I love Jamba Juice but I really love this location for the pleasant way I feel after I leave. The employees are so kind and a plus they always remember our favorites even made to order .
The smoothies are delicious 😃!
Although this place is always short-staffed and we have to wait due to that, I am giving this location a 5 because of their staff working on 9/22/2022 at 4:10pm. Angel and Gregor were working hard and doing their best even though they were bombarded with customers. They remained polite and should be recognized.
The service here was GREAT!!! WOW I came in late in the evening, and you know how it goes - usually whoever's working is tired and counting down till close. However not these ladies!!! They were very friendly and chipper and engaging. I was shocked. I looked at my watch to make sure I wasn't confused on what time it was. Who's smiling that late at night in a Thursday while working their shift??? I guess the ladies at Jamba Juice! I don't know their names but I wish I did so that I could shout them out. But it's Thursday June 13, 2019. So to management, if you're reading could you find out who they are and tell them I said thanks again please :) Oh and the smoothie and bowl that I ordered was exceptionally great too :)
Auburn did a fantastic job attending a full room by herself. I was very pleased with her service and hard work to attend the whole room. She is an amazing multi tasker. I hope her boss is reading this and recognizes her hard work employees like this are rare.
The gal who helped me was the only one working during my visit. She was very professional and was very calm despite how busy it got. I didn’t get her name… she’s tall with brunette hair.
Stopped by here on our way to SD. Fast service, clean place and great tasting drinks.
The guy who works there named Evan is really cool. He’s always super efficient, charismatic, and patient. Love this place, their personable staff, and their delicious smoothies 🙏
I couldn’t find my debit card. And came back 3 days later and they had it for me safely. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ They also make my smoothies perfect every time. Dani is the best!!!!

Good Jamba location. You can tell whether a Jamba Juice has a good culture based on whether they give you a little overflow cup with your smoothie when you get whey protein added. It’s not required by the employees and takes them an extra second. But when they do, it’s usually a sign they go the extra mile in other ways too. Props to the guy working today for going the extra mile.
Good smoothies, even better employees with fast & friendly service. Would definitely stop in again.

Been coming here since high school and still visit whenever I’m in town. I stopped by yesterday and noticed a team member, Allie (I think), monitoring the smoothies prepared and was adjusting them so they weren’t too runny. She did this for a few customers including myself. I was so impressed that I made sure to glance at her name tag so I could give her a shoutout! When giving me my drink, she apologized for the wait and encouraged me to taste it before I left to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I know how hard it is to give each customer attention when it’s busy, so I just wanted to give props to this employee!

Got an acai bowl. The acai was melted. The interior of the building looks like it's getting renovated. Service was exceptional compared to the last time I was there.
Love this Jamba. They know that me and my fiance always get a Peach Passion no matter if the weather is cold or raining and always start it as we walk in the door. Never had an issue ever.
Accessibility: there aren't any accessible/handicap parking spots near this building and no ramps to get onto the sidewalk. Not a great set up. The doors to enter are two pull doors. There is no seating inside or outside, it is all to-go. Only two staff in and one is in charge of both ordering and preparing orders. I ordered an açaí bowl, the strawberry is longer fresh. It was not fresh cut and I doubt if they are even from today. Had to pick them out and dump.

The smoothy was great but they are significantly intentionally understaffed. They had an employee working until lunch. They got so busy but due to "giving too many hours" to that employee - even when she offered to stay and help during the lunch rush, they weren't able. This cause myself and other customers to wait far longer than we should have. Great service. Obvious terrible management.

I ordered my drinks . paid for large and got a medium. they took way to long to serve 2 drinks. the guy making the smoothies was clumsy but the cashier was nice. wouldnt go back again.
The açaí bowl is not pleasant, I asked for no coconut & no honey and to my surprise, my bowl had coconut and honey. What if I was allergic? The açaí super antioxidant tastes extremely bitter and caused stomach/toilet problems. The worst part of it all, the employees. They gave my group of friends mean looks and took forever to take out order. They are getting paid to stand around (blonde girl, and brunette girl working on May 2nd, around 7-7:30).

Frozen smoothie in a paper cup NOT GOOD at all. I feel like their new paper cups are a total down fall. I have to chug it quick because the ice melts in less than 10 minutes it then becomes more watery and it loses the good taste of the juice. JAMBA please change your paper cups to plastic or something better than paper.

I’ve been going twice in the same week and I thought I was gonna wait to go a second time before to post a review but it’s been twice the same … employees are rude and just keep talking having their own conversation without paying attention to the customers lining up. The wait was really long and the place is a mess, absolutely not welcoming. This is a shame cause their bowls are great but for the price the service could be a bit nicer. They really don’t motivate you to leave them a tip but still asking for it !
I was just in the shop and not one of the three employees acknowledged the 3 customers waiting patiently to place their order. They probably stood for a good 5 minutes and no one said, "hi or we'll be right with you." Customers should feel welcomed, and unfortunately the employees did not represent that. They were simply just ignored!

Either the owner or manager has let the place go down hill. The chip reader does not work. The staff has to manually punch the Cc info into the computer. Super safe right, NOT! The menu board is malfunctioning and not turned on. Whats going on with this place Jamba Juice?

The employees are so not helpful . Poor attitude . I understand its a smoothie place and I know not everyone is in a good mood everyday but they have a job and thats something to be happy about . They have headphones on and just not even a smile .
2 works, one was on her phone doing nothing, it took us over 30 minutes to get 2 drinks. The drinks were watered down and tasteless and store was absolutely filthy!
Very disappointed by this place, can't order online, they don't even pick up their phone, I had surgury in my throat, all I can eat was a smoothie, I ordered 35 dollars worth, they wouldn't accept my 50 dollar bill because it was too large of a bill. Never will I spend a penny on this buisness again.
It took them ten whole minutes just to take my order because they messed up a previous transaction and there was only one lady in front of me. Then they gave two other groups their orders before mine? I only had one drink. ...Just really bad service .
Always busy and slow and they refused to use a buy one get one free card that was gifted to my kids and had no other offer as a replacement. Bad business all around!
Went in at 10 50 on a Saturday. My order was taken right away, it was just an Orange Juice. There were 2 orders in front if me, but people kept walking in... no problem. I waited 10 minutes. A third employee came in and took over one of the orders in front of me. To my dismay the lady after after who had a smoothie got served next. Still no Orange juice. People stopped coming in, the cashier went to help. He was told to prep the next smoothies for the 3 groups that came in after me. I'll never go back. Got a refund, which has more steps involved faster than my non existent jui
This Jamba Juice is horrible. I used to come here all the time and it was fine but the last 4 or 5 times I’ve come my drinks have been watery and have not tasted like how they should. I just came here today and I ordered two drinks. They made one of my drinks, made 6 other drinks taking aprox 10min, then made my other drink. When I made a comment about it taking so long between drinks and my first smoothie sitting there for 10+ minutes and the fact that they made my second smoothie in a blender that had not been rinsed out and had other smoothie in it, they basically told me they didn’t care and there wasn’t anything they could do about it. Why can’t you guys just make the drinks in order? Make one order at a time? RINSE YOUR BLENDERS!
Alex and the girl working with him thursday aug 29th gave me horrible customer service. The girl was flat out dismissive and rude and alex knocked on the door 3 times while i was taking a sht in a 5 minute period. The last time i exploded im taking a sht what do you need? When i got out my order wasn't ready but the two people that ordered after me already had their drinks. I stared at him while he BEGAN making my frink well over 10 minutes since placing the order. Horrible customer service. Wont be back
Every time I’ve been here the service has been awful and the employees are rude. I will keep my business at Super Fresh Food in Escondido and Boba Love in Miramar.
It's hard to beat Evervowl. But it's too far for 30 min work lunch. Almost same price for half the size that not even close to full. Too tangy and I hate tipping before tasting the food. Waste of $14 and lunch time.
I visited Jamba Juice this past Saturday morning, 8/7, and ordered a Smooth Talking Mango. This drink on the menu board is made with oatmilk. I have an auto immune disease and dairy can send me to the hospital or worse into anaphylaxis. This young clerk obviously needs additional training as she used cow's milk. I have been extremely sick, short of going to the hospital these past 3 days. Fortunately this ended in my only being extremely sick but will still be with me for the rest of the week.
Chip reader down. Other register doesn't work. Menu screens down they offered to let me input my credit card manually with code and zip.. yikes no thanks. No phone pay options. No online ordering supported anymore. Owner notified by employees multiple times. This place is sucking.
I’m usually a patient dude… but getting skipped twice and asking for a refund cuz I had to go and was told no cuz there was no manager…. Not acceptable of plus stayed waiting for the drink about 45 mins too :/
Went in to purchase smoothies for the road with my 84 yr old Mom. Asked to use restroom for Mom. They refused to allow an 84 year old with Alzheimer with incontinence issues to use bathroom. Shame on your employees. They said Covid-19 rules. If Starbucks next door and Target across the parking lot allow people to use their bathrooms, why not Jamba Juice. Shame on you! I will never go to your location ever again.
I really enjoy jamba juice but it's really disappointing when I cant use my $50 bill to pay for an order over $20 and I can't pay with my card because the system was down (been down for some time I think) I was also sad when I tried to order online and also called to put in an order an I failed both times. I just want my breakfast!
The women there are rude one girl smelled like the bottom of an ash tray. That not what one wants to smell while making an order. They need to drug test thier employees at thier Escondido store. They speak so disrespectful and are just a bunch of high school girls. So bad I tried going more than once but never again.

After all that still made me a sub par smoothie that didn’t look like my additional (2x ingredients were added) As I see other drinks filled to the top but not mine!
Very disappointed today with Jamba juice was so hungry can't have food because just I Just got a wisdom tooth taken out so all I could have is a smoothie forgot my wallet so all I had was a $100 bill and they wouldn't take it even if I bought three large smoothies they said they wouldn't take it because they don't take 100s money is money went to McDonald's bought a $2 mango pineapple smoothie and they took my 100 sad to see that a "high end" place like Jamba Juice can't take a 100 very disappointed

I use to love it at this specific Jamba Juice location. No matter where I was I would make it a point to come to this location. The past few months, however, I have had horrible experiences. They never completely fill my drink and when I ask for them to finish filling it or put it on the side so I can have what I paid for, their response is “sorry but you did not pay for the extras so I can not give them to you” as they then proceed to wash it down the drain. As if that is a better option. Today, I was in a rush but really wanted a bowl from Jamba Juice. I ordered through the app at 913. At the end of it, I was told my order should be ready by 925. I get to the store at 9:24 and am ignored as 3 employees walk by me several times, look up at me, and then walk away despite me walking closer and beginning to talk. At 9:27 someone finally asks me if I am picking up. When I respond yes and give my name.... she replies saying that they are working on the order. Neither of the bowls I had ordered had been completed. One bowl was almost done and the other had not even been begun. At 9:31 I look up and they are finally beginning to blend my bowl. At 9:35 I look up to them calling my name and my order is not even correct. I asked for a substitution on my bowl that I did not Recieve, and my order was 10 minutes late.
I ordered on the app, 3 large smoothies & it should be ready by 4:40pm. I arrived there @4:39pm. 4:45pm came and my order is still not ready. So that’s when came up to the counter & ask for my order. I said my order, & all the curly guy asked was “Are you a food delivery person?” To which I said “No”. But what was that supposed to mean? That it’s ok to forget about my order because its not for delivery? I then said what’s in my order, & that’s the only time they started it. So yes, they in fact forget to do my order. I left Jamba Juice Promenade around 4:51pm, & I wanted to let you all know that I missed an important appointment because of that 11minute delay. What bothered me the most about this experience is that I didn’t hear any simple apology. I don’t usually write reviews but this is very disappointing! When you caused an inconvenience to anyone, it’s common courtesy to take accountability. I guess manners is not taught in this particular branch.
