This CDM location is very very small. I’ve been a few times and usually there is only one employee working. If you go, have patience, if you’re waiting because these employees are very accommodating and will get your sandwich/order correct and they make them really well. This is not the best for dining in. Its super small

My wife and I had a wonderful experience last Sunday at Subway #23727 on Pacific Coast Highway in Corona Del Mar, all thanks to Alireza! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and made sure our order was made just the way we wanted. You could tell he really takes pride in what he does — everything was fresh, clean, and prepared with care. It's rare to come across such exceptional customer service at a fast-food spot, but Alireza truly made our visit feel special. Thank you, Alireza, for your kindness and for going the extra mile. We’ll definitely be back!

Connie was great even though the owners had her alone on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. She was filling online orders and walk-in client's at same time Personally she should be getting double pay but seriously needs help.

It was a good sub but they tried to charge me full price for the sub when it was a $5 promotion. They're kind of deceitful about it because they knew about the promotion but they're just trying to get more money from somebody that didn't know about the special pricing. They had a little attitude because they kind of got caught

Well, be aware of getting less stuff such as chess ok n your subs, especially order for kids, I ordered 2 meatball subs but they put less chess on it, maybe they think kids don't eat much so they want to save food. BTY, you still pay same price with less food.... That's what you get...

There is a lady working Sunday morning that I can’t imagine has had any training making sandwiches. She doesn’t know how to make the wraps, we ask her for stuff and she was putting other stuff on the sandwich and when we corrected her she’d take it off the sandwich and throw it right back in the pile. The sandwiches are wrapped as if she was just crumpling paper and they were falling apart. I try to ignore attitudes but after seeing what was in our bags she just did not give a crap.

Showed up at 6:54, door open, lights on, condiment trays open. No person to be found. Man walks in from parking lot, yells “It’s closed!” super rudely. I asked “what?” because I didn’t quite understand. The man yelled back, “it’s mine and it’s closed!” Super aggressive interaction. Do not recommend this establishment or supporting someone with such negative customer service skills.

We were in this store on Saturday September 25th, 2021 at around 6:40 pm. The gentleman that helped us was one of the nastiest human beings I have ever seen ! Completely unsuited to be working with the public in my opinion. I wouldn't want him working for my business. He will hurt this store's customer base and reviews for sure. The food however was fine so I don't blame ownership for his obvious lack of manners...

This place is horrible! The kid that helped me, Courtney, was super rude, lacked effective customer service skills, and was rushing me with my order. The pipes above me were leaking on me. When I told Courtney she just said we already know about that instead of apologizing. To top it off, the fresh drinks were all empty. I asked the other kid that worked there and he just said, he knew and directed me to get a bottled drink. This place was a joke! I will not be giving them my business in the future.

The owner needs to check the equipment. One table outside is broken I put my meal to eat and everything fell in the ground. I tell the person at the registers and she said just use another table I pass agains last week and the table was the same no taking care...

This is horrible big cheat Subway, i order one foot tuna, the lady was doing other sandwiches ahead of mine so fast cheating everyone in the meat quantities she should put in the sandwiches. when my turn come she put 3 scoops of tuna where she was suppose to put 4 scoops, i quickly remained her that you should put 4 not three, she said ohh sorry, even my sandwich bread was pealling of the sandwich indications of old bread served to customers. Very unfriendly people, bathroom are dirty and not clean too... based on my experience with this Restaurant, i don't recommend eating there, this people are big cheat and not friendly....don't waste your money in this terrible place.
