I've been going to this adalbertacos since I was in high-school some 10 years ago. The burritos still taste as good as they used to back then. The resturant is a small building located next to the weiner resturant ( I can't spell it lol) it definitely could use some major remodeling and improvements but the service valances it out. It's always an old man who cooks, and another man who serves. I get a burrito here every so often. They are a really good size for about 11 bucks. UPDATE as of 12/15/23 I decided to not get a burrito and got the rolled tacosbwith guacamole, cheese, and their spicy sauce. It was the nastiest thing I ever ate. The rolled tacos were over cooked, hard and flavorless. The sauce taste like water and it just shook me to the core. It didn't even seem like they tried. I'm really dissapointed. Stick to their burritos if you want something good. I have this ick to where you serve me one plate of hireible food and I no longer want to support you. That's just me.
I have been a regular since the 80's when they first opened! Addicted to their Shredded Pork Taco Salads & Super Nachos. Love their Chimichangas too! Great customer service. Good prices. Nice selection of menu items. 🌮🥑🥗🌯🌶🤠👌
The food is good. The service is GREAT! Thank you!! My only concern: although I arrived a few minutes ahead of my scheduled pick-up arrival, the order was lukewarm, and, most likely prepared too far in advance of the scheduled time. That would be fine were we dining in, but not so great when picking up.
I ordered the combination plate with the two burritos (total came to $13.65). It was a lot of food for one person for sure. The food was pretty good! Rice and beans were good. The burritos had cooked bell peppers and onions, and tasted good! **warning: the burritos were really HOT, so be mindful when biting into them** In terms of the atmosphere, it is what it is. I'm assuming that more people tend to either order ahead (Door Dash, drive-thru, etc) than eat inside. Service was in a timely manner :)
Delivery is faster AND cheaper when you order delivery straight from the restaurant. Foods good no matter what you order.
Am a dasher and I don't mind coming here, but it's just most of the time I have to wait a bit for the food to be prepared. So don't come here expecting the food to always be ready for pickup as most of the time, it is still being prepared. But was not much of an issue as doesn't get too crowded here so didn't mind the wait and they were very friendly. One thing is the area they are in, does have a bit of pot holes that need to be fixed so hopefully the city gets on that eventually. Received the food, nice and hot and customer was satisfied as well 👌 😊

The food was pretty mid. The fish tacos i ordered were pretty basic and there was so much Pico de gallo that I could barely taste the fish. Kind of ironic since the fish had more batter on it than there was actual fish. The super burrito was pretty good.
Ordered via delivery. I ordered 2 burritos, one super burrito and the other vegetarian, as well as chips and salsa and an horchata. The horchata was great and portion sizes were huge! The burritos were pretty good and lived up to advertising. However, I am taking off a star because they mislabeled the burritos, giving the vegetarian burrito to the wrong person. I also thought it was strange that the salsa came in small condiment packets.
This place has pretty good late night food, but the worst excuse for "guacamole" that I have ever personally encountered. It looks like Sour cream mixed with avocado powder. An affront to latinos everywhere, my abuelitos were rolling over in their graves.
I went here at 1:45am on my lunch break for a taco salad no pico and no guac. I asked can I just get extra sour cream instead of the guac he says yes. I get back to work I check my food and receipt and I was charged 1.40 for the sour cream even though I said instead of the guac. Then to top it off there’s no lettuce on my taco salad, what’s a taco salad when it’s missing lettuce? I called 5xs no answer even though they are 24hrs to let them know my problem. The shell is old and burnt
Place is very small and definitely needed some renovations. Ceiling look like it's falling in or something. We were the only customers in the restaurant. I'm from the midwest and we have some really good authentic tacos places and I was excited about eating some in California. This place was a big let down. The asada tacos were very plain. Tasted like plain, unseasoned ground beef. I thought the gal taking my order understood me when I wanted a taco, but when my order came out, it was a burrito.
Nasty old guacamole. Clearly asked for beans guy gave me rice. worst torta I've ever had go somewhere else people
This place used to be my favorite. I’ve been going here for years… but the last year or so, they have gone from big good burritos to about 1/4 the size and it’s not worth it anymore.
The chicken tacos are absolutely terrible. I will never order them again.
I ordered food the food was not what I order I had my receipt and got back into line and he said he wouldn’t fix my order or refund me will never come back
HORRIBLE. Order two carnes asada fries for $15+ which was just half tray, guess I’m feeding a kid with it.. WITH ground beef! And cooked badly. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE TAKING OFF. DEFINITELY NOT a friendly place.. idc if you’re not friendly but just don’t give me the look like you have a problem with me. Never again to this place.
Food was good but , I was over charged and it didn’t recon on me until this morning . I didn’t get a re receipt but I got one breakfast burrito & a supper chicken burrito. I was charged 38.75 too much money! Be aware of this scam they are pulling late night
$4 for each taco and this is what you guys serve? Wrong meat and a mess like this? This place is good when the old guys are working. Trash when the younger guys are there
