While your order is being delivered, you can enjoy the TV programming, while the waitresses bring your order and the toppings you need to your table. It has daily promotions and specials (the daily rolls are ready in no time).

There was already food at Sushigada, but not at this branch. TERRIBLE SERVICE. We found a hair in the sushi, and the lady just said, "What do I do? Should I exchange it or something?" Personally, I didn't like the service. They denied us a payment method just because and overcharged us. I don't recommend going to this branch! 👎 If I could, I'd give it a 0 for service and atmosphere.

I'm giving it one star, but I feel like they don't even deserve that. This is the first and last time I'll buy from this location. The person who works there is incredibly rude. I've been to other locations, and this is the only one where I've had problems. Their customer service is awful. They tried to charge me 40 pesos extra for a salsa—literally, their jars only hold a spoonful of salsa. And when I tried to complain, her response was, "I can't cancel it." I got so angry that the delivery driver spoke to her, and she told me not to pay it at all, as a last resort. But I think it's terrible that people with that attitude are working in customer service. That's why I've decided never to buy from this location again. I know 40 pesos isn't much, but someone with that attitude doesn't deserve even a single peso more.

Terrible customer service! We were served by an elderly woman with glasses; when we asked for something, her response was exactly this: "WHAT are you going to order? We're about to close." She spoke in a condescending tone. I believe that if you choose a job where treating people with courtesy is essential, you don't respond this way, and even worse if you were the owner of the establishment. I will never return!

My experience was horrible! Everyone came home feeling exhausted. Just an hour after finishing eating, I got a stomach ache and felt like throwing up. The pain continued the next day. I had vomiting and diarrhea. A family member also got a headache after finishing eating. Another family member's food tasted horrible—in short, terrible.

We had been frequent customers since last year and hadn't had any problems until this last time we went; we ordered two Buchi Balls and they had absolutely NO avocado 😦 and instead of cream cheese they used sour cream. Disappointing! If they don't have the ingredients, at least let us know so we can change the order 👎👎. We won't be back. I don't recommend it 😧😡😠👎 (see attached photo as evidence)
