Delicious!!! My pregnancy cravings for enchiladas were fulfilled and then some. Amazing food, very reasonable prices, super friendly staff. I will definitely come back next time I get a craving! Seriously unmatched flavor-wise.
Great food, good service! Highly recommended for good food at good prices with good service.
Went when the water was out because of water main break, but they still did a great job. Food was great and our server was fantastic
This was my go-to place when I lived in El Paso (2008-2010). I recently stopped in while traveling down I-10 and was so happy to see that it is still as wonderful as ever. The refired beans are the best I have ever had. I used to just get a bowl of the beans and chips as a starter. The Chile Relleno is just a work of art, for something so simple, it is so amazing. I still have co-workers who go TDY to Ft Bliss and I tell them all to visit Casita Linda. They all are happy they stopped in.
The constant flowing customer traffic shows what a popular spot this is in NE El Paso. Friendly, attentive staff welcome you and promptly take your beverage order and bring warm chips and salsa to the table. The menu is vast and everyone can find something to their liking. Authentic Mexican food that represents this area. The tacos reminded me of my grandmother’s. Crispy taco shells with delicious levels of flavor filling. Caldo de res was superb..filled with generous ingredients, flavor and perfectly spiced. The flour tortillas did not taste homemade and seemed mismatched with the other items ordered. The pricing is beyond reasonable for the quality and serving size received. The humble establishment’s staff makes this an enjoyable experience. Definitely a “must” place to eat.
Feels like a family spot that has been there for ages. Chili con queso is very good, wife has the enchilada and taco plate and said it was great. My beef burrito was great as well.
Excellent choice. We were out of town from Austin and camping ⛺. I got the combination plate of Mole Enchilada, Tamale, and Taco. Delicious Mole!! I'm gluten free and feel good as of now. Well see. Free sopapillas with your plate is a great bonus for gluten eaters!! I also ordered Flan as an appetizer. 👌
This restaurant in Northeast is a hidden gem. The food is so good and the service was great. I had the Chile con queso chicken and it was yummy. Not to spicy but just enough chile to give the food a flavorful combination of cheese and chile. Highly recommend but it's super busy at lunch but totally worth the wait
I have never had a bad meal here. It's consistently delicious. Staff is super nice and service is great.
We eat here every Wednesday night. I want to comment on the service. Leo always waits on our table and she is excellent. Very upbeat and friendly. Our orders are always correct and delivered promptly. I think the staff does a great job!
There is a group of us who go every Wednesday, all the waitress and waiters are good, but we like and always get the young lady named Leo. She is a keeper, she tends to us like we are VIP's. She checks on us to see if food came out okay, filling our drinks and keeping an eye on us attending to our needs. She really is friendly and always upbeat, like I said she is a keeper.
My husband and family and I have been frequent in this restaurant for many years since JOEY Senior and his wife ran it! JOEY, the son has not disappointed! The food is always amazing! Service very accommodating and friendly! And the atmosphere is cozy and Homie just like the people who frequent it often. A lot of of us are in an old northeast crowd that feel like we’re going to a friends house for lunch as opposed to one of the best restaurants in our El Paso! You can usually walk in and see an old friend! One of my favorite restaurants in El Paso!👍🏻🥰👍🏻

Best chicken tortilla soup in town!! Service is amazing, food is always perfect and the daily specials can't be beat. Serving size is large and filling.

Lunch crowd, place was packed, Monday, waited a few minutes for booth to be cleaned. Waited awhile to have order taken , and food brought out. Otherwise, good was good. First time going there.
Short staffing made the wait very l9ng but the help did the best they could. Very busy friendly place and the Sopapillas were divine!
I had a server that decided to ignore meanwhile I wanted a napkin, gave me tea that didn't seem mixed right , and a 30 min wait for an appetizer, which was cheese ,beans,nachos.. people that arrived afterwards begin to get served oddly. Then she decides to serve me shrimp that was questionably defrozed in a microwave probably. Spineless. I wish I walked out but when I was going to she finally brought the nachos . But not worth$ 10

Food has always been great. We reserved the back room w a non refundable deposit of $75 which is ok, but the service was not good. We had the room from 11am to 2pm and asked that everyone be served at 11:30. Some people didn't get their food until 1pm. Some wanted more tacos or enchiladas and our guests got a little frustrated and just gave up on asking for food because they had to leave. If they knew ahead of time that we were expecting close to 40 people, then they should have been ready with plenty of food prepared. Please train the ladies up front receiving deposit or answering the phone, they don't know how many people fit in the back private room and were trying to tell us that they can sit anyone back there with us. We reserved and were charged for it to be private. Amazing food though, thank you.
The food was good as usual however, I wouldn't recommend getting the guacamole not worth the money nothing extra in it just avocados lime and salt. The most disappointing thing was the service, we were visiting from Missouri and chose to eat at Casita Lindas since we loved eating there when we lived in El Paso for years. However, since we were traveling we didn't want to have leftovers with no where to put them so we shared plates. The waitress was upset that we were sharing and barely talked to us after ordering and just tossed our food on the table without saying anything and in a rude manner. She had asked you're not ordering anything else. We almost left but we had been anticipating eating there since we started our 15 hour journey. She got a little nicer towards the end but her body language was still filled with annoyance and she just dropped the stuff off and left. Passed us the check without asking if we were ready etc. It was sad especially during these times to be treated that way by a place we used to frequent. With so many options of places we wanted to eat while visiting I feel we could have had a better experience with similar food elsewhere. The gorditas at the clock are similar and are picadillo style with beef, potatoes and onions. It's a good alternative option for a fried gorditas.
Very friendly service. Pricing is fair. However, coming from a typical Mexican family who gathers around food, I would have expected more. We ordered the Casita Linda Especial, burrito, and some sh…

I was shocked to see a male employee dip his hands into the tostada bin to fill a bowl; he should have used a spoon ladle like I witnessed a female staff do. Also, the portions were very small and don't think I'll return as this was the 2nd attempt to revisit the food. I recommend and will stick to Su Casa Restaurant on E. Yandell as this place is not worth the drive anymore. 🫤
