Our experience at Outback was excellent because of our server Elizabeth. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, handled everything quickly, and kept a positive, friendly attitude. Employees like this make customers want to come back.
Excellent food and even better service. Our server Elizabeth was very attentive and friendly to our entire table. Our food was delivered in a timely manner with a great attitude
I was genuinely impressed with the quality and taste of my steak, it was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The service made the experience even better; Scout was outstanding, attentive, and made sure everything was spot on from start to finish. Because of the food and service, I’ll definitely be revisiting while I remain in El Paso. Without a doubt, this is the best Outback Steakhouse I’ve eaten at in my lifetime.
Definitely coming back! My steak (ordered a medium cooked 6oz center cut) was cooked perfectly. Food was 10/10 and service was even better!
The customer service is incredible, it is a very clean, beautiful, cozy place to eat. I am incredibly impressed and honored to have been helped by the restaurant owner here as well, he was helping to take and serve curbside orders and it makes me want to keep coming back to support such an awesome team and establishment! Thank you!
Outstanding Experience at Outback Steakhouse! My husband and I were traveling through headed to San Diego, California and we decided to stop at Outback Steakhouse in El Paso, Texas right off of I-10 W. interstate. We had an absolutely amazing experience at Outback Steakhouse! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. The manager kindly seated us and explain they were short staffed. It may be a little bit slower service than normal. Our server, Juan, went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and incredibly quick without ever making us feel rushed. He was so funny and made us laugh a lot, which was a nice change. The manager also took a moment to check in on our table, which truly showed how much they care about their guests’ dining experience. This is my part of the best outback steakhouse we’ve eaten at over the last 15 years. The food was nothing short of fantastic. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. You could tell the kitchen put real care into every dish. The timing was perfect too—quick service without compromising quality. And that’s with them being in short staffed. We left extremely satisfied and impressed. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable! We’ll definitely be back when traveling through El Paso, Texas! We highly recommend this Outback Steakhouse 🍽️👏
My first time here so I was super skeptical since I’m not a big steak person but everything was A1 I loved the potato soup and the salmon , the battered shrimp was a bit salty for my pallet but everything else’s was seasoned perfectly , my family loved the steak and veggies with Mac and cheese ! Juan was an amazing waiter very attentive & helpful during ordering and through our stay here ! We appreciate it will be back soon 💕
Went tonight for my 14th wedding anniversary. My husband had never been here before, and he left saying it's his new favorite place. The food was amazing and hot. Our waiter Abraham was the best! We both had never been treated so nicely and like family at a restaurant before. We will definitely be coming back.
I came in on Saturday night at about an hour and a half before closing. The service was great, and my ribeye was cooked to perfection. The televisions had multiple football games on as well.

I worked at an Outback Steakhouse in my youth so I try to visit when I'm around a new one just for the nostalgia. I've ceased to be surprised when I find they have barely dropped in quality since my …
Good laid back spot with good prices family friendly. Definitely recommend the bloomin burger!
The sirloin steak was a little dry but still had good taste. It was a very busy evening due to Father's day coming up so things were a little slower than usual, hence I'm giving them credit for trying. The Wedge salad was very good, one of my favorite dishes. The blooming onion also hit the spot.
We were brave and decided to go on Valentine's Day, our wait time... About 15 mins. On the drive to the restaurant, I called ahead so that we could be added to the waiting list, the hostess had informed us that the estimated wait time, would be around an hour. There was no way, I was going to sit there for an hour and wait to be seated, no way. The drive was about 20 minutes, which I thought would be sufficient amount of time, and would promptly get seated, but that was not the case. We patiently waited for 10 minutes, but felt like 30. Of course I was being nosey and looking for that next available spot. I noticed there was space at the bar (which I had requested at the time of the phone call) but the 3 young host & hostess were clueless, so I had to approach the desk and basically seat myself. Other than the rocky start, the rest of our evening was pleasant. We ordered the Stuffed Mushrooms, an Aussie Burger and I got the Coconut Shrimp, the food was good. For our drinks, Paul ordered the Blonde Ale (Tall) while I ordered the Boomarita. Yes that's what it's called. It's an actual boomerang with cut outs for 4 Mini Flavored Margaritas. I believe it was, Blueberry, Tequila, Lemon & Watermelon, those are tasty and would highly recommend them. Makes a statement at your table, another perk available at the bar, were these wooden plate extenders. The boards fit perfectly on the bump of bar, bringing your food closer to you. The service was ok, the bartenders were better. The place is nice and clean with a good ambient. If you ever get a chance to visit The Outback, you must try it for yourself.

I’m disappointed again the last two times I come here, they are running out of prime rib, they should just take it off the menu. Or offer it on a particular day, but don’t advertise it on their menu and then they never have it. Update: was there on 03/01/26, ordered Prim rib, they were out again, they say the third time and your out. I will not be going back...Will go across the street and give up on prime rib, took 20 minutes to get water, the blooming onion was hacked with a hatchet and over fried. Good luck with staying open, the quality of your food is horrible, it has gone far down from what it once was.
Don't know what was going on but the moment we walked in the staff seemed to be in a mood. From the male hostess to our server Juan, the experience was a bit awkward. Our server was a bit sarcastic when asking questions about the menu. The only good customer service providing server was the young man with the ponytail. The food was a bit underwhelming but I must say they do know how to cook a steak. The portions however are a bit small. We might return but only if the cravings surface.
Food was alright, can’t said was great, ribs look like was boiled and put bbq sauce on top, house steak potatoes very small, steak and ribs portions way smaller for price what I pay. Appetizers plate was dirty, have to ask for replacement. Waitress not give 2 of us much attention at all, have to wait for simple sweet tea refill more then 15 min, also he forget bring utensils with napkins, I have to asking another waitress for refill and utensils. Food presentation on plate was sloppy too! Waitress burly cheek on us. I pay more $90 for 2 people food, and get just disappointment in this restaurant. Will not recommend go to this place on 11875 Gateway Blvd W, El Paso, TX 79936
Definitely had better. First drinks took about 10 minutes. 1 beer and 1 mixed drink. Blue lavender mixed drink for 7$ is not worth it, didn't taste any alcohol. $5 for a large beer was a steal and best value. Ordered Nashville wings for appetizer since it is a dry rub they were better than I expected. Ordered drovers ribs and chicken meal and both ribs and chicken were Luke warm almost cold. Fries were my side, besg thing i had ate all night. Chicken and steak were definitely not hot. The 8oz sirloin and shrimp special the steak was hard to cut (not tender at all) and was very cold. Server was slow at bringing utensils (silverware). I gave 3 stars for slow service and for food being Luke warm, almost cold. Don't think I'll go back to waste $80 not including tip. Way better food in El Paso for less $
The quality of the restaurant has been consistently subpar. We’ve had multiple occasions where the food is over cooked, tasteless, tastes frozen, and the portions are held back. For instance, they put a sprinkle of cheese on the Aussie cheese fries and they have almost no cheese on them. They got our order wrong and the bread was completely rock hard when we order takeout and said they would send us a gift card via email but never did. This restaurant had become worse than Applebees with a MUCH more expensive price tag. Sad to say our Outback days are over, don’t waste your money here. We have too many steak houses in El Paso to waste money like this here.

Food was mid, but they took forever to bring out the food and it wasn't even that busy. Also found a hair in the salad and my cup of water had stuff in it.
Food was horrible, had to get the steak cooked twice because it wasn't what we ordered, grilled shrimp was probably the worst thing I've ever tasted, horrible experience

The steak, while being tender, was also remarkably dry for some reason. The fries I had asked for tasted like some one dropped salt all over them, and the waiter kept forgetting to get me my drink till the very end of the meal when we were about to leave. I had expressed my negative experience to the waiter and they made no effort to make it right, which is okay since I don't really expect anything when I do, but it goes to show how little management and staff thought of my negative experience. All in all, I would not be willing to recommend anyone here since the plates are expensive, especially in a place where customer service isn't a priority.
I went to Outback Steakhouse around lunchtime the other day. It had been a while since my last visit, and based on what I remembered, I expected it to be good. I should’ve listened to my instincts when I pulled into the parking lot and noticed how dead it was for lunchtime. I went in anyway, but my booth was dirty, which was already a bad start. The food was below average everything tasted cheap and nothing stood out. The service was okay, but nothing memorable or impressive either. As I was leaving, all I could think was what a waste of money. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
