I had a great experience at Boba Tea Company with my friends! The drinks were delicious and everything tasted really fresh. What really stood out, though, was the amazing service from Isiah. He was super friendly, patient while we decided what to order, and made sure we had everything we needed. He created such a welcoming and positive vibe that it made our visit even better. Great drinks and great customer service definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to! 🧋😊

Mendelend was absolutely amazing, I was super confused on what to get and what I was feeling, she helped me, walked me through the menu explained everything and was super sweet and funny, not only was her service absolutely amazing but she made my drink super quick and got it out to me quick she was absolutely amazing and I would 100% come back for her service!!!

It states you close at 8pm yet we arrived at 7:45 pm were literally waiting to order behind a girl at the screen. When she suddenly turns around and tells us "Sorry, we're closed". Again not 8pm. If you close 15 minutes earlier, your hours should state 7:45pm. At 8pm we arrived at Kung Fu tea at the FOUNTAINS.

Found long brown hair in my tea. Imagine slurping someone’s hair while drinking…GROSS 🤢 Also, it’s mostly ice, not worth the price. El Paso has crappy boba. Too many “hype” places and none that serve authentic boba tea how it’s supposed to be.
