We had a blast. The prices were good and we had a lot of choices. We ate a lot and got plenty for our money. We don't live in town so it was nice to find a great place to eat.

1st visit since Covid, but a decades old favorite. It looks better than I remember it. Arrived at 1100 opening. Everything looked v clean (sanitized). Buffet tables were filled and ready. Sushi and Stir Fry stations finishing touches. Food quality up to snuff and table attendant / service much better than expected. No senior discounts. But v reasonable even so. I definitely will return and can easily recommend as one of area's best buffets.

buffet was actually pretty good except that they charge for kids 2 years old and ver have i even know of a restaurant that charges for kids 3 and under.

Great variety, a lot of shrimps dishes, ice cream, cookies, fruit, soups (3 types); The bad is: The Pepsi taste like generic cola and served in a reusable plastic cups, better buy an original bottle from the fridge at the side of the register before pay; The cost is $16 adult plus the drink $3; Another big bad issue is some food is cold, don't eat it.

Food is nit that great anymore like a few years ago. The restaurant is filthy. Restroom are nasty!! The servers are not friendly and they expect a tip.

Decent presentation. A lot to look at. Taste and seasoning....less to be desired. A lot of of the food was lacking that oomph factor. Because it is bulk cooking, there's was a lack of salt, pepper, and even sugar. The staff is courteous, but for saying that there's a military discount, they never offered one. For the past couple of times I came the server took over 20 minutes to ask me what I wanted to drink and to give me silverware. The food is good and for the most part it does stay warm enough to eat by the time I get to it. Eat at your own risk it’s 50/50 with customer service but the food compensates for the lack of customer service

Ask for senior discount! Service is friendly and attentive. Parking is plenty. Why is rated 2.4 stars? Although there are varieties of food items, they don’t help increase appetite or improve interest in eating: some are greasy, or salty, or in black or dark brown colors (most deep fried or stewed meat items are in black or brown black. The broccoli florets are in brown and burned.) The rice of sushi rolls is mushy. The food is overcooked or recooked.

The people that work here don’t know anything about customer service that’s for sure! They have issues with active listening and messed up the way they charged me and forgot to give me one of my drinks and showed no type of professionalism in making it right, nor no apology was given. They’ve lost a longtime customer. We will never come to this place again!

Because we were a large group paying separately, the cashier misunderstood and didn't charge for one child buffet which later caused, during us eating our food, the Manger, a Cynthia something, to approached us in a very unprofessional and condescending way in front of other guests stating how we didn't pay for a buffet. If you are seeking to contract a gastrointestinal illness, I strongly advise against dining at this establishment. During my recent visit, my family and I contracted Norovirus. The shrimp served was undercooked, resulting in a chewy and slimy texture. Consequently, I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.

Just want to say, whatever you can do. Avoid this place. I’m visiting ELP and wanted to eat something different that wasn’t Mexican food. I came here and I left after just one plate that I didn’t even eat completely. I paid $22, when I got sat this waiter approached me and asked me what I wanted to drink and I asked for an orange soda, he came off as if he was giving me attitude and proceeded with an odd face to tell me with an attitude the drinks they only had, I asked for pepsi and it tasted like diet pepsi or their machine is not properly clean. The place does not look very hygienic. The food does not look good. I was better off going and getting fast food for what they serve here. I left with a stomachache I don’t know if from the soda or the food.

Used to love this place but after today not so much. My server offered to refill my drink but she put my glass under her armpit so im gross out. She picked up my glass decided to stop at another table for dirty dishes, my glass was completely against her shirt and then she tucked it under her armpit. I don't think she realizes how disgusting that is. Im sad 😔

Well where to start... 2 adult with water is about $35. As most people say the foods cold or stale but the hibachi grill would be the way to go. Of you have children or there happens to be a mess you get an entire staff talking shit in a different language. They seem to forget Google translate exist. There were some choice words that any worker would be written up for or fired extremely unprofessional. I recommend if you bring kids with you to toss a translator on the table and see what happens. On that note the bathrooms were not in good shape and it's not even safe let alone sanitary blood on the floor? Pee on the walls? Just tossed bleach on it and some perfumes? OSHA would have a field day. To top off the whole experience as I set my plate down I noticed a nice little visitor on my table, a German cockroach 🪳 now those who have done some research know they are extremely bothersome pest and they spread like wildfire. So I would suggest checking out you're cloths and start stomping you're shoes out hard while walking out because all it takes is one egg to start an infestation. All that said this use to be my favorite buffet and to see it has fallen so far is just sad. I suggest the staffing get training in customer service and learn to separate their feelings from the duties of the job. That being said I will be posting a picture of the bathroom to remind them and others that restaurant cleanliness is a priority. If they won't clean the restrooms what else are they neglecting?
