My husband and I visited this location a few times checking out the jewelry options. On our third visit we decided to purchase a couple of things and the staff was extremely friendly & helpful every visit. They gave us great deals on our selection. Highly recommend paying them a visit. (They a little of everything) Christina and Cesar provided great service but everyone was kind.
Amazing service from Cristina!! She was absolutely wonderful from the moment we walked in. She was so welcoming and kind, and she never once made us feel rushed—even though I had her going back and forth looking at different jewelry pieces until I found the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to help us get the best price, not just for my husband and I, but for other customers around us too. You can tell she genuinely cares. If you go to this pawn shop, ask for Cristina she’s the best!
I meant to do this sooner, but their employee Joel is an absolute godsend and an employee that they should truly cherish for the entire time that he works there. He’s not only friendly and kind and respects you as long as you are respectful back towards him. He will also be honest and as helpful as he can be. I truly enjoy chatting with him, and this is the only Benny’s that I will come to whether it’s to get upon loan sell or buy. And I will always ask for Joel and if he’s not there, I wait to come back in. I truly enjoy working with him as he not only understands, but he is honest and just a wonderful person to be around. Thank you, Joel for being one of the very few humans in this world to have decency respect and kindness. Your purple haired friend. And the only one time I did have an issue come up. They were fast too, correct it and not just ignore me and did correct the problem.
I would like to let everybody know that this is the best punch up. They have really good prices. I have bought many things here and I would like to give a five star to this pawn Punchshop as well. I brought my kids here last Saturday to look for guitars after seeing reviews and pictures on google. The customer service was incredible. We were able to get 2 guitars at a great price and the guy working that day even offered to tune the guitars. Needless to say my kids left the store pretty hyped up. Thank you guys!! :)

Employees are very helpful. We have 6 items in pawn, and they always call us to remind us of the payments. They have always come through for us. Very happy with their customer service.
Sold my Louis Vuitton bag over at Benny’s and Manager Caesar and Michelle assisted me. Super great customer service and would 10/10 recommend selling pre owned luxury goods, electronics and jewelry. The verification process was super quick and over all am satisfied with the service !
Christina was so sweet at our first time going, she offered us solutions just in case what we bought didn’t work out for us but most importantly she was really professional and welcoming and gave us a great first impression with it being our first time there :)
I want to give a shout out to Alan and Miranda for going above and beyond with me. I have been having a horrible day and they just went the extra mile to help me out with my purchase and placing the item into my vehicle. They deserve a raise and a Christmas bonus all together. Thank you guys again for making my experience worth it!
I visited this place early this morning when there were no other customers. I approached an employee to get some help and greeted him with a “Good morning.” His response was simply “what’s up,” while he continued looking at his inventory and completely ignored me. The customer service was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I came in expecting basic courtesy and assistance, but that didn’t happen.
Everyone here needs a customer service class. Extremely rude employees. Managers too.
Nobody likes to have customers walk in on you right before closing time when you work in customer service related industries. Unfortunately sometimes life does not give us much of a choice. In a situation where I know I am potentially inconveniencing someone one, I try to be as polite as possible. Much to my surprise and chargrin, as I approached the door 6 minutes before closing, having parked right in front of the door, a plus size man sprinted to the door with his eyes looking down, locked the door, and turned away waddling back behind the counter. The store closed early and on my face. I immediately called the store and Ruben answered. I politely explained what happened and that I required very little service that wouldn't take long. He asked his manager who declined to reopen the store. Not only that but I was met with skepticism about what I explained. Well guess what, my dash cam was on and since I was parked right in front where the plus sized employee should of clearly seen me, I have excellent footage showing the blatant disregard and rudeness I was shown. I know that if they were ever treated like I was at a place that is supposed to offer options to people having a rough time, they might not find that acceptable. I certainly don't. I will be letting everyone I know and encounter what kind of establishment this location is and to avoid doing business there. You should train employees better Benny's!!!
Staff all speak down to customers and speak as if they have something better to do. BBL Joel in particular that dude is trash at customer service.
Lowballed my stuff saying they'll give me 5 bucks each and needing to see if it works with speakers. But they dont control nor output sound but online they easily go for 100 to 300 bucks each. Please do your research before being ripped off by the workers.
They stopped the wonderful new employee that was almost finished when pawning my stuff. Why? Because there’s a rule that prevents business among customers. One of the items I decided to keep and a customer passing by asked me for my number. So the manager order my pawn transaction to be stopped and it couldn’t be done. Why? Customer fencing. Oh well thank you for your time.
