My favorite Starbucks! Every visit feels like a little reset in my day. The drinks are always on point, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect whether I’m catching up on work or just vibin’. What makes it even better is coming here and getting greeted by the Bestie Tina! Great coffee and great staff. This place never disappoints!

Store#52167 From the moment I walked in, I could tell this Starbucks was something special—floors gleaming, counters and tables perfectly organized, and a fresh, welcoming vibe that made it a pleasure just to be there early morning. But what truly made my visit memorable was the team working behind the counter led by the shift supervisor CC, and barista Vanessa . Every employee was genuinely friendly, attentive, and honest, and going above and beyond with a smile ready to make your day a bright one!. But what sets this Starbucks apart is the business ethics and the integrity of the employees. When I left Starbucks and ready to jump on my motorcycle, I left a valuable item on the table behind. By the time I started my motorcycle, the shift supervisor and her barista signaled me to remind me about my item. As I was returning they were quick to bring the item to me. This type of action is what sets this place apart. Employees care about your order and care enough about you to brighten you day. This branch raises the bar. Whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or settling in for a relaxing break, you're in excellent hands here. Highly recommended—I'll definitely be coming back!

I was told to wait in the front, but even though there were no other customers, the employees took their time preparing my order. Both the person at the window and the one who handed me my order were rude and unprofessional. They didn’t apologize for the delay, and their attitude made the situation worse. I’m disappointed with the level of service I received, as this isn’t what I normally expect from Starbucks. Please look into this incident.

My husband and I were really surprised there wasn’t a changing table in either restroom. This should be a standard thing by now. Drinks and food were great, but it sucks to not be accounted for with something so simple.

Horrible horrible service. There are about 10 employees and no one the decency to ask you if you need anything. They see you and just ignore you and make you wait too long on the orders. They need to be more organized. They are rude!

I ordered an Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, but the drink I got was really disappointing. It came out almost completely dark, with no sweetness or creaminess at all. It tasted nothing like the drink is supposed to almost like the milk and syrup were missing. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this time the quality wasn’t there. I hope more care can be taken to make drinks correctly in the future.

If you like very slow service and your drink made wrong, this is definitely the Starbucks for you...keep driving to yuma or san diego, save yourself the disappointment 😞

It’s ridiculous how long the wait time is here! You place your order on the app, it tells about 15min yet you get here and they tell you another 30min! About 7 staff and just two people making the coffees.

Unfriendly staff. Man taking the orders offered no help or suggestions when the flavor I asked for was unavailable. He just stared at me. Afterwards I noticed him talking and laughing with his coworkers. We ordered two drinks. One came out and then we just stood there waiting. The man making the drinks asked what I was waiting for. When I described my drink, he said my drink had been sitting in the area where they put drive thru orders. Ugh not a good experience.
