Absolutely phenomenal! The service at this Hawaiian restaurant was impeccable, with the staff displaying genuine warmth and hospitality. The food was a gastronomic adventure, offering a wide array of mouthwatering Hawaiian delicacies that left us craving for more. My husband and I were visiting family here.. Had to come back here because we don't have this in Georgia. The food is still amazing!! The portions are still plentiful! I miss this place the most since moving to Georgia...will definitely continue to come here whenever we come to town

It was ok. The customer service is fast and friendly. I was greeted immediately, but not rushed to order. The lobby was clean and well stocked. However, this was not the best L&L food that I've had. I ordered the kailua pork and cabbage and a spam musubi. I immediately noticed that the food had a darker color than I was used to it having. Upon eating, I discovered the food tasted like teriyaki or sooner other sauce. I did not care for the taste. It was different than the I kailua pork that I've ordered on Mack Road or Florin Road.

The food here is amazing, the Katsu always has the right crisp. However I have an issue with the bathrooms. The bathroom is really dirty, the water in the toilet was brown and filled to the top. It’s as if the workers don’t care at all about the bathroom here. It made me lose my appetite a little, but that’s my only concern. I also dislike how service can be slow sometimes but it’s not a major problem.

This location lacks flavor! And the grease they fry in taste old. But the portion sizes are great. Spent $30 for a family of 3, everyone at 3+ more time off the food. So thats why they get a 4

The food here is amazing, the Katsu always has the right crisp. However I have an issue with the bathrooms. The bathroom is really dirty, the water in the toilet was brown and filled to the top. Per owner request, I will elaborate. On the first picture last year I took a picture of the food and receipt stated (well done). As you can see the chicken on the first picture was not well done. The second and the third picture was the food I ordered last night. On the phone I told my wife to say crispy and not well done so that hopefully the chicken willl be well done. Before I got the food from the employee I said crispy right? I didn’t get an answer. I stepped back and opened the container and as you can see, the food was not well done or crispy. Before leaving the restaurant, I looked over the counter and told the employee that the food was not crispy. If you want good L and L, go to the one at Greenhaven Florin road. The drive is far but the food taste better and the employees know difference between regular, well done and crispy.

They used to have a large styrofoam container for a regular order like 10” now it shrank to 8”, before their cabbage was overflowing from the box, now you have to dig in to the bottom of the box to find a very small portion. The rice, wow the rice, from a big 6# scoop to 4# scoop. The serving of Macaroni salad also decreased. This is after they raised the price of all of their items after CoVid and it steadily kept increasing while the portion of the sides and to go box are decreasing. However, two items remained unchanged: the portion of the protein and the taste of the food is still awesome. I am mildly disappointed.

They need to update their service schedule, with 20 minutes to 9pm, they told us it was already closed, I drove 15 to get to the place so that they would not attend me.

Definitely last time using this place. Placed order 4 days ago for a specific pickup date and time. Received a call 15 minutes before pickup saying they were busy and my order would be delayed 45 minutes. Are you kidding me? I ordered 4 days ago for a reason. Then fast forward to pickup after I told them 3 times that someone else was picking up and gave name of person when they got there they said they didn’t have an order for me. When I tried to call they had phone on do not disturb so it didn’t and wouldn’t go through. Unbelievably the worse experience ever. Never again will I go through this. Too many choices to have to deal with this again. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else.
