One of our favorite spots to eat! Great food, great service!
Excellent everything especially the sea bass. Wonderful service. Fun family celebrating an 83 year old person. Lots of laughs and side glances.
A good pf chang's. Not crowded, neat and has a lot of parking nearby. Service is good, food is what you are waiting for PFC.
This is by far one of the best places to eat! The food was to die for!! BIG portions! The staff was very polite and friendly with great service. This place is pricey, though. Well worth it! We got 4 cocktails, a sushi platter, and two main entrees with a side for 120$. If you haven't been, this is a perfect date night option! Chang's spicy chicken plate is where it's at!
From the second we sat down, our server Matthew O made our day. He was so genuinely kind, attentive without being overbearing and went above and beyond (when he boxes up leftovers, he carefully packaged everything and even labeled the takeout boxes) Little details like that don’t go unnoticed! ⭐️ The food was unreal. We ordered the cucumber salad, chicken lettuce wraps, dynamite shrimp, spicy Chang’s chicken, pepper steak & longlife noodles and prawn and every single dish was bursting with flavor. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and came out hot. Between the amazing food and Matthew O’s outstanding service, this was one of those dining experiences that reminds you why PF Chang’s is a go to. He is setting the standard for what customer service should look like. We’ll absolutely be back and we’ll be asking for Matthew O every time!! 10/10 across the board!
I hardly give reviews but this one deserved it! Excellent food huge portion along with great service! We let my waiter know of my food allergy to help from cross contamination. He came back with printed pages of all ingredients when I didn't ask for that to let me know substitutes for my allergy with what I was trying order! I have never had above and beyond service like this anywhere else before highly recommend. Also i am handicapped and in a wheelchair they had so much space and made me feel welcome! The bathrooms were big enough for me to get in and out comfortably with my chair along with enough room to move through the isles! Definitely reccomend!
Our waiter was amazing. The food was delicious, and the speed of service was astonishing. We had the chefs feast. (Egg flour soup, lettuce wrap appetizer, sesame chicken and crispy honey chicken) We left with leftovers and full bellies. I just cannot rave enough!
It’s been 13+ years since I’ve been here. My expectations were met from then and now. My party and I were sat immediately. Our server was excellent and had a chill vibe energy. The food came out fresh, hot and crisp. We had a celebration of our birthdays so other customers in the restaurant sang happy birthday. Thank you for the great customer service from the staff and great food from the chefs. Thanks for being an amazing Grace.
Excellent lunch location, we managed to slip in after the lunch crowd had left and had a wonderful relaxing lunch. Delicious orange chicken, tempura green beans, egg drop soup and finished with delicious cheesecake! Oh and pomegranate lemonade to sip while we had a quiet visit.
I recently dined at P.F. Chang's in Eugene, and I have to say, this restaurant truly exceeded my expectations. The service here is absolutely top-notch—attentive, friendly, and consistently on point. You feel well taken care of from the moment you walk through the door. The food is nothing short of incredible. I highly recommend the gluten-free Street Noodles with shrimp and chicken—delicious doesn't even begin to cover it! The flavors are perfectly balanced, making it a dish you’ll want to come back for again and again. The drink menu is impressive as well, offering a variety of well-crafted options that pair perfectly with the meal. And if you have room for dessert, you’re in for a treat—they have some really great selections to satisfy your sweet tooth. On top of all this, the place looks stunning from the outside, making it a standout in the Eugene area. In my opinion, it's one of the best restaurants around. Whether you're local or just passing through, P.F. Chang's is a must-visit!
Best Chicken Lettuce Wraps in town!! We had great customer service! They have a gluten free menu for those with allergies. They also have vegetarian options! The Restaurant was clean and designed well for large and small groups. It is also very close to good shopping and bowling for a fun date night. The restrooms are also nice. Located in the back right side of the restaurant. I do wish they had it more clearly marked.
Visited this restaurant on MANY occasions, but today we had the best visit. It was all due to our waiter, Victor. If you visit and he's working, ask for a table in his area. Friendly, gracious, prompt, and everything you'd expect from a top-notch service provider.
Food was wonderful, as usual and the service was exceptional! Thank you Roxanne for taking such good care of us. It was a great way to celebrate our 35 Anniversary. The strawberry cucumber limeade is a must!!!!
Everything was great! We started with an appetizer of Crispy Green Beans which was plenty for the four of us. The girls split an order of Broccoli Beef and the guys each ate an entree. One Kung Pao Chicken and one Crispy Honey Chicken. No complaints!
Thanks to Britney at PF Chang Coburg our evening of Saturday 25th turned my entire mood around after a challenging time! She not only remembered us from a month ago and the fact that we had a couple of mishaps then, she made sure we got great service, great food in generous amounts, she made this family of 3, including 10 year old, laugh in a way we have not for the past couple of years. We had such a fun time and an enjoyable meal and felt so appreciated and at ease as customers. Britney deserves a raise for sure, a recognition at the least! We are now solid fans of this establishment and Britney is the reason! Thank you!
I've had food at P.F. Chang's several times now and it's always been a pleasant experience with decent food. Their egg drop soup is especially worth trying as it actually has a nuanced flavor unlike most other restaurants' attempts. Lots of seating, it's a pretty big place; and the service has always been nice as well. I can definitely recommend this place if you're looking for not-bad Chinese food. Besides their soup, the crispy honey chicken is very tasty and something I usually get when coming here along with their oolong tea.
I love this establishment, its great for lunch or for dinner. I'm always greeted like I'm family when I walk in the door. Has amazing waitresses that remember my order without me having to say what I want. The won ton soup is to die for. The woman who runs this PF Chang's is a powerhouse. 10/10 love this place. 😊
Came in on a Friday night and found a seat at the bar. Great server, amazing food and drinks. Will be back next time we are in Eugene.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Consistent, reliable, and reservation-friendly—P.F. Chang’s is a standout in Eugene-Springfield dining. I really appreciate the consistency of the food at P.F. Chang’s. Every time we visit, the quality is exactly what we expect—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. In a town where dining options can sometimes feel limited, it’s refreshing to have a place you can count on. One of the biggest bonuses? They take reservations. That might seem simple, but in the Eugene–Springfield area, it’s surprisingly rare. Being able to book a table easily online and know exactly when you’ll be seated makes planning a meal out so much easier—especially for groups or special occasions. We've always had friendly, professional service and a welcoming environment, with something on the menu for everyone. From appetizers to desserts, it’s always a great experience. If you're looking for a consistently good meal in a comfortable setting—P.F. Chang’s is a go-to.
The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Truly a great experience from start to finish—I'll definitely be back!"
Shawn and staff are amazing! Friendly, fast service, delicious meal. Shawn especially made our experience a solid 10/10!
Absolutely love P.F. CHANGS. Went for dinner with my BFF who was up here on vacation. I had the lettuce wraps and egg drop soup and she had crab wonton and egg drop soup. At in the bar, Sean I think was his name was our server. Nice guy and great server.
I entered the establishment is a a foul mood due to some other topic, but when I left I felt much better! Thanks to the host and a server that did a fantastic job at service, good food, and generally being good humans! <3. Again, thank you!
We dine at P.F. Chang’s every Christmas Eve as a family tradition, and this year truly stood out in the best possible way. Despite several unexpected curveballs, including a medical emergency right in the middle of the dinner rush, the entire staff remained calm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Our server, Marlena, absolutely crushed it. She was warm, efficient, and on top of everything from start to finish, even under clearly challenging circumstances. The manager, Brittany, also checked on us multiple times and made sure our experience never skipped a beat, which we really appreciated. Every staff member who came to our table was pleasant, accommodating, and genuinely kind. The food was excellent, and the service somehow managed to be even better. It’s not easy to handle high pressure moments with grace, but this team did exactly that. Huge thank you to Marlena, Brittany, and the entire P.F. Chang’s staff for helping keep our Christmas Eve tradition special. We’re grateful and look forward to coming back again next year. 🎄🍽️
Delicious as always. PF Changs has been one of my favorites for many years. The food and service are still good after all of these years. Try the chicken lettuce wraps and Mongolian Beef, you will not be disappointed!!
Hannah is amazing 🤩 It was my husband’s birthday today and she made it extra special for him. She was attentive, friendly and responsive. The food was amazing! Love the atmosphere! Cool nail polish too! Everything was perfect under her service. PF Chang’s is lucky to have her!
We always love P.F. Chang's! They have a great selection of gluten free items and my husband can get a few things that aren't as well. Normally we get their 3 item meal with soup or salad, an appetizer, and an entree for each of us. Then we share. Their service is great and they take care of my gluten allergy. Their servers are both knowledgeable and super helpful and professional.
Had a wonderful 5 course meal for valentines day! everything was delicious, service was great and left very full and satisfied. Great for a date night or family dinner!
Staffs were very friendly . The food tasted good but a little salty. The fried rice was not dry and it may be waiting for its customers for a long time. :)
We had a quick bite to eat in the bar section a Friday evening after 8:00 PM. Our server was quick and did his job well. We had Dynamite rolls and a vegetable dish. In spite of being on a Friday evening the place was almost empty so I can't say much about any fun or special atmosphere. Overall, all PF Chang's that I have ever been to, are consistent and good quality - above average compared to other higher-end restaurant chains.
We like to go to P.F. Chang’s for the nice atmosphere and great service. The restaurant is spacious and the staff are well trained. They are always accommodating for various diet options and make good recommendations. The food comes with good mixed of fusions. We came back for birthday celebration on April, 2022 for dine-in, the menu changed, less food options, which was slightly disappointed.
I feel like their recipes have changed a lot recently. Fine dining atmosphere and good service, but the food is just OK. I appreciate their wide selection of vegetarian items, though!
Met for apps and drinks, we sat in the bar. Our server Jack was a shining star! Enjoyed lettuce wraps and the Brussel Sprouts. Was disappointed you have to order the spices for the lettuce wraps separately now but glad they are still available. The coconut mojito was on point. Will be back and hope to have Jack as our waiter again!
Great atmosphere and service, really enjoyed my dinner. I had a dynamite shrimp as appetizer which was really good. Also got the pepper steak with a fried rice as side. It was delicious and spicy as I requested. The waitress was friendly and professional. The place and the vipe their was higher than I expected. One of the best Chinese bistro restaurant in the town maybe is the best.
A nice lunch place. Good food, and everything else. I used to love it, but my tastes have changed. It’s kinda a Applebee’s version on Chinese food. Still good, but not exceptional.
I wasn't impressed I got the sweet and sour chicken and didn't care for the flavor. We also got the orange chicken which was a little better. The chicken lomein was yummy and do was the sample appetizer platter. Probably wouldn't go back for the price. Also don't like the fact they don't have fried rice only plain white or brown.
Updated 9/28/25: I do like this business. Really nice people and the aesthetic is very pleasant. The food is very good too, and reasonably priced. My one complaint is very specific and wouldn't apply for most people: I like food that's quite spicy, like one step short of Thai-level spicy, and they just won't go there. I assume it's because they often have to deal with customers who ask for high-spice levels, not understanding what that means, but I feel like the menu could be more articulate about this and keep the option available for a minority of folks like myself. It's not a trivial difference. I just don't particularly like fried rice dishes that aren't spicy, though again, the quality and taste of their food is excellent, so if you don't care about this specific issue, you'll certainly enjoy PF Chang's. Frustrated with the online order system. It always seems to yield the opposite of what I want. The food is good, just can't customize. It may be my fault but I wouldn't recommend using the online order system.
The orange chicken tastes weird. The teriyaki beef is just okay. The veggi lo mein is just okay. All the sauces need improvement. Panda Express is better than this and that's not exactly a high bar, ya know?
The food was only so do. The exception was the Egg Drop Soup. Superior to any I've ever had. The desserts were good but everyone should know they are very small.
It was my second time visiting this restaurant and I was hoping I’ll change my mind after the first time I went there long time ago. Unfortunately, they didn’t change my mind. The hot and sour soup was very bland, I didn’t finish it. We ordered Kung Pao Chicken and Singapore Street Noodles and I wouldn’t order any of those again. The only good thing among all was the appetizer, we ordered Northern-Style Pork Spare Ribs which had a good flavor and were very tender. The waitress didn’t gave us the best customer service. The price seems to be high compared to the quality of the service and taste of the food. The interior decoration is nice but I hope you focus more on improving the flavor of the food and the customer service. Thanks
Nice ambience restaurant serving Asian food. The staff were very friendly and it was pleasant being there. However given that we were a group of Chinese people from Southeast Asia, the Chinese food sadly wasn't up to our standard from an authentic point of view. Its probably more of a fusion cuisine. I was personally disappointed with the Mapo Tofu that I ordered. It wasn't even close to the authentic dish, the tofu was wrong, the sauce was not right and the spice was missing. You can Google what the dish looks like and know what I mean. Broccoli was okay as a side vegetable. The food of the evening were the white and brown rice, and the fortune cookie. We really enjoyed the rice 🍚. PS: PF Chang, your website is down and not accessible.
Tables dirty, food was warm poor quality. Lo mein is like eating a can of spaghetti First time visit soups were Luke warm it was not busy now understand why! Servers did not clear table in between soup, appetizers so when served main dish our table was overwhelmed with bowls and plates I had to actually stop someone to please clear our table so we could have room to eat. Comfortably, server drops one of the lettuce leafs on floor and did not bother to pick up so I did before someone slipped. I wish I could give one positive feed back. This was suppose to be a great experience but our whole table was very disappointed. I will never come back or recommend this location.
2026, and PF changs now outputs the exact same Sysco slop as panda express. On a busy night somehow the rice was old? the food all obviously from steam trays. I ordered 2 items each with their own seperate side of rice for some reason, both with extra chicken. It was roughly a 3 item combo at Panda, somehow $55. Used to come here for special events man. Could have got this at any slophole
The greeter was very kind and made good conversation. When we sat down and our server came up to us she was clearly in a bad mood. She ask if we would like a beverage, after I ask the price of a soda, she responded with an attitude then I declined the over-priced beverage. She then came back to take our order and got another attitude because we ask for ranch on the salad and not the sesame which she failed to mention comes on every salad. After the other lady in the back brought out our food I ask for hot sauce and she looked at me like I was talking to the wrong person or something. Food quality wasn't great either very bland Lo Mein.
Did not enjoy the food at all. Everything was crazy salty even the egg drop soup- a very simple dish - was loaded with salt but no other flavor. I gave it two stars for the wonderful service and beautiful decor. When I lived in California PF Changs was known for pretty good food, I don’t know what happened, but it was shockingly bad!
We had never been here before. We ordered through grub hub. The sweet and sour and orange chicken was about a 7. The noodles and rice are about a 6. But for the amount of food you get for the price isn't worth it. Any other place you go you can get almost double for your money.
The waiter was the only thing that looked edible. Nice view atleast. Food very high priced and gross. Salad soggy, chicken and rice was awful.
I'm so sad to see this place go down as it used to be good. We ordered take out, the Food was so bad , we threw it away instead. Egg drop soup had no flavor, the Kung pao chicken tasted nothing like Kung pao is supposed to taste and was very salty with absolute no spice flavor. Over salting food does not makeup for the lost of authenticity. Beef broccoli could have had more flavor but was overall decent and eatable, just not enjoyable. For the price , we felt robbed! We learned our lesson. I would rate it a 0/10.
With Eugene's reputation for dirty restaurants Pf Chang's didn't disappoint. Hostess sat us at an absolutely filthy table and the staff acted like we were scum for moving to a nice table along the wall. The waitress was the definition of surly. Add the restrooms looked like an outhouse after a three day rave and yuck...never again.
I can't rate the food here because we never got seated. We walked in and was told let us clear a table and we will get you seated. 25 min later still not seated multiple parties arriving after us getting seated it was clear they forgot about us. The manager was clearly overwhelmed and did nothing to try and get us seated faster or apologize. It was we will get you seated in a few more minutes... What's worse we are 2 ft away and can hear every word and how they are now wait for people to get up to seat us. It had been a while since I had PF Chang's and will definitely not return
