A double cheese burger is my favorite and hands down today’s food around 12:40pm was the best BK food I have had in a long time. That crew on staff was quick and the food was great. 🙌🏽🙌🏽
I went through the drive thru and both men that I spoke with were very pleasant, kind, and courteous. They got me through very quickly during the lunch rush and my order was correct. They definitely earned the five-star rating today.
Absolutely inviting atmosphere with fast, efficient, & friendly staff. Can see a chain of changes coming for management recently and its starting to show in quality and overall look of the business.
The cashier was what made the experience so nice. She was really efficient while being very friendly. Made it a nice experience enough to want to do a review. I came in at noon on 7-22-25 and she was wearing an orange T-shirt, glasses and braids. Hope you can hire more like her
We came in ordered our food, it was ready right after we filled our drinks. Sat down prayed for our food, talked a little then the manager Muhammad came over introduced himself, asked how we were, if we needed anything, if everything was as expected, and if our meal was hot and as we preferred. He was very professional. Never had a manager come up to us in a Burger King 👑 before. It was a very nice change of pace. That goes a long way. Thank you Muhammad we appreciate that.
Had an issue, a gentleman manager took care of it and made me feel like I would come back. Young man at the front counter was excellent/shorter haired lady was very friendly she was expediting.
The house known as the King’s Burger claims royalty by name alone. It is, to its credit, better than the Golden Arch Tavern—but that is a modest achievement and not one worthy of celebration. I arrived expecting a burger fit for kings. What I received was no king’s burger at all—more suited to a squire still learning his station. I ordered the Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper with actual excitement. Mushrooms. Crispy onions. Promise. When I opened it at home, I was met instead with a regular Whopper, stripped of its upgrades and—most offensively—without cheese. At that point, I might as well have eaten a dragon’s wing raw. It would have been just as dry and at least felt intentional. I will grant this house some mercy. The fries are respectable, and the nuggets are cheap and serviceable. Whether they are chicken or griffin remains unclear, but they fulfill their duty. Advice from Lord Chase of the House of Black Smoke—to have the Whopper cut in half—did help. A strange ritual, but an effective one. But let us speak plainly. When measured against the Tavern of Five Brothers, the King’s Burger is exposed. That tavern, costly as it may be, executes its craft with conviction. It does not pretend at royalty—it simply delivers. House Culver’s likewise practices discipline the crown only imitates. This house is not deserving of banishment—but neither is it worthy of the Food Lord’s praise. 5 out of 10. — Lord Foodist, House of Golden Tongue
I unfortunately had to wait quite awhile for my order. I believe my food was made incorrectly multiple times before receiving it and I still had to go back inside to have it remade. The only positive to this visit was the woman working the front counter. It was clear she cared, and even went back and made the sandwiches herself after they had been screwed up a few times. I didnt get your name, know that I appreciate you. If no one else tells you it, know that you're doing a great job. Thanks again for everything. 10/23/25 approx 12:35pm.
I asked for my food to go and cooked to order when I came inside. I knew i was going to wait which was fine. I waited about 20 minutes and my food was on a tray and the number was called. A guy came and picked up my food touching it before I even got up and noticed. It wasnt even my full order so i told the lady it wasnt my food and she got a attitude saying she called my number and i should pay attention more. Im playing with my daughter if im saying to go then i shouldnt have to look at a tray so i told her to calm down and just go remake my food. I understand they was backed up but thats no excuse to be rude. I tallked to the manager that wasnt even from the store and she was supper friendly and understood.
We stood at the counter for 15 minutes before anyone took our order. There was no one in front of us and 3 people working the front. Have no idea why we were ignored. The food is what you expect from Burger King but it took a long time to get it . So much for fast food.
Only BK I’ve ever been to where the 2 for 5 croissants are “upon request”, if I order 2 croissants are feel like that’s pretty obvious what I want.
This is one Burger King I won't be back to. Driving all over the tri state area I've had a range of good and bad experiences and this made the top 3 worst. I walk in with my coworker expecting a "fast" food experience. I am only allotted a 30 minute window for lunch. The place is nearly empty and the drive through line was near non existent. The one man at the counter is clearly frustrated and has his arms crossed. I should have taken the cue and just left. 20/20 hindsight. It takes about 10 minutes for someone to come over and actually take our order. Mine is simple-Whopper with cheese, fries, and a chocolate shake. The guy slowly meanders away, comes back at the same speed, and tells me they don't have hershey syrup. I tell him fine I'll take a vanilla. He is clearly annoyed. He puts my order at dine in even though its carry out, didn't bother asking, just adds extra tax to the bill. Over the next 30 minutes, literally a 40 minute sage to get a burger, fries, and shake, I watch a whole crew of people "work". There is no urgency, no customer service quality of any kind, and the one guy rolled his eyes when I reminded him about the shake when I was getting my food. A whole group of construction guys came in, waited so long, some ordered, waited longer, and got so fed up they left about 15 minutes later. I did try to warn them before they placed an order because it was an absolute garbage fest. They had the bodies on site to do the work, they were very clearly not short staffed, but the incompetence and lack of desire for them to work was just as noticeable as the feeling they didn't want to deal with any customers. After waiting for 35 minutes and my coworker asked about our food the one woman acted overwhelmed that they were "dealing with all these orders". Maybe if they worked the last 30 minutes they wouldn't have piled up? By the time we left the drive through was backing onto the road. They deleted our orders off the screen early on so our wait time wouldn't count against them, just the same as they took forever to take our orders. I can only guess there was no manager on site, didn't bother asking for one. I figured if there was they had to be completely incompetent at their job to let such a crew operate the way they did that day. On the off chance corporate reads this do you not monitor your locations? No secret shoppers? The only reason I gave this place a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because they actually got the order right. After 40 minutes of that circus I really am surprised they didn't throw chicken in the bag let alone get the toppings right, but 3/4 of an hour they managed to assemble the pieces correctly.
I will never eat there again, the Service was bad, the food was cold, fries cold, & the tables not clean, & floor dirty, & sticky, & counter not clean.
They didn't accept my 20 dollar bill because it had a slight tear in the middle per managers request. Not like it was ripped in half and taped together. It's not like it was counterfeit. Highly upset as any other place would take it no problem.
My wife was working late and we decided to stop at Burger King on route 4 in Fairfield, Ohio. There was one car in front of us when we arrived. It did not take us long to order and the person that took our order was very friendly and professional. We proceeded to the next window to pay and then we were asked to pull forward and wait. We ordered a fish sandwich and a Whopper combo meal and a large order of fries. We didn't mind waiting because we figured our food would be hot when we received it. 5 minutes later we received our food and as we were pulling out my wife opened the bag and discovered that our food was ice cold. Needless to say she was not happy. We proceeded to drive home where we reheated our food. The bill came to almost $20. I was very disappointed because we both enjoy Burger King food. However, at this price and if this presentation of cold food, I will no longer visit this particular Burger King. What the buyer beware.
Placed an order at the speaker and noticed it was taken wrong when I got to the window. I tried to tell the employee BEFORE I EVEN PAID that it wasn't correct. I explained what I wanted 3 times and he argued and insisted it was right. It wasn't. Food was gross. I won't be coming here anymore.
Horrible customer service when I came to the counter the woman at the cash register never acknowledged me or greet me pulled out her phone started texting on it. I waited until she put her phone down the she looked at me like I was crazy then I said it’s like that. No response.
Back in February I went to this location and ordered #3 for breakfast. The sign said one thing but the drive thru said approximately $2 more. Upon inquiring about the discrepancy the manager clearly had....mental problems maybe? IDK. But the manager was very very upset and rude that I simply wanted what was on the menu as quoted. Then I made the mistake of saying sir. I've never seen someone lose their mind like that because I assumed a man was a man. This morning was the first time I've been back to BK since. Same thing only a different location. BK, you got problems. Tried charging me $8.81 when the menu said $6.69. Clearly your trying to go the way of Frischs and Hardee's. You'll never get another dime from me.
Garbage location. Horrible service. Cold food. I placed a mobile order in the parking lot. Walked inside and waited. And waited. And waited. ELEVEN MINUTES later I finally get my food. I’m the only diner inside and there wasn’t an employee to be found. I could see my order sitting in the kitchen. Finally, a girl comes from in the backs moving slow as molasses and talking in her phone finally acknowledges me standing there. Hands me my bag and it’s cold. The garbage sitting outside the front entrance was off putting and unappetizing. These people to take a lesson from McDonald’s down the street or chic fil a.
Well the food there i got to say it is extremely bad i ordered two of the spicy chicken sandwiches the big ones with the meal and everything. Once I got home and the whole family eating my WIFE who is PREGNANT had a raw chicken sandwich and so did my mother-in-law two raw sandwiches then when I go back and tell them what I had they gave me at the end of the day two small chicken sandwiches like are you serious that place REALLY needs new management new cooks and everything. Like they seriously need to be watching what they doing because people are going to get sick my wife could end up sick...so I advised people out there do not eat here.
