A very nice and quiet place during the week, located inside the shopping center. The coffee is good... a little pricey! The food is quite good, with a wide selection of sandwiches, pizzas, and cold dishes. There's also a cafeteria with a varied menu. They also make really good bread every morning (similar to pizza bread) at reasonable prices. They also serve ice cream.

A focaccia that looks a certain way on the counter, but when you open it to check the contents, you realize the filling is minimal. It can and must be improved!

Ci sono andato per necessità, mi servivano due panini al volo da portare via. Esperienza breve ma negativa: sbagliano l'ordinazione, mentre sono lì con lo scontrino passano e ti guardano o fanno altro senza servirti (cosa che odio) e non hanno nemmeno un sacchetto per mettere la roba da portare via. Non valuto il cibo perché non era per me e non l'ho provato

Service 0 sorry 😞 I asked for macchiatone they told me we can't do it, I kindly asked for macchiato coffee but in a large cup and I pay the difference in milk extra.. the answer 🤔 we can't do it 🫣

Unfortunately I give a 0 only because above I would have to cement myself by doing LIMBO, my dad offered me two coffees during the covid19 pandemic, the managers are really really really rude and arrogant as well as the director of Europe

€3.70 worth of coffee cream... the barista took it from a bag in the fridge... inedible!!! Sour taste, like pudding... we left it all! Shameful! But more!

Don't let the owner make coffee, especially not the owner.... Aside from being rude, she's incapable of making coffee.... Horrible in every way, not to mention the food... I don't understand how it's still open... Have a good life.

The place is dirty. On the pink skirting board, at table height, there's a small amount of dust and uncleaned food residue.

Unfortunately, I'm giving it 1 star because it's not possible to give it 0. It's 6 PM at night, the volume is high, with nonsensical disco music in an environment that's obviously not suitable for this type of music. We kindly asked them to lower/change the volume, but they told us the volume has always been this high, and it's not allowed. Shameful. Staff are not very empathetic.

Normally, ice cream can be served with hot chocolate on top. I asked for this service, but was told it wasn't possible, even though hot chocolate was available. Despite this inflexibility, the staff was friendly.
