but she’s EFFICIENT, KIND, and PATIENT (we were unfamiliar with the menu/newbies. Thanks to Amanda and the crew, we were back on the road in no time! …also, the strawberry milkshake is fire! Yum!

Visited a Chick-fil-A restaurant franchise for the first time soon after it opened near the corner of Bridge Street and Erie Boulevard East. I noticed that the newly opened Shake Shack across the street, which I previously reviewed, had about 1/5 the number of cars in front of it that this restaurant had. People may be voting on which of the new arrivals they prefer. The wait to order my lunch was brief and the staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered the spicy chicken fillet sandwich with fries, some buffalo and a soda. I particularly liked the crisp waffle fries. With the sandwich, the meal made for a very nice lunch. The tables actually had fresh flowers in a vase. And, an elderly employee was cleaning up the tables as soon as people left and also making sure that all the condiments and napkins, etc were available. He and I spoke for a few minutes and he told me how much he enjoyed working at the restaurant. I will certainly return to try some of the other menu items.

Employees were friendly - I just went through the drive thru. Our sandwiches and drinks were tasty, but they forgot some of our sauces and half of my large fries was tiny crumbs. I get that they're just getting in the swing of things, but picking out tiny fries was just not enjoyable or filling.

Few things I hope they improve soon. 1. Men’s restroom didn’t have any paper towels and the floor was so greasy my 7 year old felt down it was hard to hold the balance. 2. There were no napkins whatsoever available for customers I had to ask and was given like three for five people. 3. The table we sat at was so dirty I had to go out to my car to get some wipes and wipe it out. Terrible experience and it hurts to get that from our favorite place. Please improve soon don’t let your loyal customers down.

If I was still in the south it wouldn't matter which chick fil a I went to they never forgot anything in the bag and they always gave you extra of whatever you wanted. Just very disappointed. I was excited for this "mega" chick fil a but they need to train the associates better (I was in retail management since I was 18 until I was 30 so I know when the training isn't there). One time a chick fil a employee down south gave me a bouquet of flowers just because. I think the business of the restaurant is too much for the employees currently because I've gone 3 times now and all 3 times they forgot something I paid for and there was no way to get my money back so very disappointed with this location. The food is cooked really well though I will give them that. But they have a long way to go until they meet the chick fil a standards I've known my whole life.

I did a mobile order through my app and went through the drive thru. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich meal with 3 orders of bacon and 4 times extra pickles. I ordered a large fry and a medium drink totaling $18. When I got home I found that the fry’s were all little tiny pieces. I can deal with that but then I got to the sandwich and that’s where things got bad. I had a total of 2 slices of bacon and no (NONE) pickles on my sandwich. Needless to say I will be driving to Cicero instead of coming back here. Cicero has never screwed up my order!! The reason I gave it 2 stars is because it was chick-fil-a, not because of my order.

I’ve never gotten my order given to me 100% correct, I always have to go inside after going through the drive through to get the rest of my order, always forgetting a piece of food or sauces, the one in Cicero’s better

However, the one I received was extremely runny, which I’ve never experienced at any other location. I brought it back up to the counter and asked if I could get a different one that wasn’t so watery. The manager told me “that’s how it usually comes out,” which I know from experience is not true. He mentioned the next batch wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes and only offered me a refund for the mac and cheese. While I appreciated the refund, I left disappointed because I was hungry and really wanted the mac and cheese. It felt like there wasn’t much effort to make the situation right beyond handing me my money back. For a new location, I expected better consistency and customer service.
