My experience was beautiful. Excellent my server. Larvan was a great server. Food was delicious. I recommend anybody come in here. The management and the team is excellent. Everyone was so helpful and included management server. Larvan went out of his way and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience.

Marcos our server was AMAZING so tentative and the Manager was also very involved walking around asking guests how they were doing. She came around to us 2 times! Food was amazing, atmosphere was great! 10/10 experience Will definitely come back!!

Outstanding service and food!!! If I could, I'd give 10 stars! Our server, Lia, was absolutely wonderful! She demonstrated the type of customer care you'd expect at a super expensive restaurant. She was genuinely kind, attentive, helpful, and professional. She just has such a great personality. The manager, Amanda, was equally wonderful! She showed genuine regard for our experience and made great suggestions for our next visit. And the food? Beyond excellent! If you haven't already, you must try the Soy-Ginger Salmon Bowl, the Admiral's Feast (a long-standing classic), and/or the Crisp Dragon Shrimp--super delicious! Thanks so much, Lia and Amanda!!! We will definitely return!

The old fashion drink was amazing. The best Smokey old fashioned I have ever had. Waitress Rhonda and Manager Amanda were a delight. I will definitely be back to this Red Lobster!

I went with a friend. It got quiet after 9:45pm, which was great. The food is delicious 🤤 the potatoes that came with the crab legs were immaculate -crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Those biscuits could start fights 😂

We were there with a large party (16 maybe) and they accommodated us with no problem. Our server Kathleen did an excellent job catering to everyone's needs. She never got flustered or short with anyone. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they needed. Thanks Kathleen!!

We celebrated our anniversary here. Everything was delicious. Service was great. The steaks were tender and perfectly cooked. The lobster melted in our mouths. The lobster dip was so good we ordered an extra to take back to our room. We will definitely be back.

The food was excellent as usual. The restaurant was packed, which is an awesome indication, but our server was a bit over extended and wasn't able to get back to us very quickly, the Ice in my long island iced tea, was melted when I received it. Was probably made and waiting to bring to the table for a while. Otherwise, our family enjoyed a wonderful seafood feast. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Crooks!!! Not only did Red Lobster raise the price on the Fish and Chips Friday, but the portions got really small. Unbelievable!!!

How To Be A Good Human

My wife and I stopped by for a mid afternoon lunch date. We’ve been so busy with Christmas and kids we needed a quick date alone. We haven’t been to red lobster in a while so we were excited to go . Upon arrival, the smell was awful. I’m not talking sea food smell, it was musty like body odor. While looking at the menu it states you can get a drink AND a shaker glass full for $19. We ordered the shrimp your way for 4. It advertised $24. The drink they brought out was an empty glass and the shaker half full! What a rip off. Extremely false advertising! Then they bring only two little biscuits to the table so then my wife felt the need to order an appetizer because of it. When the food came out the plates were so small. One of them had only 3 pieces of shrimp! Super skimpy on everything to the point to where my wife asked for napkins and we were given two literally napkins. Paid over $100 for lunch that shouldn’t have been more than $60. Way over prices for extra small portions. Will unfortunately not be coming back. HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT

The food here is good and the staff are usually nice and very friendly. I often order for pickup and login to get rewards. I had a reward for 20% off $40 or more and was trying to use it online. The website wasn’t working so I called to ask if I could use my coupon. The lady said I can’t because my total before tax isn’t $40. I explained to her I ordered $30 lobster pasta and $20 chicken pasta and it’s clearly past $40 and I just want to be able to use my coupon if I come in. The manager refused to let me use my coupon even though I had the code, would spend the correct amount. when I emailed red lobster, they never replied. If you’re going to spend money on pasta, Mary’s pizza shack& Mimi’s Cafe are delicious! & their staff are friendly and will try to help you.

Went in to celebrate my husband’s birthday and service was awful! Biscuits took 30-45 minutes to be ready and food took super long as well. It was on a Sunday but it was not too busy for biscuits and food took super long. The server asked my husband if he was celebrating a special occasion and we said yes his birthday. He then asked if he wanted complimentary ice cream and he said yes. He then comes back to say they were out of ice cream. He didn’t even try to substitute it with a dessert or something else. Even though it was just ice cream I feel like that was very rude and disappointing. The server never asked if he wanted them to sing happy birthday to him and other tables were singing happy birthday . Before getting seated we noticed another birthday getting singed to and received ice cream. Definitely bad service. Not coming back! BJs in Vacaville has 10/10 service and treat everyone with respect and go above and beyond to make your experience a great one. Shame on red lobster after we paid a good amount of money to get serviced and treated poorly.
