Se siente como viajar en el tiempo. Al cruzar la puerta te transportas a otra época, revives la forma en que tus abuelos salían a beber un whisky o una cerveza. Aunque es difícil encontrar asientos y el nivel de ruido es alto, vale la pena vivir esta experiencia única de una auténtica cantina que sigue en pie desde finales de 1800 😳

Toda una experiencia. Regreso a Hussongs después de 40 años. Sigue igual. Gente divertida con buenas cervezas. Obligada cuando estás en Ensenada.

Esta es una gran cantina que se tiene que conocer cuando visitas Ensenada, la música en vivo es un clásico y los músicos pueden tocar el estilo que les pidas, siempre hay un gran ambiente y muchas personas, cada que voy a Ensenada voy a esta cantina por el gran ambiente que se tiene.

Todo excelente en este mega clásico lugar Ensenadense, favorito de los locales, conocido y visitado por muchos famosos, donde te encuentras con conocidos de la infancia y se han reunido hasta 4 generaciones en algún momento especial o dia festivo, más de 130 años siendo la cantina mas visitado por muchos.

Muy divertido y con buen haciéndote. Hay variedad de bebidas. Me gusta el concepto de cantina con rocola. Derrepente andan por ahi los mariachis y nada mejor que pedir una canción en vivo. El dia que fui no tenian pago can tarjeta algo que debería haber para estos tiempos ya que es preferible ese medio de pago. Solo pago en efectivo y se paga en cada roda de bebidas. Dentro de lo demás un muy bien lugar para ir a tomar unos tragos y pasarla muy bien. Por cierto una de las cantinas mas viajas con una gran historia.

Pasamos de rapido a tomar unas bebidas, un lugar muy a gusto para echar un par de bebidas y botanas. Las medidas de las bebidas preparadas un poco pequeñas a mi gusto, pero muy ricas. La cerveza de la casa recomendada.

Exelente lugar para oír Mariachi y Música acompañado de cerveza de su preferencia o bebidas muy recomendado puede comer cacahuates hay a la venta por bolsas de medio kilo y lo tradicional que se tiran las cáscaras al piso ! Está cantina es un icono es Ensenada, conserva su toque antiguo. Sin embargo, suele estar saturada, los meseros muy groseros. Vale la pena ir aunque puede no ser la mejor experiencia.

Muchas tradición en este lugar desde 1886, pero está llenísimo. Solo entramos por una cerveza para conocer y ya.

Cantina tradicional, imperdible. Pero demasiada gente, si vas en hora pico (tipo viernes, sábado o domingo normal noche) tendrás que estar de pie. De todas formas hay que ir a conocerla. Su ambiente de auténtica cantina

Emblemático de Ensenada, con ambiente 100% de cantina local un imperdible si vienes de fuera. Los precios son mas altos que los normales pero si vale la experiencia. Aseguran ser los creadores de la margarita pero su sabor no me encanto y mi corazon frontera norte me hace decirles que en cd. Juarez es donde se originó la margarita 🤭 pero en general buen lugar.

La cantina Hussong’s es un lugar con mucha historia que se encuentra en ensenada, Baja California. No es lugar lujoso, pero sí auténtico. Es ideal para quienes buscan historia, música en una atmósfera única como en del viejo oeste, donde puedes ver a los cantineros preparar las bebidas y a los meseros ocupar un lugar muy particular en la vieja barra de madera Es el tipo de lugar donde disfrutas de una buena bebida a muy buen precio, $120 la cubeta, el único detalle es que destapan todas juntas. La bolsa de cacachuates tiene un precio de $100 para cumplir con la tradición. La cantina cuanta con el permiso #002 la segunda licencia que fue otorgada para la venta de alcohol en ese estado y se convierte en un emblema. sin duda alguna un lugar lleno de historia que tienes que visitar en el hermoso puerto de ensenada

Un lugar emblemático, nunca falta el mariachi en vivo, una cantina tipo José Alfredo Jiménez, con un par de pantallas para ver deportes mientras disfrutas de la auténtica margarita o una cerveza bien helada, claro con sus típicos cacahuates cuya cáscara va directo al piso, sin remordimientos!!! 🤘😁

Recomendable para gente que gusta de música viva y trago. Hay karaoke. Es un lugar típico en Ensenada. no apto para quien va en plan tranquilo y plática.

Es una cantina muy tradicional en Ensenada, sin embargo, la variedad de botanas es muy limitada y se trata de frituras de paquete, si acaso preparadas con alguna salsa. La variedad de cervezas es adecuada, aunque los precios son más altos que el promedio en la ciudad. El ambiente lo pone la gente y es muy concurrido. Difícil conseguir mesa, Pero el ambiente es el mejor del rumbo.

The food was very good overall, perfectly seasoned and cooked. We ordered squid teriyaki and shrimp skewers, and everything was delicious. The only negative point was the spicy miso soup; it had a very thick, paste-like texture. The service and wait were appalling. We waited half an hour, and they served larger orders first. They were rude when we asked if our order was still pending. 3/5, I suggest going to another location.

They don't want to serve you chilies at the table, they want to charge extra because you didn't order to go 🙄🙄 Then after a while the chilies are spoiled due to chipping, they lack biodegradable containers, watch out!! But skinless chicken and they only charged for it without skin 🙄

In short: expensive, mediocre, and extremely disrespectful. Terrible customer service. I've been eating at this place for years, but from now on, I won't. Since they raised the prices so much (tare rice for $71 pesos when it used to be $40), I should have stopped going, but that's a whole other story. I called to order a teriyaki, salad, and tare rice. I decided that for the price, it would be better to order a minorus instead of rice, so I immediately called to request a change, which shouldn't be too complicated, logically speaking. Well, the girl who answered seemed new and poorly trained because she repeatedly refused to do it, saying she couldn't because she had already printed the receipt. I asked if she could ask someone else for help, and after a moment of silence, she curtly told me the new total and finished with, "Next time, think carefully about what you're going to order before you do." She didn't even wait for me to thank her for such excellent service and hung up on me while I was still on the phone. I know this girl is new because I recognize the voice of the person who used to help me, and I've never been treated like this before. It's ridiculous that they make you have such a bad time because of their employees' incompetence and lack of motivation.

Fui al lugar solo. La seguridad revisa como si estuvieras preso. Los meseros vi que se andaban picando las nalgas . Me senté en la barra y le dan preferencia a los gringos. La famosa margarita si estubo buena. Pero si hay mucho mejores. La cerveza de la casa es rica. Tiene gran sabor eso fue lo único bueno. El ambiente lo hacen las personas mismas. Son varios cantinero como 3 había el q me toco un asco de servicio. Si te gustan los cacahuetes, ahí se tiran al piso. No volvería a ir .

The worst part is that I'm new to the city and someone told me about this place. From the moment we arrived, the cashier frantically and swearily asked us what we were going to order. I ordered a mixed minorus. They called us about the order, so I went to get it, and everything seemed fine. When I tried to order chilies and that sort of thing, the cook angrily told me she had to serve it on my plate. When I tried to try it, the beef was cold, not that it was lukewarm, that it had cooled down a little or something, it was cold, a little freezing. I decided to politely ask the cook if she could heat it up for me because it was cold, and she simply replied that maybe because they had so many dishes, it had gotten cold and that she couldn't heat it up, that if I wanted, I could just ask the cashier. Already a little annoyed, I told the cashier that the cook had sent me to her, asking if she was going to heat up the food or why they sent me to her to resolve the issue. They gave the same excuses about everything being made fresh and maybe it was because of the sauce on top. They didn't resolve anything, as if I was asking them for a favor or not paying for the food. Overall, terrible service from the entire staff. Without a doubt, the worst place to eat.

Today, January 23, 2025, we placed a pickup order for three items. We paid for the orders, and while waiting, they rudely threw the boxes at us and gave us one small bag of seasoning for all three orders. When we asked for more, they rudely told us they were out. The food was dry with just a few drops of seasoning. Very disappointed. I loved it, I used to love it. I'll have to come back when they change the staff, or never again. 💔

I almost don't go to this branch because I've been served very rudely several times. In other branches, for two Minorus, they give you the accessories as is (each Minorus comes with a bag of chilies and another with carrots, but here if you order 2 Minorus, they only give you 2 bags, you ask for more and they get upset and want to charge you for them, they don't even want to give you sauce). Unlike here, the service is terrible, arrogant, the cashier is always very contemptuous (the one with glasses), and also those who prepare the food, they are really bad. I know it may seem exaggerated, I understand, but there have been several times in a row where they have only been bad experiences. This is my review as a diner. I hope they don't treat them badly.

"Well, I haven't eaten here in over 10 years, but the seasoning is still there... The rice... perfect 😊 The side dishes were good 😕 the carrots and chilies, not very fresh, but good 😕 But where they really went overboard was with the chicken. We always ordered it golden, but this time, they gave it to us burnt, and the flavor isn't the same, the chicken is bitter... and since it's only takeout, we didn't realize it until we got home and there were 3 teriyakis and 3 minorus... the bill wasn't bad at all. 😲😲😲" 👎👎👎 All of the above is in the past. I hope they've changed staff; that would justify the terrible service 😕😕 The photos speak for themselves.
