Great location, staff is always nice but the sandwichs have been lacking lately I dont know if its just me or if its because they were forced to change things because of their recent change inparent company.

Lettuce was obviously turning brown. Bread was so old and dried out that it crumbled in my hands as I was eating the sub. The counter worker was friendly enough but should have changed out the lettuce and thrown away the stale bread.

Store 4522-0 at 4:30 pm the young man making my sub was not wearing a visor or a hat for one thing. Then while I was eating the same guy behind the counter was Vaping next to the register. Food was good

Normally, this location is better than this. But tonight the young lady at the counter immediately stated that she had to do an online order before taking care of us. We waited, all the while the other guy working felt it was more important to fill the soda machine with ice several times rather than offer to help. Fifteen minutes later, she was still working on the online order...slowly. So we left.

Not sure why they use old stale bread,there was nobody inside but why use more than day old bread for a twelve dollar sub disgisting this was at subway union center highway at around 1:45 pm on february 14th 2026 thanks for the disgusting sub roll ruined the meal but then he knew with his deliberate unprofessional demeaner.

I ordered online last night and went to pick my food up and the store was closed. Someone had put a sign up saying we had to close. I have been trying to call the store today to get my money back and the phone doesn't ring. So they literally stole my money. I am out $25 for food I never got. This is really frustrating and I will NEVER go there again.

Terrible. Went here a while back and the girl behind the counter had a terrible attitude problem. Today decided to give it another try. Slow as dirt and as the guy was rolling my wrap right in front of me it fell apart. He just shoved it in the wrapper and in the bag. I said "wow that thing is gonna be messy to eat" he ignored me. I work in food service and wraps split open sometimes, it happens, but u grab a new wrap and fix it. Won't be going back here again.

Paid over $9 for a salad that barely was filled half way, and the staff had some sort of attitude. 11/14/24 served by 6921 Old enough to have a better work ethic.

Terrible. The rolls i had toasted were burnt, and i ordered two other toasted, and they weren't they were cold. The blend of the food is no good, i had regular everything and more spinach leaves and they put way too many purple onions. I ordered two bottled drinks and they were not there and neither were the chips i ordered. I spent over 30 dollars for 4 people and granted the price was ok but the food was not. I would rather spend extra money on gas.

Ive seen where other people have had issues with female staff being rude here as well. No one wears name tags to be able to turn them in. The young men that work here though... A+++ very great service. Went as far as to carry the bag out to the car for my handicapped grandmother.

I used to go to this restaurant all the time, but over the last 5 years, the staff is not only rude and screws up orders all the time, they cuss and yell at customers that are simply trying to get their orders they way they ordered it. Saw one woman tell one dude "there's no guarantee in life" after he brought a sub back that even she saw didn't match his receipt. After I saw that I walked directly out. Haven't been back since.
