Carls Jr is one of my favorite places to eat, their meat actually taste like meat instead of cardboard pulp with meat flavoring mixed in with sponge. Meat and fries were a good temperature but not like burn your mouth fresh. Drive thru people didn't seem to have to wait too long at around 10 pm. Bathrooms were a bit messy, but not totally neglected. Also, it's not really Carl Jr's fault, but there is a place nearby bums like to sleep which explains their need for tokens for the bathrooms.

Was really hungry the other night, and in the past, I’ve chosen Carl’s Jr., because the quality of the meat and the sandwiches was better than other places. No longer. I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich, extra pickles. What I got was two pickles, and barely any BBQ sauce. The chicken itself was well cooked no issues there. The bun was standard. But the two items that would’ve made spending > $9 justifiable, and were super easy to add, were completely neglected. When something this basic is screwed up, it says a lot about the business, and what it said to me was: we don’t care about getting it right. Don’t bother to come back.

Pretty standard and average place. The new seating from the post-covid remodel is nice, with individual booths that have plenty of room. Nothing special, but pretty good food, made quickly and correctly. If you order chicken tenders, ask for them to be dropped fresh, or you might get a couple from the warmer rack-which are still *pretty fresh* but not always piping hot.

Fries were fresh and amazing. Sandwhich was okay. The chicken patty was super small. The restaurant itself was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. It was a little scary eating food from there. You cant use the restroom unless you've bought something.

Got the $5 box and the chicken tenders are super tiny. An absolute rip off. Everyone else's food was good and portioned correctly. Oh well, just avoid the chicken tenders.

The service was great but my chicken sandwich tasted like hot dogs 😢 idk if it's the seasoning or marinade or it maybe old? Im not sure but it was very weird. My husband likes his food well enough.

Gross. I tried uploading a pic of the super brown lettuce on my sandwich. The meat was cold even though I waited for a few minutes for my order. I can't wait for in n out to open! Also the Arcata Carl's is way better go there if you can.

I specifically went to Carl's Jr for the Beyond Star Burger made with the meatless Beyond Burger. I requested no cheese and no mayo, trying to keep it vegan-ish. It tasted like what I remember of a fast food burger which is to say, not great. Warm weird pickle, slightly cooked lettuce, flavorless tomato. It was what it was. Maybe good in an emergency but I wouldn't go out of my way for one. Also service seemed slow for a Sunday after lunch but perhaps that was due to my unique order.

This has to be the nastiest Carls in the country. I ordered a jalapeño double, the patties were Cold Dried out Garbage. The cheese solid cold too. The cooking area was a mess, just a dirty looking place. What's wrong with management, perhaps they need to be REPLACED FIRST

Moldy food and they hung up when I tried calling. Absolutely disgusting. Wish we had something worth while in it’s spot.

Absolutely awful experience spent 5 minutes telling the employee what we wanted which is on the menu they kept trying to change what we wanted. Paid more then the burger we wanted costs . They kept saying there was no jalapeño burger. So we told them we want a burger with the sauce that is on a jalapeño burger the patty not a Jr. Size like they kept insisting we had to get so we said modify it to the bigger patty and with jalapeños. They charged an outrageous price for what they created as a custom burger when it was a burger on the menu to began with and put a Jr patty on it . So we ended up having to buy another one made exactly like we wanted for the first one paid like 15.00 just for the 2 small made not right jalapeño burgers they made and sold us and it was just completely bizarre. Used to live Carl's Jr. Will not return to one again. Felt robbed and the employee not knowing what she was doing could have got help. All the other employees did not come to assist seeing there was an issue as well

It makes sense that this place is always empty. $16 and I got a single tiny chicken strip on my "hand breaded chicken" sandwich. Not to mention the entire cup of mayonnaise on it.
