Previously, I only come here once a year to buy pies for Thanksgiving dinner. And when I was in college, their frozen dinners were my favorite. Today, I finally had my first dine in experience here and this is officially one of my favorite spot! When I first walked into to the dinning area, I was impressed with their classic decor. I'm sure they were the original furniture and they don't look cheesy. We ordered $40 for two person deal. For $40, we get to pick 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, and 2 slices of pie. And, their portions were HUGE (and tasty, of course)! It took a bit longer than usual for the waitress to take our order (I believe there were only two waiters at that time). Once we placed the order, food came out fast and hot. We had to pack more than half of our entrees and two uneaten pies togo.

Food is always consistently good. The environment is pleasant and friendly. The price point is reasonable.

It brought me a surprise that the food quality is tasty but a bit salty. The cornbread is warm and match with butter that definitely enhance the savory.

The bar at this location is spacious, with plenty of seating to watch Dodger games. When the Dodgers won game 6 of the World Series Friday night, tying the series, the bar erupted in cheers, with everyone high-fiving perfect strangers as if they were old friends. I can only imagine what it was like the next night, when the Dodgers took the title with that last spectacular double play! Throughout the evening, I was served food and drinks as soon as I wanted them, but there was no pressure to keep ordering things to justify taking up a seat for several hours.

I was craving a quality restaurant burger so I went for a "The works Frisco burger." It's still a great burger these days it's a meal and take half to go. Delicious yes, but they also bring some complimentary cornbread to you as well. That cornbread is amazing, warm with soft honey butter! The food was so tasty, service was quick and very friendly. Dinner for two with one drink and water came out to just over 30$. Hard to beat for everything you get.. Good place to watch sports if that's your thing too. Beware of those a long Island Ice Teas 🤪 Yes I will go back!

A very nice Marie callender's probably the last one in this area food is good The drinks are good and the atmosphere is very low key quiet and very relaxing come here if you want comfort food and some quiet time.

I started coming for St. Patrick's Day. Pretty cool you can get popcorn here. I'm a fan of their cornbread and butter, it's a good start for dinner. I got Beef Stroganoff and it was alright, quite a bit of sauce in the end. I tried the chicken pot pie (top right), it was pretty good. Top left is the limited time corned beef. Second photo is the Lemon meringue.

They have outside dining. I ordered take out. Food was ok. Pricey. I ordered the turkey dinner. Dry. I wish the vegetables had a little flavor to them. It was just literally steamed.. no salt, no butter, nothing. Alot of people came in for the pie sale.

The food was really delicious but the service was just ok and not friendly. Never got refills on any drinks (water, coffee, soft drinks). The tables were never cleared off as we finished meals or appetizers so the table was completely covered with empty plates. Passage aggressive signs covered a popcorn machine about not serving yourself popcorn saying something like “how many signs do we have to put up” with frowns scrawled on them. I get staff’s frustration but the signs are tacky and unprofessional but match the vibe of this place.

I got to admit, I have drove by this Marie Callenders for years on end, but have never gone in to try it. Finally tried it this past Sunday for dinner, food are good and in huge portions. The decor are a bit dated, but still have a 70s diner vibe to it. I'm sure if they remodel a bit, it will bring more people to this place

I get there when dining opens up to avoid the crowds. Sometimes I am seated in the bar location. The music is very loud for an old guy like me. I prefer the opposite side but they are usually under staff. The food is fair the staff seem under staff at times and service can take a while. The air conditioning has been down for a while and the fans blows dust and gives allergies. Will they ever fix the HVAC system? I no longer drive and walking distance for me so I have to suck it up.

$22 plus tax for fish and chips and they forgot the chips? When I complained the customer service rep yelled at me for messing up my order, got her manager and the manager condoned her behavior. Brought my order home and the fries were salted to the gods. I’m done giving this place a chance. If you want bad food, and even worse customer service, come here. You’ll be joyed. I ordered take out and one hour later I came home to less than mid food. I should’ve asked for a refund. Spending $50 and being treated poorly is definitely not on the top of my list of fave restaurants to go to
