Driving through on the 101 and enjoyed this location! We did arrive shortly after opening so everything was fresh and the restaurant was clean. The serving size was perfect!

This place was amazing we walked in no line and super nice people super fast service but still amazing food every thing looked sanitary and in the back you could see the chef grilling the chicken and love into every piece I have never been since today and will definitely go again definitely recommend super great food but the water tastes like plastic just don't get the water and your fine

I go here often. The food is excellent, always very tasty & well prepared. The portions are large & filling. The staff is friendly, quick & keep the place clean & sanitary. Always a pleasurable experience for one or a family, kids portions on request. Dine in or take out. Handicapped parking, wherlchair access. One of my favorite places for a quick & very tasty mexican style meal. I highly recommend this store.

Staff was friendly and quick. They made big burritos, like Chipotle “used to” be known for. (Recently the last 2 times I went to other locations, the burritos came out about 1/2 this size.) I eat mostly vegan, so love coming here, where it is so easy to get a healthy meal without meat. Very cool to know they also give a good military discount. Thank you!

Other chipotles around the world are skimping on their portions. Not this place though. I got a burrito that took me back to the good days of 2016 when they had no shame and gave you the fattest burrito you’ve ever laid your eyes on. The tortilla broke and that just shows that they filled it to the brim with delicious food. 10/10 chipotle

Stopped by here for lunch and Honestly I loved coming to this chipotle and was probably the best I have experienced, my bowl was exactly how I wanted it and still had a enough for the next day the young brunette girl on cash was very helpful and very patient despite it being very busy and what looked like short staff, with no mangers around overall great experience staff was amazing very clean and great atmosphere!!!!! Will be coming again

Very nice experience. I wouldn’t say that Chipotle is authentic mexican food, but it satisfies me every time. This restaurant is nicley placed, clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Nice restaurant, clear recommendation.

Stopped here to refuel while driving along the 101 on a rainy night. Chipotle is my husband’s favorite chain restaurant, and this one has especially friendly staff and a great vibe.

Standard Chipotle with all the usual goodness they offer. Staff was friendly and helpful for getting lids on the burrito bowls. First location I have seen with a drive through which is cool.

This is a review for Chipotle at Eureka. The store was clean, but due the strong rain had a water puddle on the floor (see attached pictures). Staff was friendly; there are lots of free parking available. We ordered two meals to go, chicken and barbacoa with guacamole. They were both good. I do recommend this restaurant as a good Mexican fast food.

2025 review I took my friend who has never been to Chipotle in. She sampled the honey glazed chicken and the spice burnt her mouth and shes latino so thats saying something. Everything gets cross-Contaminated with spice their, and if your going their for their large portions don't bother bc these guys skimp you on everything even the rice! We both ordered bowls and she got guacamole.... which is literally half of a avocado.... apparently they don't know that guacamole isn't just a avocado?? Very very disappointed in how they looked for her first time. Corporate needs to come in and show them how it's done Prior review One time I got a burrito and idk what happened but I took a big bite and my whole mouth was on fire! I ordered nothing spicy as I am very sensitive to capsaicin I'm guessing someone put jalapenos on something before me and then when they folded my burrito they were my 3rd or 4 person to work on my order so it is hard to pin point whose mistake, anyways now I only get the bowl so that can't happen again Bc I do enjoy their food it's quite good

I'm thinking at this point that all Chipotle's are the same.. this one is no different than the rest. Oh with one exception, I have been to Chipotles across the country and all but this one keep utensils on their prep station and all are more than happy to mix up the Ingredients before they wrap your burrito. This location acted like they weren't allowed to mix the ingredients. Trust me, once you have them mix the stuff up before you eat it you will want it mixed every time! Without mixing it you basically get a bite of one ingredient at a time

I get heaping scoops of every single option except meat. Matter in fact, I got a double scoop of beans without asking. And then when I was served a non full scoop of meat I asked for a little more and was rejected unless I wanted to pay for double scoop. I'm writing this review today because of my disappointment with the serving scoops not being consistent. Primarily regarding the heaping scoops of salsa, corn, and beans but not the meat. On top of that, the meat was so dry and definately not up to temp. Not worth the big money being paid for a bowl of rice and scoops of watery salsa. A 3 star is saved by the banger lemonades lol.

I’ve gone twice; one delivered and one pickup. The first order was around lunchtime for delivery and it went flawlessly. The food was as expected based on my previous experiences with other Chipotles. The second time was a Sunday evening; I placed an order for pickup and arrived at the time it said on the app. I waited in the drive through to be told my order would be delayed for 1-2 hours. This was about a month ago. Now, I understand that it’s newly opened and busy. But there should really be some way for them to communicate the delay and advise you when to come in the app. Failing that, a method of order cancellation that doesn’t involve disputing the transaction with your credit card provider would be appreciated (their customer service did not get back to me for over a month).

*How does a chicken burrito place run out of chicken?** Poor management, plain and simple. Nice staff, but constant chaos—always short on food or employees. Something is *always* missing. It’s like Starbucks running out of coffee. Sadly, I’ll keep coming, but expect disappointment every time. Edit: Today was perfect. Super fast, lots of food, great portions....guess they got the message. Up'd the star to 3...maybe it will be a four if it keeps this up

I always get a Chicken Bowl and ask for extra cheese and lettuce. Tonight my bowl was so empty, not only did they not put extra cheese and lettuce in it but there was barely any Chicken. Talk about disappointing. Will have to really think about if it's worth going back, definitely did not get my money's worth

You never know what you will get with this Chipotle. Sometimes it's easy and delicious. Other times they're out of key ingredients like steak, chicken, guacamole, and/or beans and you regret going.

I've been to this location many times but haven't been in about 6 months. The last time I was here, food just seemed a bit off. This time, I ordered a bowl with double protein. It did not seem like even one serving of protein. I would say that I got 10 small bites of chicken. The brown rice was undercooked and crunchy to the point where it could break your teeth. I ordered pinto beans (on the side) and it was smashed up like refried beans. I didn't even know they had refried beans. I couldn't put this in my bowl, like regular beans since it was just a clump of beans. They did put extra sour cream and cheese, but without the extra protein it was just a bowl of white mush. This was definitely not consistent with nationwide Chipotles, and I won't eat here again.

Food is always hit or miss its not bad Went in and when I got my food, I requested extra rice and meat on a burrito and my boyfriend got a burrito bowl walked out I paid a good bit extra for my food and still had 1/3 worth of food compared to my boyfriend who didnt get any extra stuff, I feel like if I'm paying extra I should get extra this isn't taco bell giving you less when you pay for more

Most uncomfortable experience. The blond lady with the lion tattoo on her arm was extremely rude to her coworkers and customers and she messed up on my food but I was scared to say something I felt like she was going to snap at me lol. She was just standing around. The other blond shorter lady was nice tho.

Currently almost a 2 hour wait for a pick up and there are 20+ other people waiting. Management is obviously not great if they are bringing out pick up orders every 10-15minuted. The point of pick up is to avoid people and this is a crowd... Priorities are terrible.. they need to cease walk ins and drive through and do something about this crowd. I'm here with a disabled 10yr old. There's no sanitizer in the bathroom. This is not ok.

I just took my disabled client in a wheel chair in the restaurant to order a kids' meal taco plate on Cinco da mayo. The guy informed me he was out of kids Tortillas, I said, "That's ok. Could he just give me a big tortilla. I would rip it up for her anyway. He said yes. Made my plate. Then (They) big Septem Pierson person, i didnt ask pronounsso just to be safe im saying they. Told me I had to pay full price. I explained that I was getting a kids menu item with just a big tortilla since they were out. She wouldn't sell me the food stating. They couldn't sell it for the kids' price menu, but also argued with me about it and embarrassed me and my clients in front of other patrons. My client is disabled she doesn't know the difference, just that she didn't get her food. She has a small budget, hence the kids' menu items. Do better pls

Ordered through the app. I should've known better. Everytime I order take out the bowl is half empty and maybe a few sprigs of lettuce in my "salad". Also, I swear there were maybe 4 chunks if chicken. My husband was so upset. Never again!!! Do not go through the app- YOU WILL be cheated as per my experience every time here.

Since when does a kids meal only come with one tortilla? I’m missing tomato salsa and over half my rice this isn’t the first time this has happened I should have stopped ordering the first time not only that but customer service was awful so sad…

Regrettably, my experience at Chipotle was compromised by a conspicuous lack of service quality, which rendered the environment inhospitable. The manner in which staff addressed mistakes was particularly egregious, with disputes and altercations arising between employees and customers. Given the circumstances, I opted to forgo my intended order and vacate the premises, thereby avoiding further entanglement in the dysfunctional service dynamic. If possible I would rate them even lower.

There's a red headed male that works here with the most atrocious customer service skills. I asked him why they were out of grilled veggies and he ignored me. I asked again, he said because we are. I asked a third time and he said the morning prep team doesn't tell them why. He then made it order wrong (added cheese and sour cream to both despite me saying only on one of the two bowls). Im lactose intolerant! If you want a bad experience come here. I wont be going back

Was really trying to give Chipotle the benefit of the doubt, because it’s a new store and the entire staff is new. But I’m starting to think whoever puts together drive thru orders, just doesn’t care. They’re really leaning on the fact that most folks will get all the way home with their food, discover the mess of the order, and not drive back to complain. Just ordered a salad for the second time, wasn’t impressed with the first one. Gave them a month to figure it out, then ordered another. Got home to discover 3 spoonfuls of guac in a bowl, with maybe 5 pieces of lettuce. Really not worth my $10 to add my own lettuce. Maybe next year 🤷🏻‍♀️

Husband picked up food on his way home and when I got mine and started eating I saw a cut up (still alive and moving) moth on my fork. We can’t get a hold of the store directly just customer service and they will only give us free entrée vouchers or refund for one bowl even though the moth was cut up in the lettuce they put in both bowls.

I got a bowl and there there were 3! Yes 3! Pieces of meat on it with a few tiny little shreds extra. There was also almost no cheese or anything else. 85% of the bowl was rice. Total ripoff.

This place is a joke. Every time I go there they are always out of something. Like white rice, chicken and the latest Pico. I had to place an online order because they were out of Pico in the dine-in section. But was told they have it only through mobile orders. They stated that mobile orders have seniority over dine-in. What the heck!!! Their portions are very skimpy. Their employees are as rude ad it gets. Never will I waste my hard earned money at this establishment again.

I think this is the worst experience I've ever had at any chipotle I've been to. I am from counter California and you would think down there I would have had bad experiences but today was the worst I've had ever. I go in right before the usual lunch time rush. I order the Barbacoa (I dont know if its spelled right) and as soon as I see most of that meat choice is gone I decide to order extra meat. I know there is an extra charge but that little manager guy or assistant manager decides to remind me and I say thats fine. He turns around a then gets out a scale. He proceeds to weight the bowl with whatever he had in the bowl already. He then slowly adds little dried up looking pieces to my bowl bit by bit. Ive never seen any one do that here I my life. I ask how long before a fresh batch is made and he tells me its going to be a minute. Once hes satisfied with the weight of my bowl and decides that the amount was double he ask what else I want to put on it I say the corn stuff on the side and then the tomatoes and cheese no lettuce no sour creme (because i know its extra). He seemed to have an attitude the whole time. Then they guy behind me has a problem with this same guy. Everyone else there was nice and curtious. I dont know what this guy's problem was but maybe he should work somewhere where there are no people coming in just trying to eat lunch and get back to work. I will never be back to this chipotle. Thank you to him for making my amazing morning turn fast to a horrible rest of my day. O and then my bowl looked so sad my son asked if it was a broke person bowl. 😩 I spent way too much money to not have a good experience. O well I'll keep my well earned money.

The attitudes of this staff is HORRENDOUS!! Very rude, distasteful and disrespectful.. this man literally threw my food in the bowl and the cashier was so rude I almost walked out.. hard for me not to feel race is not an issue when I hear them speaking nicely to others.. so I will never be back..First and last time!!

Very rude cashier. Manager did not know the specifics of the veterans day specials. Also blew us off when told his cashier was rude .When asked about it he was very unprofessional and did NOTHING. He seemed frustrated from the beginning and ultimately was told what the promo was. This was around 515 pm 11/12/25VERY rude...

I stopped in today and unfortunately had a really negative experience with the staff. The food itself was fine, but the service left a lot to be desired. The person working the line had such a poor attitude that it honestly ruined the experience for me. From the scoffing to the dismissive way my questions were handled, it was obvious they didn’t want to be there or help customers. It got to the point where I didn’t even feel like finishing my meal because the interaction left such a bad taste in my mouth. I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this made me reconsider whether I want to come back to this location at all.

I eat at this location several times per week due to diet preference. Every time I come in they are out of something. Its either veggies, chicken or steak. This is a regular occurrence. On top of that they are very stingy with the meat and cheese serving sizes and if you as for more they are rude about it. The customer service is very poor with most of the employees at this location. After my last encounter I asked myself why should I keep going back if this is the service I continue to get.

I wanted to come on here and say what an awful experience that my fiance and I had today. It's not the food, that was consistent. It was the service, whoever was working the line at 1:00 p.m. today had such a foul attitude when we asked for shredded lettuce, they rolled their eyes It was so obvious that they were frustrated. I even verbally said oh no. Afterwards my fiance asked what the difference was between the honey Chipotle chicken and the regular chicken which to me is obvious but he asked anyways, just to get the person's suggestion I guess, and the person didn't hear them so they just threw on the honey chicken also. That person then walked over to start doing what I would assume to be DoorDash orders or drive-thru orders and in the meantime another person came over to finish us out. The person who finished us out asked the other person what kind of bowl my fiance had and the other person was really annoyed and said they originally had double meat and then asked for another protein. To which I objected and said no you didn't listen and you incorrectly put more protein on it. The person who now had taken over through away the food and made a new bowl which is fine. The attitude was obviously there. At the end we asked for their names and they didn't want to give out their " personal information ". I wouldn't want to be held accountable either if I knew my attitude sucked.

This place is a joke. Every time I go there they are always out of something. Like white rice, chicken and the latest Pico. I had to place an online order because they were out of Pico in the dine-in section. But was told they have it only through mobile orders. They stated that mobile orders have seniority over dine-in. What the heck!!! Their portions are very skimpy. Their employees are as rude ad it gets. Never will I waste my hard earned money at this establishment again.

I think this is the worst experience I've ever had at any chipotle I've been to. I am from counter California and you would think down there I would have had bad experiences but today was the worst I've had ever. I go in right before the usual lunch time rush. I order the Barbacoa (I dont know if its spelled right) and as soon as I see most of that meat choice is gone I decide to order extra meat. I know there is an extra charge but that little manager guy or assistant manager decides to remind me and I say thats fine. He turns around a then gets out a scale. He proceeds to weight the bowl with whatever he had in the bowl already. He then slowly adds little dried up looking pieces to my bowl bit by bit. Ive never seen any one do that here I my life. I ask how long before a fresh batch is made and he tells me its going to be a minute. Once hes satisfied with the weight of my bowl and decides that the amount was double he ask what else I want to put on it I say the corn stuff on the side and then the tomatoes and cheese no lettuce no sour creme (because i know its extra). He seemed to have an attitude the whole time. Then they guy behind me has a problem with this same guy. Everyone else there was nice and curtious. I dont know what this guy's problem was but maybe he should work somewhere where there are no people coming in just trying to eat lunch and get back to work. I will never be back to this chipotle. Thank you to him for making my amazing morning turn fast to a horrible rest of my day. O and then my bowl looked so sad my son asked if it was a broke person bowl. 😩 I spent way too much money to not have a good experience. O well I'll keep my well earned money.

Very rude cashier. Manager did not know the specifics of the veterans day specials. Also blew us off when told his cashier was rude .When asked about it he was very unprofessional and did NOTHING. He seemed frustrated from the beginning and ultimately was told what the promo was. This was around 515 pm 11/12/25VERY rude...

I stopped in today and unfortunately had a really negative experience with the staff. The food itself was fine, but the service left a lot to be desired. The person working the line had such a poor attitude that it honestly ruined the experience for me. From the scoffing to the dismissive way my questions were handled, it was obvious they didn’t want to be there or help customers. It got to the point where I didn’t even feel like finishing my meal because the interaction left such a bad taste in my mouth. I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this made me reconsider whether I want to come back to this location at all.

Regrettably, my experience at Chipotle was compromised by a conspicuous lack of service quality, which rendered the environment inhospitable. The manner in which staff addressed mistakes was particularly egregious, with disputes and altercations arising between employees and customers. Given the circumstances, I opted to forgo my intended order and vacate the premises, thereby avoiding further entanglement in the dysfunctional service dynamic. If possible I would rate them even lower.

I wanted to come on here and say what an awful experience that my fiance and I had today. It's not the food, that was consistent. It was the service, whoever was working the line at 1:00 p.m. today had such a foul attitude when we asked for shredded lettuce, they rolled their eyes It was so obvious that they were frustrated. I even verbally said oh no. Afterwards my fiance asked what the difference was between the honey Chipotle chicken and the regular chicken which to me is obvious but he asked anyways, just to get the person's suggestion I guess, and the person didn't hear them so they just threw on the honey chicken also. That person then walked over to start doing what I would assume to be DoorDash orders or drive-thru orders and in the meantime another person came over to finish us out. The person who finished us out asked the other person what kind of bowl my fiance had and the other person was really annoyed and said they originally had double meat and then asked for another protein. To which I objected and said no you didn't listen and you incorrectly put more protein on it. The person who now had taken over through away the food and made a new bowl which is fine. I eat at this location several times per week due to diet preference. Every time I come in they are out of something. Its either veggies, chicken or steak. This is a regular occurrence. On top of that they are very stingy with the meat and cheese serving sizes and if you as for more they are rude about it. The customer service is very poor with most of the employees at this location. After my last encounter I asked myself why should I keep going back if this is the service I continue to get.
